Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG), struktur modal dan rasio profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2023. Penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh 19 perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi dalam rentang waktu 2021-2023 sebanyak 57 data observasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan melakukan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik untuk menjamin kelayakan data. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan software EViews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan rasio profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen. Besarnya kontribusi variabel independen terhadap nilai perusahaan adalah sebesar 97,85%. Sedangkan 2,15% nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of Al Ammar Qur'an Tahfidz Science High School teachers in managing scientific work references through the use of the Mendeley application. Problems faced by partners include low digital literacy in the use of reference managers, manual citation and bibliography creation, and difficulties in adapting to journal style. The activity implementation method uses a participatory approach through workshops, demonstrations, direct practice, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation was carried out with pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the increase in understanding and skills of participants. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in all assessment aspects, namely understanding the concept of reference, mastery of Mendeley features, reference management, use of automatic citations in Microsoft Word, and bibliography preparation. The highest increase occurred in automatic citation skills with a score increase of 37 points. This activity not only improves teachers' technical competence in scientific writing but also strengthens digital literacy and readiness for publication in accredited national and reputable international journals. This program contributes to strengthening a technology-based academic culture in partner schools and supports the implementation of MBKM and the achievement of higher education's Key Performance Indicators

Abstract

The operation of this sharia bank cannot be separated from the demands of implementing good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance) hereinafter referred to as GCG. This research uses a type of literature study or literature review with data collection methods using two approaches, namely library research and internet searches. The literature that is the focus of this research are journals and articles that are directly related to Good Corporate Governance (GCG). In the process of searching on the internet, researchers can use various methods such as searching, browsing, or downloading to obtain the information needed according to the research objectives. The databases used when searching for research journals are Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, and Researchgate. The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is tasked with supervising banking operations and sharia banking products according to Sharia principles. DPS must ensure that GCG principles are implemented in all aspects and at all levels of the company. Through the effective implementation of sharia GCG, sharia banking not only gains public trust, but also builds a solid foundation for the growth of the sharia financial industry by combining ethical and balanced financial values.
