Abstract

Responding to increasingly competitive competition in every business, companies must find several ideas to support increasing product sales. In order to achieve their goals, the strategy used is to create a web-based ordering information system. This research helps companies process optimal transaction data and reach consumers so that it is easier to make transactions or orders. The waterfall model method is implemented in the data collection process, which includes the analysis, design, coding, testing, support, and maintenance stages. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based shoe ordering information system that can be used in providing services to customers by providing information about existing shoe products so that the information obtained by customers can be viewed in real time and customers can place orders at any time.Keywords: Information Technology; Web-based Ordering System; The Largest Footwear Company.AbstrakDalam menyikapi persaingan yang semakin kompetitif pada setiap bisnis, perusahaan harus menemukan beberapa ide untuk menunjang penjualan produk semakin meningkat, guna mencapai tujuannya, strategi yang digunakan yaitu membuat sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan yang berbasis web. Penelitian ini membantu perusahaan dalam mengolah data transaksi yang optimal dan menjangkau konsumen agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan transaksi/pemesanan. Metode model waterfall di implementasikan pada proses pengumpulan data, yang meliputi: tahap analisa, design, pengkodean, pengujian, pendukung (Support) dan tahap pemeliharaan (Maintenance). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat sistem informasi pemesanan sepatu berbasis web, yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai produk sepatu yang ada, sehingga informasi yang diperoleh pelanggan bisa dilihat secara real time dan pelanggan bisa melakukan pemesanan barang kapan saja.Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Sistem Pemesanan Berbasis Web; Perusahaan Alas Kaki Terbesar.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the need for an increasingly stringent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the industrial world. With the existence of SOPs in the world of education industry, of course, they have to match the needs according to existing standards. SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo formed a Team of Rules (Tatib) which implemented SOPs in accordance with Industrial World standards. Handling related to Tatib is still done manually using a book. Of course, with manual recording, efficiency in processing time and reporting is constrained if needed in a short time. The recording process begins with the admin entering the master data required by the information system, then the teacher enters the recording of student violations. The final process for the Counseling Guidance (BK) team can see the number of range points that have been stored and will then make reports outside the information system. That way the process makes the work of the BK team more accurate and faster

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the feature selection process on student complaint data regarding academic services in universities using the Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) method. Student complaints' diverse and complex nature requires in-depth analysis to identify crucial features that affect service satisfaction. An accurate feature selection process can help universities understand the most frequently reported issues, enabling them to respond and improve services more effectively. The research utilizes complaint data from various aspects of academic services, such as administration, facilities, and faculty interactions. After preprocessing the data to remove noise and irrelevant entries, RFE is applied to select the most relevant features. Subsequently, a classification model is built using the selected features to identify the most significant complaint patterns. Model evaluation is conducted through cross-validation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability, with metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results demonstrate that the RFE method significantly enhances model performance in selecting essential features, making the classification model more efficient and accurate in predicting student complaints. Thus, this study contributes significantly to assisting universities in enhancing the quality of academic services through a more targeted analysis of student complaints. Implementing this method will improve the complaint-handling process and increase overall student satisfaction

Abstract

Maraknya pedagang keliling di Indonesia menjadi suatu tantangan tersendiri bagi masyarakat dalam mencari pedagang keliling terdekat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu calon pembeli dalam mencari pedagang keliling terdekat dengan mudah dan efisien. Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Notifikasi dan Geolocation pada Pedagang Keliling Terdekat Berbasis Android merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan calon pembeli dalam mencari pedagang keliling di sekitar lokasi mereka berada. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan fitur geolocation pada perangkat Android dan menggunakan algoritma Haversine untuk menghitung jarak antara lokasi calon pembeli dengan lokasi pedagang keliling. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur notifikasi yang akan memberikan informasi kepada calon pembeli jika ada pedagang keliling terdekat yang sedang berada di sekitar lokasi mereka. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, perancangan sistem, pengujian sistem, serta tahapan implementasi dan evaluasi sistem. Perancangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin serta menggunakan Android Studio sebagai platform pengembangan. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan hasil yang akurat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan di SMPN 2 Pacet dengan tema "Teknologi untuk Kebaikan, Internet Tanpa Kejahatan". Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi secara positif dan bertanggung jawab. Ruang lingkup kegiatan mencakup seminar dan sosialisasi yang membahas berbagai topik utama, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi untuk kebaikan, keamanan internet, etika dalam berinternet, dan literasi digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan edukatif melalui seminar interaktif dan diskusi kelompok. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari siswa, guru, orang tua, dan tokoh masyarakat. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari hasil observasi serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait pentingnya penggunaan teknologi secara bijak, dengan indikator meningkatnya kesadaran akan ancaman dunia digital serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi dan menghindari kejahatan siber. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa edukasi mengenai teknologi dan internet sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat, terutama generasi muda, guna menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman, nyaman, dan bermanfaat bagi semua. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis seminar dan diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital. Rekomendasi ke depan adalah memperluas cakupan kegiatan ke lebih banyak sekolah serta memperdalam materi mengenai keamanan digital.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the YOLOv8 algorithm in detecting humanoid objects in an open space environment, with a special focus on school areas such as parking lots. The main objective is to develop an intelligent system that can accurately identify students based on four uniform classifications: none, grey, batik, and department-specific uniforms. The system is designed to function effectively in real-time by analyzing image and video data. The research methodology begins with data acquisition using CCTV footage, followed by annotation and preprocessing using Roboflow. The dataset consists of 314 images with 1,649 labeled bounding boxes, which are then divided into training and validation sets. A yaml configuration file is created to interact with the YOLOv8 model. Training is performed using YOLOv8s variants, with experimental variations in image size, batch size, and epochs to optimize model performance. The evaluation results show that the model achieves a precision of 0.86, a recall of 0.92, and a mean Average Precision (mAP@0.50) of 0.93. Furthermore, visual testing confirms the system's ability to detect students with a total detection accuracy of 85%. Some minor errors were observed in distinguishing between visually similar classes, such as batik and department uniforms. These results demonstrate the robustness and reliability of YOLOv8 in dynamic real-world environments. This study concludes that YOLOv8 can be effectively applied to educational settings for surveillance or monitoring systems. Future research will focus on improving accuracy by expanding the dataset and incorporating more diverse categories of humanoid objects.

Abstract

Changes in product demand is a problem that is often faced by the industry as well as one of them is onion crackers. Tapioca flour is the main ingredient used to make onion crackers. Because the demand for crackers is always changing, this company often experiences excess or shortage of raw materials. If there is an excess of raw materials, the company must incur additional costs for the maintenance and storage of raw materials so that raw materials can be properly stored in accordance with existing standards, which of course costs a lot. Therefore, companies must plan to solve this problem by planning raw material requirements by forecasting raw material requirements using the artificial neural network method and double exponential smoothing holt. The results showed that the artificial network method had a mean square error of 0.120 and the mean square error using the double exponential smoothing method yielded a value of 206.19. Based on these two values, it can be concluded that the artificial neural network method is more accurate than the double exponential smoothing holt method. This can be seen by comparing the roat mean square error values of the two methods..

Abstract

Background: Electoral participation reflects the quality of democracy, particularly in rural communities with diverse socioeconomic structures. Specific Background: In Sidoarjo Regency, disparities in participation levels among villages suggest that local development factors play a crucial role. Knowledge Gap: Previous models only used demographic attributes without integrating the multidimensional Village Development Index (IDM) indicators. Aims: This study aims to construct a predictive model of voter participation using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm based on IDM data. Results: By applying preprocessing, feature selection, and probabilistic classification to 48 attributes of IDM, the model achieved 78.65% accuracy, 79% precision, 76% recall, and 77% F1-score, revealing that education, health, and accessibility variables are key predictors. Novelty: Unlike prior research, this work combines social, economic, and ecological IDM dimensions with an open-source Python-based approach for transparent model validation. Implications: The findings demonstrate the feasibility of data-driven governance tools for mapping electoral participation and can support strategic planning to improve civic engagement in rural Indonesia.Highlights:• Uses IDM indicators to predict election participation• Naïve Bayes model achieves 78.65% accuracy• Supports data-driven democratic planning

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak multidimensi di berbagaiaspek kehidupan terutama lanjut usia (lansia) yang menghadapirisiko signifikan terkena covid-19. Protokol kesehatan danpemantauan kesehatan lansia di masa pandemi saat ini tidakberjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tidak sedikitlansia yang tidak menyadari pentingnya melaksanakan protokolkesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan covid-19 sehingga untukmemaksimalkan penularan covid-19 maka tim pengabdimelakukan kegiatan pada kader lansia di masa pandemi saat ini.Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu memberikanpeningkatan derajat mutu kesehatan lansia supaya hidup sehatdan mandiri di masa pandemic. Pelaksanaan pengabdianmasyarakat dilakukan di pos posyandu lansia desa Penatarsewukecamatan Tanggulangin Sidoarjo dengan dihadiri oleh mitrapengabdian yaitu kader lansia, perangkat desa dan timpengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan yang diadakan pelatihanprotokol kesehatan 5 M, dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini makakader – kader lansia dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannyatentang protokol kesehatan 5 M dan mencegah penularan covid19 terutama pada lansia. Kegiatan yang kedua yaitu pelatihanpemantauan kesehatan lansia di masa pandemi covid-19.Pastisipasi mitra dengan menjadi kader dan memantau kesehatanpara lansia dengan mandiri. Kemudian memberikan info grafisberupa poster tentang protokol kesehatan dan pemantauankesehatan lansia di masa pandemi covid-19. Setelah diberikanpelatihan tersebut, kader-kader lansia akan di damping olehpetugas kesehatan dan tim pengabdi serta mahasiswa kebidananuntuk melaksanakan kegiatan sesuai pelatihan yang sudahdiberikan.

Abstract

The making of this application is as a promotional medium to increase the number of new students and introduce the campus when PMB conducts campus tours. Visualization of augmented reality (AR) campus 1 buildings at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo as an information medium that can combine real and virtual objects in 3D buildings in real time. This study uses the Marker Based Tracking Method to produce applications that can display building visuals in 3D and can scan markers by pointing the smartphone camera at brochures from various angles including: top, left and right sides and back.
