Abstract

AbstrakKualitas tidur pada lansia yang mengalami insomnia sangat bervariasi  yaitu ada yang baik dan ada yang buruk.  Salah satu keluhan tidur lansia adalah Insomnia , dimana ini  merupakan suatu proses degenerasi pada lansia menyebabkan waktu tidur yang efektif semakin berkurang, dan menyebabkan tidak tercapainya kualitas tidur yang adekuat.  Intervensi yang diberikan dapat disisipkan dalan kegiatan Posbindu. Salah satu Intervensi yang dapat diberikan adalah terapi beapreasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  ada atau tidaknya pengaruh terapi Beapreasi terhadap kualitas tidur pada lansia dengan insomnia di  Posbindu Kemuning Kelurahan Candirejo Ungaran. Design penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment pre-test post-test with control group dan dilakukan pada 128 responden yang terbagi kedalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol,  masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 64 responden . Metode  yang digunakan untuk menentukan responden adalah teknik purposive sampling. Penilaian Kualitas tidur di ukur dengan kuesioner PSQI dan dilakukan 2 kali pengukuran yaitu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi Beapreasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai PSQI pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum dilakukan intervensi sebesar 6.27 dan rerata  nilai PSQI pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 5.15. Selanjutnya rerata nilai PSQI pada kelompok eksperimen setelah  dilakukan intervensi sebesar 3.67, sedangkan  rerata  nilai PSQI kelompok kontrol  sebesar  5,73. Terdapat perbedaan nilai PSQI pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dengan nilai p 0.00, nilai p < 0.05 sehingga ada pengaruh yang bermakna dari pemberian terapi beapreasi terhadap peningkatan  kualitas tidur. Intervensi terapi Beapreasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada lansia yang mengalami insomnia . Terapi Beapreasi dapat dijadikan salah satu intervensi mandiri perawat dalam  merawat lansia yang mengalami insomnia dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada lansia.  Kata kunci: Terapi beapreasi , kualitas tidur, PSQI (the pittsburgh sleep quality index), lansia insomnia, posbindu Abstract The Effect of Breapreasi  Therapy (combain for brain Gym and benson relaxation) on Sleep Quality in the Elderly with Insomnia. Sleep quality in the elderly who experience insomnia varies greatly, there are good and some are bad. One of the complaints of elderly sleep is Insomnia, which is a degeneration process in the elderly which causes effective sleep time to decrease, and causes inadequate quality sleep. The intervention provided can be inserted in the activities of Posbindu. One of the interventions that can be given is therapy of beapreasi. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of beapreasi therapy on sleep quality in the elderly with insomnia at Posbindu Kemuning, Candirejo Village, Ungaran. The research design used was quasi experiment pre-test post-test with control group and carried out on 128 respondents divided into experimental groups and control groups, each group consisting of 64 respondents. The method used to determine respondents is purposive sampling technique. Assessment of sleep quality was measured by the PSQI questionnaire and carried out 2 measurements, namely before and after being given therapy Beapreasi. The study showed that the mean PSQI value in the experimental group before intervention was 6.27 and the mean PSQI value in the control group was 5.15. Then the mean PSQI value in the experimental group after intervention was 3.67, while the mean PSQI value of the control group was 5.73. There are differences in the PSQI values in the experimental and control groups with a value of p 0.00, the value of p <0.05 so that there is a significant effect of the provision of beapreasi therapy on improving sleep quality. Beapreasi therapy interventions can improve sleep quality in elderly who experience insomnia. Abstract

The corona virus or known as Covid-19 has become a pandemic disease because this virus has spread to various countries and is almost infecting all over the world, including Indonesia. WHO defines a pandemic as a condition of the world's population and the potential to cause falls and illness. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life such as the economy, education and social life. Covid-19 cases in the city of Semarang as of August 17, 2021, there were 84,978 confirmed cases, 197 confirmed cases, 65,396 recovered cases and 4,307 deaths. Sambiroto Village is included in the yellow zone. In the Sambiroto sub-district, not a few have also experienced Covid-19, although without showing symptoms of the disease, it has an impact on the psychology of the residents. Various psychological reactions shown by residents with the presence of Covid-19, ranging from mild anxiety to stress/panic. The purpose of this community service is to provide psychological/ social encouragement to post-Covid-19 sufferers so that they lead to adaptive behavior. The results of the service showed that most of the participants were women, the most type of work was housewives, the most education was high school and psychological/ social support was able to reduce the level of anxiety in residents in the Sambiroto village, Semarang City.

Abstract

Readiness to improve health management is one of the nursing problems in the behavioral category and a subcategory of counseling and learning regarding the pattern of regulation and integration of health programs into daily life that is sufficient to meet health goals. Health achievement in the elderly with chronic diseases can be improved by health education. Readiness of health management in the elderly group with chronic or degenerative diseases can occur, provided that the elderly are willing to take part in the treatment program and are curious about their own care. The purpose of providing health education has an influence on the readiness of better health management towards optimal health. The implementation method is carried out by health education including health counseling, providing alternative sources of information, as well as teaching a healthy lifestyle, and nursing therapy therapy according to problems and fulfillment of psychological health. The results of the activity show that most of the elderly have nursing problems in the prosperous category as evidenced by the level of good knowledge about their illness as much as 83% and where the elderly have understood their own care for chronic diseases. Health education is given to support the achievement of optimal health and the provision of comprehensive care. the conclusion of the activity is that all groups, both groups of nursing problems in the categories of disorders, risks and prosperity, still require health education to support health. Abstract

The SETS vision dakon game is a form of traditional game combined with a learning process by linking science, environment, technology, and society. With the SETS vision dakon game, it is hoped that teachers will be able to instill character values ​​during distance learning because this game can be done at home. The method used is community development through the following stages: 1) preparation; 2) introduction; 3) implementation; 4) monitoring; and 5) evaluation. The results of this PkM show that the character values ​​that have been embedded in the sixth grade students of SDN Susukan are 1) honest as much as 90.9% in the very good category, 2) intelligent as much as 63.6% in the good category, 3) fair as much as 77, 2% in good category, 4) cooperation as much as 86.3% in very good category, 5) firm as much as 68.1% in good category, 6) imagination as much as 59% with good enough category, 7) ambitious as much as 100% with very good category, 8) brave as much as 81.8% with very good category, and 9) attention as much as 86.3% with very good category.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The routine activities of the orphanage are routine activities carried out at the nursing home in accordance with the procedures determined by the social service for the management of the nursing home in order to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the elderly and increase the ability of Activity Daily Living (ADL) in the elderly. The elderly who live in social institutions have a higher risk of developing or experiencing depression than the elderly who live with their family. The activities of this orphanage focus on meeting individual needs from the biopsychosocial and spiritual aspects. This study aims to see whether or not there is an effect of daily activities in the nursing home on the level of depression in the elderly. The research design was a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. The study consisted of 28 research respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Depression levels were measured by the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The respondents' level of depression was mild to moderate. The values of the GDS values before and after, with p value = 0.053 (p> 0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of daily routine activities on the level of depression in the nursing home, but this routine activity maintains the stability of depression levels in the elderly. Abstract

The exclusive breastfeeding program continues to be intensified as one of the efforts to reduce stunting in Indonesia. Data on exclusive breastfeeding in babies 0-6 months in Indonesia in 2019 amounted to 66.69% and decreased to 66.1% in 2020. Many factors affect exclusionary breastfeeding including work and social support to breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work and social support to the self-efficacy of post partum mothers.The research design uses descriptive studies with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study population was all postpartum mothers treated at PMB Ignasia Tripuji Astuti, S.ST. Keb. The sample in this study was a puerperal mother who gave birth at PMB Ignasia Tripuji Astuti, S.ST. Keb. The results of this study showed that working mothers mostly had low Breastfeeding Self Efficacy, a total of 11 people (61.1%). While mothers with good social support mostly have high Breastfeeding Self Efficacy, a total of 14 people (82.4%). It is hoped that postpartum mothers and breastfeeding mothers can increase their self-efficacy as a result of the success of exclusive breastfeeding.Abstrak Program pemberian ASI eksklusif terus digencarkan sebagai salah satu upaya menurunkan stunting di Indonesia. Data pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan di Indonesia tahun 2019 sebesar 66,69% dan terjadi penurunan menjadi 66,1% pada tahun 2020. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif diantaranya pekerjaan dan dukungan sosial kepada ibu menyusui. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pekerjaan dan dukungan sosial terhadap self efficacy ibu post partum. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling yang berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh ibu postpartum yang dirawat di PMB Ignasia Tripuji Astuti, S.ST.Keb sejumlah 33. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 ibu post partum yang melahirkan di PMB Ignasia Tripuji Astuti, S.ST.Keb. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu yang bekerja sebagian besar memiliki Breastfeeding Self Efficacy yang rendah, sejumlah 11 orang (61,1%). Sedangkan ibu dengan dukungan sosial baik sebagian besar memiliki Breastfeeding Self Efficacy tinggi, sejumlah 14 orang (82,4%). Diharapkan ibu nifas dan ibu menyusui dapat meningkatkan self efficacynya sebagai upanya keberhasilan pemberian ASI Ekslusif

Abstract

A way to support the government's efforts to provide quality health services to adolescents, especially young women, requires the involvement of health educators to conduct education about tapping touch as an effort to reduce dysmenorrhea pain. Problems that occur in adolescents during menstruation are not only related to cleanliness but also the emergence of discomfort in the abdomen which we often know as dysmenorrhea pain. Health education about tapping touch to treat dysmenorrhea pain is given to young women who are still in school where most of the students are girls so that the interventions provided are right on target. Based on the survey, it is known that the students of SMP An Nur Ungaran have never received health education about tapping touch as an effort to reduce dysmenorrhea pain. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out by the method of providing education to the students of SMP An Nur Ungaran. The percentage of evaluation results before being given education was in the category of not understanding as much as 19.95%, quite understanding 50.88%, good understanding 21.79% and very good 7.86%. The understanding of female students has increased after being given education which is included in the very good category by 35.42%, good 56.94%, 4.82% enough and 2.82% less. Thus it is known that after being given education there is an increase in female students' understanding of tapping touch as an effort to reduce dysmenorrhea pain. Based on statistical analysis (Wilcoxon test) obtained a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge between before and after education. about the TATO (Tapping Touch) program to treat adolescent girls with dysmenorrhea pain. The purpose of this community service activity is to teach young women to reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea pain with the tapping touch technique.ABSTRAKSuatu cara mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas kepada remaja, khususnya pada remaja putri maka diperlukan ketelibatan tenaga pendidik bidang kesehatan untuk melakukan edukasi tentang tapping touch sebagai upaya penurunan nyeri dismenore. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja saat terjadi menstruasi tidak hanya terkait tentang kebersihan tetapi juga munculnya rasa tidak nyaman pada bagian perut yang sering kita kenal dengan nyeri dismenore. Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang tapping touch untuk mengatasi nyeri disminore diberikan pada remaja putri yang masih berada di sekolah yang siswanya sebagian besar perempuan sehingga intervensi yang diberikan tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan survey diketahui bahwa siswi SMP An Nur Ungaran belum pernah mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan tentang tapping touch sebagai upaya penurunan nyeri dismenore. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdiaan kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode pemberian edukasi pada siswa SMP An Nur Ungaran. Persentase hasil evaluasi sebelum diberikan edukasi masuk dalam kategori kurang paham sebanyak 19,95%, cukup paham 50,88 %, pemahaman yang baik 21,79% dan sangat baik 7,86%. Pemahaman siswa perempuan mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan edukasi yaitu termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik sebesar 35,42%, baik 56,94%, cukup 4,82% dan kurang sebanyak 2,82%. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa perempuan tentang tapping touch sebagai upaya penurunan nyeri dismenore. Berdasarkan analisis statistik (uji Wilcoxon) didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada tingkat pengetahuan antara sebelum dan setelah edukasi. tentang program TATO (Tapping Touch) untuk mengatasi remaja putri dengan nyeri disminorea. Abstract

Metode  pembelajaran permainan sensorimotor dan senam latih otak merupakan salah satu metode  yang  dibeberapa penelitian menunjukkan hasil dapat mempengaruhi terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi belajar. Langkah awal dan akhir dari kegiatan  pelatihan dan pelaksanaannya  adalah melakukan penilaian tingkat konsentrasi   dengan menggunakan  tes  keseimbangan Sullivan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini diawali dengan menjalin komunikasi dengan mitra sehingga memahami kebutuhan mitra. Siswa kelas enam sekolah dasar merupakan siswa yang memiliki beban belajar dan kegiatan yang lebih  banyak jika kita bandingkan dengan  kelas dibawahnya. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa kelas 6 atau siswa  tingkat  akhir memiliki beban menghadapi Ujian Akhir yang menjadi syarat kelulusan. Pembelajaran yang terus menerus dengan menggunakan metode ceramah lebih dari 60 menit menimbulkan rasa bosan atau jenuh serta lelah yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan tingkat konsentrasi. Tingkat konsentrasi yang berkurang atau menurun akan berakibat pada penurunan pemahaman  dari apa yang diberikan oleh guru didalam kelas, hal ini juga akan berdampak pada penurunan tingkat prestasi siswa. Harapan dari kegiatan pemberihan pelatihan metode pembelajaran sensorimotor dan senam latih otak adalah agar guru  dapat memberikan metode pembelajara lain selama pembelajaran atau di sela sela pembelajaran metode ceramah siswa bisa diajak menggerakkan tubuh melalui senam latih otak untuk membuat kembali siswa berkonsentrasi. Guru dapat melihat tingkat konsentrasi tiap siswa dengan melakukan test keseimbangan Sullivan. Metode pembelajaran sensori motor dengan senam otak dapat dilakukan dimanapun tempat pembelajan serta dapat dilakukan secara mandiri maupun kelompok.

Abstract

Background: Self-efficacy is the perception of the ability to consider and implement behavior patterns as self-regulation that is obtained through motivation and determining achievement of expectations. Good self-efficacy is needed not only for healthy people but also for sick people, especially people with chronic illnesses. Decreased self-efficacy can occur in people with chronic illnesses. We know that people with chronic diseases have long treatment programs, even for a lifetime, such as taking medication and sometimes this feels boring or boring. Consuming drugs or running a continuous treatment program can lead to boredom so that it is possible to want to stop taking medication. This is the background for wanting to know what actions can be taken to increase self-efficacy in people with chronic diseases. Self-efficacy increases if there is effort in dealing with existing obstacles. Interventions can be provided by health workers in increasing self-efficacy in people with chronic diseases. Objective: This study aims to describe the effect of Beapreasi therapy on self-efficacy in patients with chronic diseases at the Bergas Health Center, Semarang Regency. Methods: The research design used was descriptive and was carried out on 6 respondents, all of whom became the experimental group or all of whom became respondents. The method used to determine respondents is a purposive sampling technique. All respondents were assessed for self-efficacy using a self-efficacy scale questionnaire which was measured 2 times, namely before and after being given Beapreasi therapy. Results: The study showed that the mean value of the self-efficacy scale in the experimental group before the intervention was 81.79 and the value of the efficacy scale in the experimental group after the intervention was 89.36. this shows that there is an increase in the value on the self-efficacy scale and there is a difference in the mean value on the self-efficacy scale in the experimental group before giving the intervention with after giving the intervention with a p value of 0.00, p value <0.05 so that there is a significant/significant effect of giving reward therapy on improvement self-efficacy. Conclusion: Beapreasi therapeutic intervention can be used to maintain self-efficacy or increase self-efficacy in patients with chronic diseases, with the hope that patients will remain enthusiastic in carrying out their care and life. Beapreasi therapy can be used as a nurse's independent intervention in accompanying the care of patients with chronic diseases who require lifelong treatment and this is in an effort to increase self-efficacy in sufferers of chronic diseases.

Abstract

Introducing depression and introducing depression treatment to adult women or housewives is one of the steps that can be taken as an effort to prevent violence against children. Violence against children can be carried out by people who are supposed to protect them, namely one of them is the mother. The mother here is in the group of adult women. Mothers who abuse their children do so because they experience psychological pressure. Violence against children can be prevented if people around them also know about depression and are able to provide assistance in handling it. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of groups of adult women and/or housewives about depression and its treatment so that there is no violence in children due to depressed mothers. Depression is a mental health problem that often arises and requires early detection for treatment so that it does not cause other problems such as violence against other people, especially children who should be protected. The method used is the implementation of health education interventions through health counseling and training on how to deal with depression in adult women. The result of this service activity is an increase in knowledge about depression to be good 59% and quite good 41% as well as the ability to recognize one's own condition and be able to treat depression and provide help to other women who are experiencing depression. So that in the future there will be no more violence against children by people who are supposed to protect and fellow women help other women.
