Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan kemajuan dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang semakin modern, perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian suatu produk juga ikut beragam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Pepes Ayam Pak Nana Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Pak Nana Bandar Lampung. Strategi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Rumah Makan Pepes Ayam Pak Nana Bandar Lampung sebaiknya meningkatkan strategi pemasaran seperti kesesuaian harga, promosi yang dilakukan serta melakukan diskon pada hari besar, lalu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar kepuasan konsumen dapat terpenuhi.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of the goods or services the customer wants, so quality assurance is a top priority for every company as a benchmark for the company's competitive advantage. Quality of service in service companies is very important from the point of view of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relationship marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of PT Telkomsel in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative; the population in this study is the customer of PT Telkomsel in Bandar Lampung for 3 months as many as 60 people and a sample of 60people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that there is an influence of relational marketing on customer loyalty of PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. There is an influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. There is the influence of relational marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. Suggestion, PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung is advised to be able to convince customers with a guarantee of satisfying service supported by professional employees in serving customers. These steps are expected to make customers like the services provided, so that eventually customers will come back and make repeat purchases.

Abstract

Village is the unity of law society that has area borders and it also an authority to regulate and to take care the local society interest according to the local admitted and respected origin and culture in the Government System of Republic of Indonesia. In the effort of running the village government, therefore, the village development plan is arranged as a unity included in the regency or city development plan. The village development plan is set by the participative of village government according to its authority. The formulation of the problem in this research is : Does the autonomy village program have the significant influence toward the development improvement in Komering Agung village, Gunung Sugih sub-district, Central Lampung regency?. Therefore the objective of this research is to know how big is the influence of the autonomy village program toward the development improvement in Komering Agung village, Gunung Sugih sub-district, Central Lampung regency. In this research, the data sources are taken from secondary and primary data using the qualitative and quantitative data analysis. As the result of this research, it can be concluded that the autonomy village program in Komering Agung village, Gunung Sugih, Central Lampung has been conducted well. It can identified from the result of questionnaire given to 34 respondents of this research and it showed that 19 or (55,88%) respondents stated that the autonomy village program run in Komering Agung village, Gunung Sugih sub-district, Central Lampung regency has been done well. However, it is suggested that there must be a good cooperation and awareness between the government apparatus and society in running the autonomy village program in order to support the development improvement in Komering Agung village Gunung Sugih sub-district, Central Lampung regency

Abstract

Theory development in the past embraces the principle that poverty occurs because of a lack of ability to save and build physical capital. However, the theory was later corrected by another theory which states that "quality" as the ability of resident physical and psychological-intellectual, is more important than physical capital in the development process. The theory asserts that human resources (HR) is the most decisive factor of the character and pace of social and economic development of a nation Thus, an increase in resident enrollment to pursue higher education should be a strategic agenda for a nation to rise up to pursue economic progress.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is aim of this research is to investigate and analyze: (1) Effect of Traffic Inspectorate auditors on the effectiveness of supervision at the local government district of Bandar Lampung. (2) Effect of the auditors on the effectiveness of supervision skills Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung local government district. (3) Effect of auditors on the effectiveness of supervision skills Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung local government district. And (4) Effect of abilities, aptitudes and skills for effective supervision of the Inspectorate in the local government district of Bandar Lampung. Research was conducted at Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: 1) partially shows that the variables affect the auditor's ability to control the effectiveness of the Local Government Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the ability of auditors in terms of knowledge, experience and education will further increase the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 2) partially shows that the variables affect the effectiveness of auditor competence oversight on Local Government Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the auditor skills in this response and communicative work will further improve the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 3) partially shows that skill variables affect the effectiveness of the supervisory auditor at the Government Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the auditor's skills and expertise in this regard in the speed of work would increase the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 4) Simultaneously indicates that the variable ability, aptitude and skills auditor jointly influence the effectiveness of the Local Government Inspectorate supervision Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is, (1) How the performance of the Mall Public Service  in the government of Tulang Bawang regency. (2) How is the quality of service in Tulang Bawang Regency government. (3) How big the performance of public service Mall  is to the quality of government services of Tulang Bawang District. This research uses the explanatory method of survey, by analyzing the effect of performance variables of public service Mall  as a free variable (independent variable) to the quality of service as a dependent variable. Researchers use a research approach in accordance with the objectives that you want to achieve namely in addition to describing and describing empirical facts found in the field, will also perform inferential analysis between free variables and bound variables. The results of the research is the performance of Mall Public Service  on the government of Tulang Bawang District has been running, but not optimal, it is because it has not been supported by the educational level of apparatus that has not been done, quality service Mall service Public  at Tulang Bawang Regency Government, indicating that the variable quality service Mall public service  has not been implemented as expected. Performance effect of public service Mall  on the quality of government services of Tulang Bawang Regency, according to the results showed that the performance of the public Service Mall  has a strong enough relationship of 64.2 percent against Quality of service, while the rest, 35.8 percent influenced by other factors that the author has not researched, thereby that the results of the study showed the significant influence of the performance of Mall Public Service (MPP) on quality Service on quality of service at the public Service Mall  of Tulang Bawang Regency.

Abstract

This study mainly wants to examine (1) How Effectiveness of Technology- Based Licensing Services is About Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency, (2) What aspects support and hinder the Effectiveness of Technology-Based Licensing Services regarding Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency.This research design uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The research design aims to describe and analyze qualitatively the Effectiveness of Technology-Based Licensing Services About Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency.The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of technology-based licensing services regarding licensing services in Tulang Bawang Regency has been running, but not optimal, this is because it has not been supported by an inadequate level of education of the apparatus, according to the dimensions, namely (1). The unit of time is relatively not optimal because of the limited work infrastructure, so it is not yet able to provide timely services, (2) The unit of results, is not optimal because there are often people who are late due to frequent power outages, (3) the quality of work is still not optimal by service providers. officer

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How is public service in motor vehicle tax receipts at the Office of the One-Stop Administration (Samsat) Ladies Mal Bumi Kedaton Bandar Lampung City. (2) What aspects hinder the implementation of public services in motor vehicle tax receipts at the Office of the One-Stop Administration (Samsat) Ladies Mal Bumi Kedaton Bandar Lampung City.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The use of this method is to examine and describe qualitatively, how the quality of public services in motor vehicle tax receipts in the One Roof Manunggal Administration System (Samsat) of the Bumi Kedaton Mall Ladies. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interview and observation techniques, according to the research objectives to be achieved.The results showed that the service in paying motorized vehicle taxes in the One Roof Manunggal Administration (Samsat) Ladies Mal Bumi Kedaton Bandar Lampung City, namely, (1) Reliability, namely the apparatus has carried out their duties professionally, by providing services according to the main tasks and functions, although still there are people who want better service. (2) Responsiveness, always providing services to the community according to their duties, (3) Certainty, that the apparatus has implemented existing regulations by giving sanctions to people who are late in paying taxes, (4) Empathy, Providing socialization assistance and making it easier to pay motor vehicle taxes , without reducing the specified conditions, the community has also felt helped by what the apparatus has done. (5) In the form of, the apparatus in carrying out their duties always shows their identity as officers who provide services to the community, and carry out according to their main duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research regression analysis, the population in this study are all employees at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution Lampung Tanjung Karang area, amounting to 70 employees. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has 5 alternative answers. Test the validity of the instrument using item analysis and calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses the Croncbach's Alpha formula. Then the hypothesis test uses a partial test.The results of the study are: (1) the level of goodness of the work environment at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution Lampung Area Tanjung Karang is in the good category of 63% of 100%. (2) the level of goodness of work effectiveness at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution Lampung Tanjung Karang Area in the good category of 61% of 100%. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and the work effectiveness of employees at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution Lampung Tanjung Karang Area with a determination coefficient of 0.8262 which means that 82.62% of the work effectiveness of employees is influenced by the work environment at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution Lampung Tanjung Karang Area. And the remaining 17.38% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The Proper Living Needs (PLN) is a standard requirement that must be fulfilled by an employee or single worker to live both physically and non-physically and socially in a proper condition for the needs of one (1) month.PLN is as a basis in determining the minimum wage as an increase of the minimum necessities for workers life. Wage is one of the instruments that can directly improve the living standard of the worker and his family. The high or low level of wage received by a worker will directly influence the welfare changes experienced by a worker.What drives the worker to be passionate to work effectively? Seeing the different interests among those involved in wages policy, it is not surprising that the wages policy is the result of bargaining the interests from the governments, the employers and workers who directly receive a wage increase.
