Abstract

Alikasi TTG pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat khususnya peternak ikan tambak dalam meningkatkan produksi ikan. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah mengaplikasikan teknologi tepat guna untuk memproduksi pakan ternak ikan. Pakan ternak ikan atau pelet ini dapat diproduksi dengan mesin pembuat pelet . Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Nagari Lubuk Basung yang berjarak sekitar 100 Km dari ibukota propinsi Sumatera Barat. Khalayak sasarannya adalah masyrakat petani tambak ikan di kanagarian Lubuk Basung. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini para petani ikan ini mengalami pasang surut yang disebabkan mahalnya pakan ikan. Mahalnya pakan ikan ini tidak sebanding terhadap penjualan ikan. Disamping itu daya beli masyarakat mengalami penurunan, sehingga para petani tambak ikan mengalami penurunan bahkan banyak juga yang mengalami kondisi gulung tikar. Melalui pendekatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pendekatan untuk membuka wawasan terhadap aplikasi teknologi tepat guna. Aplikasi teknologi tepat guna ini adalah penerapan mesin pembuat pakan ternak. . Diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini masyarakat petani ikan ini dapat memproduksi pakan ternak secara mandiri. Ketersediaan bahan baku untuk pakan ternak ikan ini cukup banyak tersedia disekitar kita, mulai dari dedak, ampas tahu, tepung ikan, jagung dan sebagainya. Pemanfaatan bahan baku ini memberikan masukan bagi masyarakat sekaligus terbuka alih teknologi tepat guna. Dampak lain juga memberikan lapangan kerja baru dimasyarakat seperti untuk operasional dan perawatan mesin, pengumpul bahan baku, distribusi pakan ternak dan sebagainya. Secara keseluruahan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakt ini dapat memberikan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Luaran yang ditargetkan jurnal Nasinal ber ISSBN dan Vidio di youtube

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine partially or jointly the influence of remuneration variables, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Aljasa Community Health Center employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and research was conducted on 80 respondents from the civil service department (a sample of 67 civil servant workers from the Community Health Center Arjasa). Respondent responses were processed using multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and r-test using a Likert scale. The results of this research reveal a partial (significant) influence between reward variables, work discipline, and work motivation on the dependent variable performance employees, while the research variables reward, job reveal the influence of work discipline variables on discipline. Work motivation for employee performance. The results of this research show that the leadership of the Arjasa Health Center can pay attention to compensation and work discipline, motivate employees and monitor employee activities to improve the performance of Puskesmas employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the performance of pico hydro scale cross flow water turbines using multilevel double penstock as a conductor of water flow. Multilevel double penstock is used to reduce the transportation process from highways that are affordable to four-wheeled vehicles / cars to the location of the installation of the turbine. This condition causes the need for small-scale water turbine designs with lightweight construction with a kock down system. Overall the picohidro scale turbine construction is needed relatively cheaper transportation costs, so that people who have not been reached by the PLN network can be touched by small and cheap electricity. Turbine construction data has a runner diameter of 170 mm, body dimensions 200 mm x 300 mm x 250 mm, frame 250 mm x 800 mm. Pool tando 600 mm x 1200 mm and penstock length 16m. The power produced is theoretically around 2500 watts, with a data flow of 50 liters / second and a water level of 8 m. 65% efficiency. The research method is analyzing the double penstock water flow, by making paralon pipes in stages, ranging from 5 incci diameter, 4 inches and 3 inches, flow analysis approach using a gradient line, where the incoming water velocity and water velocity come out until entering the transmitting pipe. The performance results of this turbine provide an average actual power of up to 2000 watts. The stability of the inlet water condition is used by the Tando pond as a water bath. If there is excess water in the sediment tank, the water gate is used out, where excess water will automatically flow into the exhaust channel.

Abstract

One of the mandatory criteria for SMK graduates is to have a competency renewal value. Competence values that lack novelty will be unable to compete in the current era of rapid technological development. The school has a big role in designing learning that has new value. To achieve this, the school must move quickly to present collaborative programs, training with other agencies that do have professionalism in their fields.The problems experienced by Vocational High Schools above are one of the responsibilities of lecturers as educators, wherefrom the threefold missions of Higher Education that must be implemented there are points of community service. The lecturer profession is obliged to do community service related to the problems that arise around it. Based on the problems experienced by Vocational Schools at the initial point, our community service team from the Automotive Engineering Department through LP2M UNP tried to cooperate with schools in presenting new competencies. This activity is in the form of Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) fuel system training for students of SMK N 2 Payakumbuh.From the evaluation results, it was found that students' understanding of the fuel injection system (EFI) material increased with an average increase in understanding of 12-18%. The author believes that if this is continued consistently, it can have an impact on improving the quality of PBM in SMK N 2 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Salah satu kriteria wajib lulusan SMK harus memiliki nilai kebaharuan kompetensi. Nilai kompetensi yang minim kebaharuan akan kalah bersaing dalam era pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Untuk mencapai hal itu, pihak sekolah harus bergerak cepat untuk menghadirkan program kerjasama, pelatihan dengan instansi lain yang memang memiliki profesionalitas di bidangnya. Tapi bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi sekolah untuk bisa merangkul instansi/industry professional untuk bekerjasama meningkatkan kulaitas pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.Permasalahan yang dialami SMK merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab dosen selaku pendidik, dimana dari tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami SMK diatas, kami tim pengabdian masyarakat dari Jurusan Teknik Otomotif melalui LP2M UNP mencoba bekerjasama dengan sekolah dalam menghadirkan kebaharuan kompetensi. Kegiatan ini berupa Pelatihan system bahan bakar Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) bagi guru SMK Mitra Payakumbuh. Materi kegiatan ini meliputi perawatan system bahan bakar EFI, identifikasi kerusakan pada kendaraan dengan system bahan bakar EFI (manual & scan tool) dan pengujian emisi kendaraan.Dari hasil pelatihan terlihat peningkatan pemahaman guru terkait materi system bahan bakar injeksi (EFI). Hal ini disinyalir karena memang materi ini sangat mereka inginkan sejak lama tapi karena keterbatasan peralatan dan narasumber sehingga belum mereka dapatkan.
