Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic factors, corporate fundamentals and systemic risk on the return of Islamic stocks listed on the Indonesian stock exchanges incorporated in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stocks during the period 2013 to 2016, the sampling of data using purposive sampling method, there are 11 syariah-compliant companies which for four years or eight consecutive times entered into JII index during the observation period between 2013 and 2016 sampled, while the variables studied consist of GDP (Gross Domestic Product), inflation, DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), BETA (systemic risk) and stock return. The test method using multiple regression analysis with SPSS test, the result of statistical test with F test (F-test) got the result that all independent variables (GDP, inflation, DER, ROA, BETA) simultaneously have significant effect to stock return with significance level 0,002 , the result of statistical test with t test (t-test) there are two variables that is inflation with significance level 0,017 and DER with significance level 0,030 have significant effect to return of syariah stock, while other variable that is GDP, ROA and BETA have no significant effect to stock return sharia. Keywords: Sharia stock, GDP, Inflation, Corporate fundamentals, systemic risk, Stock return

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model hubungan demografis, tingkat preferensi, kepuasan dan persepsi risiko masyarakat produk obat tradisional yang nantinya dapat digunakan oleh para pengembang produk obat tradisional untuk menyusun kebijakan pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kota Banjarmasin dengan waktu penelitian mulai dari bulan Oktober 2018 sampai dengan Maret 2019.  Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah  masyarakat kota Banjarmasin sebanyak  150 responden.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling.   Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa dengan  SEM (Structural Equation Model) .  Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Model structural equation model yang didapat dari penelitian telah memenuhi standar goodness of fit index dan dapat menjelaskan hubungan seluruh variabel yang diteliti, (2) Variabel demografis berpengaruh signfikan terhadap variabel kepuasan dan persepsi risiko namun tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat preferensi (5) Variabel demografis memiliki korelasi  dengan variabel kepuasan (positif – sedang), dengan variabel preferensi (positif-lemah) dan dengan variabel persepsi risiko (negatif-lemah).

Abstract

The right to a good and healthy environment is a human right guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. Human rights in the field of the environment are very important, therefore the government should be present in ensuring that citizens get a good and healthy environment. The fulfillment of the right to a good and healthy environment is strongly influenced by variables outside the law such as economic variables, poverty, unemployment, and the Human Development Index (HDI).Because of that, This study aims was to exploring the relationship of sectoaral regional income (SRI), poverty, unemployment and Human Development Index (HDI) in spesific region to the environment quality.  Indicators used in this research are SRI of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, unemployment and HDI.  The type data used is secondary data from the Department of Environment, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources,  and also the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province for the period 2006 – 2020.Because of that, This research using secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics for period 2006 – 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using structural equation model.   Our results from this study were (1) SRI of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, and human development index (HDI) were give significant effect to environment quality because all value of CR ≥ 1.96 and probability < 0.05 (2) The unemployment indicator was not give a significant effect to environment quality because from the effect test, the value of CR ≥ 1.96 and probability < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that are most considered by the community in determining trust and buying interest in green products. This research is a qualitative-quantitative descriptive study using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population and sample used in this study were the people of the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan as many as 150 respondents using the non-purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and average comparison analysis. This study examines 6 factors consisting of (1) Trust in objects, (2) Trust in Attributes, (3) Trust in Benefits, (4) Interest in buying transactionally, (5) Interest in Buying Referrals, (6 ) Interest in Preference (Preferential) and (7) Level of Curiosity (Explorative). The results of the study found that: (1) the level of trust and buying interest of the people of the city of Banjarmasin towards green products was in the medium category; (2) The factor of trust variable which is considered more dominant for respondents to consider based on the results of the highest average rating is trust in attributes (Price and Promotion) followed by trust in objects (Appearance and Quality), and trust in benefits (environment and health). (3) The factors of buying interest which are considered more dominant for the public to consider are referential, followed by preferential factors, exploratory factors and transactional factors.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of losses on economic development in South Kalimantan Province. This study's economic development indicators include the Human Development Index (HDI), Economic Growth, and Gini Ratio. In comparison, the indicators of the impact of environmental damage are the number of disasters, the number of losses, and the number of people affected. The data used is secondary data for the period 2009-2021 sourced from DLH, BNPB South Kalimantan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and SEM. The findings obtained from this study are 1) The Number of disasters has no significant effect on losses because of the value of CR (1.888) < 1.96 and probability (0.059) > 0.05. 2) The amount of loss has no significant effect on the number of affected people because of the value of CR (0.774) < 1.96 and probability (0.439) > 0.05. 3) The amount of loss has a significant effect on HDI because of the value of CR (3.358) 1.96 and probability (0.000) < 0.05. 4) The amount of loss has no significant effect on the Gini Ratio because the value of CR (0.087) < 1.96 and probability (0.931) > 0.05, 5) The amount of loss has a significant effect on Economic Development. After all, the value of CR (2.354) 1.96 and probability (0.019) < 0.05, 6) Contribution figures are only indicated by the level of losses to Economic Growth (13.38%) and HDI (24.12%). At the same time, other disaster indicators analyzed do not show any contribution to the components of economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan rasio pasar terhadap harga saham syariah di bursa efek Indonesia yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selama periode tahun 2013 – 2016. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dan didapat 15 perusahaan bersaham syariah yang selama periode pengamatan atau selama empat tahun berturut-turut masuk ke dalam indeks JII. Metode pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat uji SPSS dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah ROA, NPM, DAR, EPS, PER, dan harga saham syariah. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji F (F-test) didapatkan hasil bahwa semua variabel independen ROA, NPM, DAR, EPS, PER secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham syariah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00. Kemudian hasil uji statistik dengan uji t (t-test) bahwa secara parsial variabel ROA, DAR, EPS, PER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham syariah dan variabel NPM berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham syariah, selanjutnya nilai Adj. R square didapat hasil 0,896 yang berarti pengaruh variabel ROA, EPS, NPM, DAR, PER terhadap Harga Saham Syariah cukup tinggi sebesar 90% dan sisanya 10% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is an event study that aims to discover whether there is any empirical evidence of the stock changed to one of the political events in Indonesia. This research used a political event namely Jakarta Governor Election 2017 Round II, by using indicator value of abnormal return and Trading Volume Activity Sharia stocks in Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Market. This event political event was held on April 19, 2017. Population and sample in this research are 30 sharia stocks in JII. The data used in this research are secondary data consists of consists of daily stock prices, daily share trading volume, and daily stock prices index during the five days before, one day at the time of, and five days after the event. Statistical tool used to test the hypothesis is t test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. T test calculation results indicate that there are significant positive value of abnormal return at a few days around the event date, which means the market responds to this event as a good news. While the results of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test prove that there are significant differences between the average abnormal return in the period before the time the event and in the period after the time event, but not significant in the period before- after the event. The results of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test also shows that there are significant differences between the average trading volume activity in the period at the time of-after the event, but not significant in the period before-at the time event and before-after the event.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the use of video content marketing in performing SMEs perceptions and behavior in implementing the concept of a green economy. The expected results of this research will make the using of video marketing content can be used as a material consideration for use in socialization and guidance to SMEs about the concept of green economy. This study was conducted in South Kalimantan province with the population, and the sample was SMEs in South Kalimantan province as much as 164 respondents. Researcher use purposive sampling as research method with one group pretest-posttest as research design. The data was collected using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique are descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. This study found that there is an average difference of perception and behavior of respondents about green economy before and after treatment with the video content marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the relation between the perceived value, perceived risk, level of trust and toward green products purchase intention. This study is a survey research using questionnaires as an instrument. Population and sample used in this study is the community of Banjarmasin and taken as many as 150 respondents using non-purposive sampling method. The study found that Banjarmasin’s public tends to be more considered in its functional value indicators than other indicators such as social value, emotional value, and economic value. They also tend to be more considered at time risk indicators than other indicators such as the risk of physical and psychological risks. Banjarmasin’s public tends to be more considered toward its benefits indicators than other indicators such as trust in the object, and trust in attributes. Perceived value and perceived risk affect the level of public confidence but have no effect to the public purchase intention towards green products. The level of trust significantly influences the purchase intention towards green products. The relationship between the public purchase intention towards green products with the perceived value and perceived risk tends to be indirect and moderated by variable levels of trust.
