Abstract

Analysis of the carrying capacity of agricultural land is one of the evaluation tools for sustainable development that can provide an overview of the relationship among population, agricultural land and the environment. This research aims to analyse the carrying capacity of agricultural land in each village in Mojolaban Subdistrict. Analysis of the carrying capacity of land in this research uses a concept developed by Sumarwoto (1985) where the magnitude of the carrying capacity of agricultural land is inversely proportional to population pressure. The results show that the carrying capacity of agricultural land in Mojolaban Subdistrict is inversely proportional to the population compressive pressure on agricultural land. Generally, the carrying capacity for agricultural land in Mojolaban Subdistrict is low level. There are 11 villages (73%) which have low carrying capacity for agricultural land and only 4 villages (27%) which have high carrying capacity of agricultural land.

Abstract

This study aims to see: Determine the tourism potential of the Gondang Dam. knowing the direction of the development of the Gondang Dam tourism object, knowing the impact of the Gondang Dam on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data technique used is through field observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques were scoring and descriptive. The results of this study are: Gondang Dam is a very potential tourism object as well as the most potential reservoir tourism object of the existing reservoirs in Karanganyar Regency. The Gondang Dam still needs further development directions, including the following aspects: recreation / attractions, accessibility, infrastructure, superior products / distinctive products, and promotional efforts. The economic impact felt by the community after the Gondang dam tends to be positive. Positive impacts: Increasing community income, creating job opportunities, encouraging community creativity. While the negative impacts: Some of the community no longer have land to work on, there are more competitors to open businesses, processed traditional products will be left behind by modern processing, because there are more people.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover: (1) The effectiveness of online learning to student learning activities of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo during the COVID-19 disaster response period of 2020. (2) The readiness form of FKIP & The Univet Institution in online learning utilization during the COVID-19 disaster response period of 2020. The method in the study was qualitative descriptive and the sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection technique used was using observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis. Based on the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The online learning utilization to student learning activities in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education has been effective, but it still needs improvement or refinement in several aspects. (2) The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education's lecturers using online learning during the COVID-19 disaster response period were mostly ready, but need gradual training to be professional lecturers. (3) The presence of multimedia components and sufficient e-learning procurement by the institution of Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo for online learning during the COVID-19 disaster response period.

Abstract

The study aims to learn: (1) the behavior of palur village people in the face of the pandemic. (2) government policy understanding of social distension. (3) the impact of a pandemic in palur village of mojolaban district sukoharjo district district district.The methods used in this study are qualitative disticized, depicting or enhancing and learning about people's behavior in dealing with the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) in palur village, government policies on social distension and knowing the effects of the corona virus (covid-19) in palur village. The data-gathering technique used is through direct field observations, interviews and documenting. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and chart data.The results of the study are: (1) citizens are more accustomed to clean and healthy living, implementing health protocols in accordance with government requirements. (2) palur villagers are aware of the social censorship and prevention efforts in dealing with pandemics in accordance with government appeals, but there are still a few places where crowds are. (3) the impact of inequality on people is social, economic and health.

Abstract

Distance learning geography at one Tawangsari State High School uses the Google classroom, which still has several shortcomings that make learning geography less interesting. Increase interest in learning geography using Google Sites learning media. The research method used descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used by giving tests and observations. giving pretest and posttest, for data analysis the post test is used. Observation is used to collect data on student activities in accessing google sites. Learning is considered successful if the learning outcomes of students with the provision that at least 80% of students in one class reach the minimum completeness criteria, namely 75. The results of student observations in accessing learning media google sites can be seen that from 36 students, very good information there are 19 students with a percentage of 53% then increase in posttest test results by 11 students who completed with a percentage of 31% increased to 32 students who completed with a percentage of 89%. So it that google sites-based learning media can increase the learning interest of eleventh grade Social Sciences three students learning geography at  one Tawangsari State High School in 2021.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic caused a change in the education system that began from face-to-face meetings in the classroom to online-based to reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus. During online learning this causes the interest in learning learners decrease and there are several obstacles, namely: facilities, facilities, and infrastructure that are less supportive in teaching and learning activities, in addition to the lack of teaching methods carried out by educators in learning activities. This research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative approaches as well as primary data collection techniques from tests (questionnaires) and observation of online and offline learning activities in the classroom. Sma Negeri 1 Tawangsari has implemented a learning system offline and online. So that the application of blended learing learning methods is considered suitable in this system. Supported by the results of research shown in the second cycle that showed that offline learning activities are more desirable to learners because of the interaction between teachers and participants who are able to improve memory, reduce smartphone use that causes negative impacts on health, and short assignments with long-term collection.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Find out the effect of e-leaning on the geography education students’ understanding (2) Evaluate the geography education students’ levels of understanding after the use of e-learning. This study was One Group Pretest – Posttest Design. The effect of e-learning on the levels of understanding was measured using pretest and posttest which was continued with analyzing using t-test and statistical description. This study results: (1) There was an effect of e-learning on the geography education students’ levels of understanding in the hydrogeography material which showed with a p.value sig. (2-tailed) at 0.001 (lower than 0.05) and t-statistic value of 4.236 which is greater than t-critical value (4.236 > 1.796), (2). Geography education students’ levels of understanding after the use of e-learning increased as seen from statistical description which showed that 25% students (3 students) is partially understand and occuring misconception which is the rest of 75% (9 orang) students is partially understand without misconception

Abstract

The empowerment of the tourism sector for the economic and welfare system in Wonodadi Village here requires the role of the local community in its development. Here it can be done through the stages of planning, implementation, and supervision. This study aims to determine the involvement of local communities in empowering tourist villages and this development can have a positive impact on the local community's economic system in Wonodadi Village, including: in the form of increased income for the surrounding community, increased employment and business opportunities for local communities, and increased government revenue through tourist fees. The less dominant role of the government can be utilized by the surrounding community in the development of tourist villages and can increase space for the community to participate. This data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews and questionnaires which were filled in directly by local residents. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).

Abstract

Mancasan Village is one of the villages in Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. Mancasan Village is one of the villages that is famous for the existence of the guitar industry in the area. The guitar industry is a potential for Mancasan Village because the guitar industry can be one of the successful developments of a region, namely the ability to create job opportunities. The guitar industry in this Mancasan Village classified to in industry small, because on generally every House business this employ around 5-15 employee people, type ownership from business guitar the is individual, using technology which simple and traditional, no have permission business, and the place business which used is the place live or their house alone. The production of guitars in Mancasan Village used to be only through word of mouth or by selling their products directly to music shops. However, along with the times and increasingly sophisticated technology, many guitar craftsmen in Mancasan Village are now marketing their guitar productions online. The potential of the guitar industry in Mancasan Village has an impact on the surrounding community, both the impact on social life and the impact on the economy of the people in Mancasan Village.

Abstract

Crime is a detrimental act that often occurs in society because it has many negative impacts on society. Reporting from Jatimnetwork.com, Mojolaban District is the 4th busiest sub-district in Sukoharjo Regency, where the number of people living in Mojolaban District in 2022 will reach 97,459 people, where achieving a decent life is very high. This thing becomes Big homework for the government and Mojolaban Police to be able to handle and make efforts to overcome crime in Sukoharjo, especially in Mojolaban District. This research used the choropleth maps method with Descriptive Observation and mapped crime-prone areas using ArcGIS. There are several types of crime cases that occur in Mojolaban District, such as embezzlement, theft, sexual harassment, assault, fraud, beatings, fraud and embezzlement. Of these cases, the one with the highest number is case thief And theft Which often happen is theft box infaq, motor And car.
