Abstract

Pada saat sekarang ini perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mengalami perkembangan dengan pesat. Sama halnya dengan perkembangan ilmu kedokteran yang diperlukan untuk mengetahui hasil dan meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan penanganan medis terutama untuk mengidentifikasi suatu penyakit. Salah satu aplikasi yang di gunakan dalam pengolahan citra adalah mendeteksi tulang retak pada tulang kering.Citra (image) adalah sebagai salah satu komponen multimedia yang memegangperanan pentingsebagai bentuk informasi visual.Citra mempunyai   karakteristik yang tidak dimiliki oleh data teks, yaitu citra kaya dengan   informasi.Meskipunsebuahcitra kayainformasi, namun seringkali citra yang kita miliki mengalamipenurunanmutu (degradasi), misalnya mengandung cacat atau  derau (noise), warnanya terlalu kontras, kurang tajam,kabur(blurring),dansebagainya.Penggunaan filter Sobel dan filter Prewitt (Adlakha, et all, 2016) untuk mendapatkan tepi dari citra masukan dan mendapatkan citra keluaran sesuai dengan nilai filter yang dikenakan pada citra masukan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif untuk memudahkan para guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Darussalam Bengkulu Tengah yaitu merancang media pembelajaran interaktif do’a dengan perancangan menggunakan use case diagram, membuat sistem sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah dibuat serta mengimplementasikan sistem yang telah dibuat serta melakukan pengujian pada sistem.Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, studi pustaka, dokumentasi. Sementara itu dalam pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian model waterfall.Media pembelajaran yang dibuat menggunakan Adobe Animate. Media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat di uji dengan metode pengujian black box.Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran do’a yang membantu pihak sekolah dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar, dan juga membantu siswa dalam menghafal do’a.

Abstract

The development of the digital world in the world of education in the industrial era 5.0 has affected all aspects of life. digital literacy is the ability to use ICT to find, evaluate, use, create, and communicate information with cognitive and technical skills. The Use of Digital Literacy in the World of Education Era 5.0 among the people has been felt by all people in all corners, both in cities and in villages, both among the general public and students. Utilization of Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education requires the preparation of competitive human resources through education and training both at school and outside of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang is a technology-based vocational school, so it is possible that through this school it will generate interest for students to understand and learn the process of Utilizing Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education. The subjects in this service activity are students state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang district. The output targets to be achieved in community service activities this time are (1) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency can understand the Utilization of Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education (2) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency are able to describe influence, readiness and suitability of industry 4.0 with society 5.0, (3) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency can find out that through the development and utilization of digital literacy in the era of society 5.0 digital benefits can be obtained in the world of education in the industrial era 5.0, the concept of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 is basically not have a big difference, but the concept of Society is more focused on the context of humans. If the industrial revolution uses AI and artificial intelligence as its main components, while Society 5.0 uses modern technology, it only relies on humans as its main components.

Abstract

Based on reviews of the implementation of Community Service activities held in Hamlet II, Harapan Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency, residents are enthusiastic about understanding more about building digital/online businesses. Very big impact. So it is hoped that in the future these residents will be willing to implement and interact with each other to build digital businesses such as using e-business and e-commerce applications in Harpan Village, Pondok Coconut District, Central Bengkulu Regency, and be able to compete with the ability to guarantee that e-business meets the three key characteristics required. in any business transaction, validation, integrity and privacy encourage the adoption of digital technology which reduces cost efficiency and competition. This can be seen from the many questions asked by residents during the activity.

Abstract

The importance of using and utilizing technology to increase knowledge in the Generation Z era among youth is one of the driving factors to remain competitive in the digital world. With this digital technology, it is easier for all groups to access information on social media such as Google, YouTube, ChatGPT. Analysis of the situation with partners, in this case SMA Negeri 1 Kepahiang, revealed a picture of students' lack of understanding of the development of information technology, especially in the digital field. so that the school conveyed the need to socialize the technology directly to the students of SMAN 1 Kepahiang. Parts of the field of computer science that continue to develop include artificial intelligence as a tool and a substitute for human functions, one of which is ChatGPT technology which is an artificial intelligence-based machine technology that is trained to be able to imitate human conversation using NPL (Natural Language Processing) technology. And used to produce quite scientific writing or even books with prompts. So that opportunities for innovation using this technology are wide open for education in Indonesia, one of which is improving the writing skills of students in schools/campuses to achieve the six competencies (critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, character education and citizenship) that are needed in the current era. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang terpenting dalam kehidupan yang perlu untuk dikembangkan terutama di Indonesia. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Bengkulu memiliki tugas mengatur pelaksanaan urusan pendidikan sesuai wilayah kerja agar berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai program dari pusat. SMA, SMK, dan SLB merupakan sekolah-sekolah dibawah naungan dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Bengkulu. Di kota Bengkulu pun terdapat ± 50 sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta. Faktor yang menyebabkan hal ini adalah kurangnya ketersedian data dan informasi yang kurang lengkap serta lokasi sekolah cukup sulit diketahui karena informasi yang disajikan oleh pihak sekolah tidak berbentuk brosur ataupun sosialisasi kurang ke masyarakat sehingga menyulitkan untuk melihat persebaran sekolah yang ada di kota Bengkulu. Dengan dibangunnya aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis pemetaan sekolah berbasis android bertujuan agar aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dalam pencarian lokasi sekolah SMA SMK dan SLB di kota Bengkulu. Diharapkan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi referensi bukan hanya sistem informasi geografis pemetaan dan pencarian lokasi sekolah melainkan juga untuk semua aplikasi dengan sebagai perkembangan informasi teknologi berbasis android.

Abstract

Sekolah adalah tempat para pelajar untuk menempuh pendidikannya. Pada Sekolah dasar inilah merupakan jenjang pendidikan dasar pertama pada pendidikan formal. Tingkat prestasi siswa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dari hasil pencapaian pelajar. Dengan tingkat prestasi dapat diketahui seberapa jauh seorang pelajar dapat menyerap dan memahami pelajaran yang dia dapatkan. Berdasarkan tingkat prestasi pelajar juga dapat diketahui keberhasil guru dalam menyampaikan materi. Banyakanya jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak tentunya pemantauan yang dilakukan secara manual tentunya kurang efektif, sehingga peserta didik yang nilai akademiknya baik jika dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut diperlukan metode untuk mengelompokkan peserta didik berprestasi. Salah satu metode pengelompokkan adalah Data Mining.Algoritma K-Means merupakan bentuk dari clustering yang membagi data kedalam satu atau lebih cluster. Dengan algoritma K-Means nilai akademik pelajar akan menjadi nilai centroid atau titik tengah suatu cluster.

Abstract

Putra Mart store is one of the supermarkets in Bintuhan City., on Jl. South Kaur Cold Water. Putra shop is one of the shops engaged in supplying goods to small shops in Bengkulu City. The goods supply system at Toko Putra still uses a manual system in recording data, both data on availability of goods, data for store partners, and data on supply of goods to store partners. To help increase the supply of goods at Toko Putra, there needs to be an application that can determine what items should be in Toko Putra by looking at transaction data for supply of goods to store partners. Determination of stock of goods is done by grouping data on supply of goods through 2 groups, namely large groups and small groups. The application for grouping supply data at Toko Putra was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the K-Means Clustering Method. The grouping is done based on data on supply of goods per year obtained from Toko Putra. The application is able to analyze goods supply data by producing 2 clusters, namely Many and Few through the K-Means Clustering method approach. In addition, the results of this grouping can help the Putra Shop in managing inventory at the Putra Shop by looking at the results of the clustering that has been done. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application for grouping data on supply of goods at Toko Putra can provide information based on 2 groups, namely many and few. From the supply data in 2020, the results obtained are Cluster C1 as many as 4 and Cluster C2 as many as 13

Abstract

Employee Performance Appraisal is very important, especially for employees in the scope of Perum BULOG Divre Bengkulu to encourage motivation and professionalism of employees in improving work quality. Constraints faced in conducting performance appraisals are due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and employee portfolios, so we need a system that can assist in the performance appraisal process so that the Employee Performance Appraisal does not become slow and experience difficulties. In the process of designing an employee performance appraisal decision support system application design uses the ARAS approach. The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is one of the multicriteria decision-making methods based on the ranking concept using the utility degree, namely by comparing the overall index value of each alternative to the overall index value of the optimal alternative. The system implementation uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this decision support system can provide selected employee decisions which later can be used as a reference for determining the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

Winni Farma pharmacy is one of the pharmacies whose drug inventory data processing still uses the conventional system, where inventory management activities are still carried out manually which are recapitulated every month. The process of recording transaction data reports on the sale of incoming goods, outgoing goods and orders that are still using Microsoft Excel. By using Microsoft Excel, many obstacles are found that cause the work process to be ineffective and efficient. To overcome this problem, a drug inventory system program was created at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. With the aim that the management of drug inventory management is more accurate, orderly and easier to search for drug stock data, while indirectly increasing work performance and effectiveness at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. The research method that the researcher uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system to a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. The waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is using Visual Basic.Net application. and supported by a Microsoft Access database with the results obtained in accordance with expectations and the use of the program has been implemented.
