Geographic Information Systems to provide data and information in accordance with the geographical location.For Geographical Information Systems Midwives In Bengkulu city is still using a manual system that is recording, came directly to the point of localized to locate Midwife Practices latest must come to the health department, in addition to people who are reluctant to come to the health department will tend to choose to midwives already in the know before.Therefore, researchers and the midwife inted cooperate and agreed to resolve the problem by building a system where by the system using a geographic information system ArcView 3.3 application. Methods that are used in this research is the development of a system where the system is used will be more practical in the information process and the application process is free from error so that the application of Geographic Information Systems midwife in the of Bengkulu city use application ArcView 3.3 can provide geographic information midwife in the bengkulu city of. computerized showing the name of the midwife .Aplikasi Geographic Information System oriented midwife at coordinates X and Y coordinates.

ABSTRAKUjian Nasional merupakan salah satu sistem evaluasi standar pendidikan dasar dan menengah secara nasional dan persamaan mutu tingkat pendidikan antar daerah yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Penilaian Pendidikan. Sistem ujian yang menggunakan media kertas memerlukan dana yang cukup besar untuk pengadaannya, dan juga proses pengiriman yang membutuhkan biaya transportasi dalam pendistribusiannya. Oleh karena itu pada tahun 2014 pemerintah mulai menggunakan sistem ujian nasional berbasis komputer (UNBK). Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) disebut juga Computer Based Test (CBT) adalah sistem pelaksanaan ujian nasional dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai media ujiannya. Dengan demikian dilakukan sosialisasi simulasi ujian berbasis computer untuk siswa siswi dan guru pada SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. Sosialiasi ini bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan siswa dalam pemanfaatan perkembangan IPTEK, serta dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa dalam menghadapi persiapan UNBK yang sudah berbasis IT. This community service activity in the form of socializing the importance of digital security in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 aims to help the residents of Gajah Mati village, Central Bengkulu, in getting information about technological advances and how to maintain digital security. The subjects in this service activity were the Head of Gajah Mati Village and his apparatus and all residents of Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu. This socialization process is carried out by providing information about security and prevention in the face of technological advances and fraudulent fraud in cyberspace. The result of this community service activity is that it can help villagers know about technological advances, how to deal with various kinds of online fraud so that they can slightly reduce victims of cybercrime. The conclusion of this community service activity in Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu, is that it can provide information about technological advances, use technology, one of which is the use of Android smartphones, and help the community in dealing with fraud - fraud in cyberspace so that citizens can think smart if face the problem of fraud - fraud in cyberspace because they have received information and how to overcome it through this socialization. So the victims of crimes in cyberspace are slightly reduced.

Information is one of the important things in an agency, company, organization, institution and environment that is outside the system. The current Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat in terms of finding information on the DPRD Secretariat data is still simple and there is no support system that can facilitate and search for data about employees, so we need a fast, precise and accurate system that can be useful for employees to find out administrative data and information. staff at the DPRD Secretariat. Therefore, the author intends to design a personnel information system at the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat. It is hoped that it can be used to find out information about the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat. This system is designed using MySQL Database and PHP Programming Language. And overall this information system can help users to find out information about the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat.

Mail server is one of the most widely used server functions in a school or other company. This is because the email function itself can reduce the cost of correspondence using paper, is faster and more efficient than manual communication and uses attachments that are useful as complements and additional documents related to the contents of the email. Mail Server implementation is done offline by installing on a server that has been prepared. There are 2 operating systems that will be used in the implementation of this mail server, namely for the server (Windows Server 2012) and for the client (Windows 10). The mail server uses Exchange Server 2010 installed on the server (Windors Server 2012). In its application using wireless router with 1 laptop will be used as a server and 2 client laptops, so that the results of the shipment that will be sent to the recipient are automatically stored on the server. While the client accesses the message reception and sends the message. Based on the tests that have been done, if you enter the appropriate username and password, you can enter mail so you can send messages or receive messages from the server to the client and the system is able to send or reply emails from one account to another.

PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is one of the companies that manages palm oil production. In the palm oil industry there is a collection of information that can be extracted and developed for the advancement of the industry. The data has been processed using the office application package, namely Microsoft Excel. However, the data is only for filing for PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah and was not reviewed for information in the data. Application of Prediction of Total Palm Oil Production Results at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Extreme Learning Machine Method. In the application of the Extreme Learning Machine Method, predictions are made to determine the amount of production for 12 months in 2021 based on trend data analysis of palm oil production for 12 months in 2020. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Prediction Application for the Amount of Palm Oil Production at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is successfully carried out, and can provide predictive information on the amount of palm oil production for 12 months in the following year, as well as the functionality of the application has been running as expected

The development of information technology in the industrial era 4.0 has affected all aspects of life. The growth and development of E-commerce in the community has been felt by all people in all corners of both cities and villages, both among the general public and students. Judging from the many interests in buying and selling online through E-Commerce, it is necessary to prepare competitive human resources through education and training both at school and outside of school. SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah is a technology-based vocational school, so it is possible through this school to generate interest for students to understand and learn digital business processes through E-Commerce. The subjects in this service activity were students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. The output targets to be achieved in community service activities this time are (1) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Central Bengkulu can understand the use of E-Commerce technology in business processes in the Era Society 5.0, (2) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah are able to describe the influence, readiness and suitability of industry 4.0 with society 5.0, (3) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah can know that through the development and utilization of E-commerce applications in the era of society 5.0 this can improve the economy and trade, because buying and selling transactions can occur anywhere and convenient for customers, reduced transaction costs, information is easy and cheap to obtain as long as within the reach of the internet network.

Nowadays, the process of assessing teacher performance at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle is still manually, namely by filling in the scores on each criterion consisting of 14 competencies, then the values are added together to get the final result of the teacher performance assessment. However, this takes quite a long time, besides that the assessment of teacher performance is only by looking at teachers who are active in various fields in the school. The application of teacher performance in State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle can help provide the results of teacher performance assessment of the learning system in schools through a fuzzy Mamdani logic approach. The application of teacher performance to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, it was found that the functionality of the teacher performance application to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle went well as expected and was able to analyze teacher assessment data through the Fuzzy Mamdani Method to determine teacher performance against the learning system in schools

This research aims to conduct a network analysis of the Virtual Private Network Point To Point Tunneling Protocol at the UPTD of the Bengkulu Province Cooperatives and SMEs Training Center. to carry out activities that occur on the wifi network at the UPTD Cooperatives and UKM Training Center Bengkulu Province and also as one of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor's degree in the Department of Informatics, Dehasen Bengkulu University. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method which aims at the process of making and designing a Virtual Private Network Point To Point Tunneling Protocol using a mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD. The process of making and designing is how to connect the proxy with a computer then by making a remote access remote from the mikrotik location using the Winbox application. Mikrotik can configure a network that is needed on the UPTD network of the Bengkulu Province Cooperatives and SMEs Education and Training Center by applying remote access remotely, the remote results and security when logging in to the Mikrotik connection can be done by applying the network login and password display so that it is secure when connecting to the mikrotik. and can make it easier for us to operate the mikrotik network remotely and safely.
