Abstract

Abstract - Medicines are all single ingredients or mixtures that are used by all creatures for the inside and the outside, to prevent, relieve, or prevent disease. Apotek Demangsari is a pharmacy that is engaged in drug sales, the system that is running at Apotek Sakti uses a manual system so that it often has problems with calculations, information validation, slow transactions, difficulties in making reports manually so they often have problems with calculations, information validation, Therefore, in this study, a sales information system was built at a webbased Demangsari pharmacy that can display drug sales reports and the amount of drug stock in the warehouse that can be accessed by employees, so that employees can come together and find out how many drugs will be ordered and purchased for supplies. In its development, this mobile application applies a prototyping method which consists of several steps, namely identifying basic needs, developing initial prototypes, user reviews, and repairing and developing prototypes. This mobile application is tested using the Black Box Testing product test method which is valid and reliable. The results of this study are in the form of an information system to handle input data and then manage the amount of stock that can be checked regularly both daily, daily and monthly. From the recapitulation of product test scores and benefit tests, the percentage of Useability is 86%, Learnability is 93%, Efficiency is 97.5%, Acceptability is 93.25% and the highest percentage is in the aspect of Efficiency, which states that this mobile application is easy to use by pharmacy employees and students.

Abstract

The application of LRB technology on bridges in Indonesia is not as popular as in developed countries, even though Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest frequency of earthquake occurrences. LRB technology is more popular in its application to building structures. However, LRB technology has been widely applied to road and bridge infrastructure, especially on toll roads. Even Indonesia has been able to produce LRB with better quality and quantity compared to other countries. This study aims to determine the performance improvement of bridges using LRB in accommodating earthquake forces. This study examines the results of bridge monitoring by replacing the placement system in the form of bearing pads with LRB. Installation of LRB is carried out on a steel frame bridge with a length of 65 meters. This load test is carried out with 4 (four) methods of loading a 6 (six)-wheel truck load. Installation of 4 accelerometer sensors (two vertical bridge directions and two bridge transverse directions) installed in the middle of the span. In addition to the installation of the accelerometer, LVDT was installed in the longitudinal direction of the bridge. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the natural frequency value of the upper structure the bridge does not change (that is, 4.64 Hz). There was an increase in the performance of the bridge bearing system, especially the damping time from 7.36 seconds to 4.01 seconds with the same magnitude value. Abstract

The importance of calculating inpatient indicators as information on RL1 data which is the hospital's basic data. Based on the results of interviews with IRNA Isolation Covid-19 officers during the pandemic, the implementation of SHRI did not run so that the calculation of the BOR, AvLOS, TOI, BTO, GDR and NDR indicator values was not carried out because the SHRI data was not obtained and processed to determine the value of inpatient service indicators. The impact of not doing it on the manufacture of RL1 which is not precise and accurate so that it does not produce up-to-date data. This study aims to determine the indicators of inpatient services for COVID-19 cases for the period January to August at Harapan and Doa Hospitals, Bengkulu City in 2021. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study were data on visits to COVID-19 patients for the period January to August 2021 as many as 965 patients, the total population sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary which is processed and analyzed univariately using the formula for inpatient indicators. The results obtained from the calculation of values for the period January to August 2021 are BOR 34.92 (not ideal), AvLOS 5.22 (not ideal), TOI 9.92 (not ideal), BTO 15.93 (not ideal), GDR 64.86 (not ideal) and NDR 23.01 (ideal). The indicator values for inpatient services for Covid-19 cases for the period January to August 2021, namely BOR, AvLOS, TOI, BTO, GDR have not been efficient, but the NDR value is efficient. Hospitals should improve medical services for Covid-19 patients and increase efficiency and effectiveness as consideration for decision-making and planning strategies for the following year in the service of Covid-19 patients.

Abstract

Sistem informasi keuangan dirancang untuk memberi pengguna informasi tentang aliran uang di seluruh organisasi yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah keuangan. Saat ini pengelolaan keuangan Gereja GKII Purbalingga belum menerapkan sistem informasi yang mapan sehingga sering mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu bendahara gereja dalam mengelola data keuangan agar lebih tertata dan detail sehingga pelaporannya menjadi lebih akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tersedianya sistem informasi keuangan yang dapat memudahkan bendahara dalam mengelola data keuangan. Dari rekapitulasi nilai uji produk dan uji manfaat diperoleh persentase tertinggi pada aspek Learnability yaitu sebesar 96,25% yang artinya aplikasi website ini mudah dipelajari oleh semua pengguna layanan.

Abstract

This community development activity aims to help MSMEs penetrate the digital market. Team provided digital marketing training to the home dishwashing soap industry on December 17, 2023, at Gemintang Café and Resto. Fifteen participants, all dishwashing soap producers from Kebumen Regency, attended. The training aimed to increase product sales through lectures, practice sessions, and Q&A. The one-day event covered product photography, online marketing techniques, and market expansion strategies. Participants were highly enthusiastic and actively engaged with the material. They learned to take attractive product photos, identify suitable marketplaces, and use marketing tricks on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The training also highlighted new cooperation opportunities with agencies and institutions, contingent on having legal and accountable permits.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to raise environmental awareness through waste management for 5th-grade students of MI Islamiyah Balong. This research used direct teaching methods on students' trash disposal behavior. The research sample consisted of 34 grade 5 students who were randomly selected. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The study results show that sound waste management can foster students' environmental awareness, especially in disposing of waste in its place. There was a significant increase in student behavior after receiving direct teaching and supervision in disposing of destruction in its place.

Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the current status of the Indonesian Navy's Minimum Essential Force (MEF) in the North Natuna Sea area. This research aims to evaluate the progress of the Indonesian Navy's Minimum Essential Force (MEF) initiative, focusing specifically on its impact within the North Natuna Sea region. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive statistical approach the research using the Delphi Method to support its analysis. The impact of achieving the MEF is dissected into three main criteria: Deterrent Effect, Bargaining Power, and Maritime Security Threat. The research identified 4 sub-factors for both Deterrent Effect and Bargaining Power, and 6 subfactors for Maritime Security Threat, all determined through consensus among expert panelists.

Abstract

ABC Hospital is a type A hospital. ABC Hospital is one of the referral centers for both TNI agencies in the eastern region and regional hospitals in Surabaya and its surroundings. For this reason, the services provided must be able to provide a level of satisfaction to the patients who seek treatment. To support this implementation, it must be supported by all parts related to the patient service process. One important part that supports the running of a good service process is the pharmaceutical installation, especially the outpatient pharmacy installation. Where the entire service process in the hospital will end at the pharmacy installation. Outpatient pharmacy installations are special because this process is carried out by the patient or their family, which is different from inpatient treatment where drugs or processes in the pharmacy installation are usually carried out by the nurse on duty in the inpatient room. The author uses arena simulation to analyze and obtain results both for existing conditions and results from experimental scenarios. Where the process begins by determining the distribution model from data observed in the field using analyzer input and then carrying out simulations, validation tests, and verification tests. Then carry out several experimental scenarios using the process analyzer. From the experimental results, we obtained better results than the existing conditions in the non-mixed (+1) and packaging (+1) scenarios, resulting in an improvement in the response variable of 15.2%.

Abstract

Malaysia, as a strategic country in the Indo-Pacific region, faces various complex maritime security challenges. In maintaining its sovereignty, Malaysia must manage threats arising from overlapping territorial claims in the South China Sea, piracy and maritime crime in the Malacca Strait, as well as geopolitical tensions between major powers such as the United States and China. Malaysia's centralized federal structure gives the federal government the authority to determine national strategic policy, including international cooperation and maritime defense. This research aims to analyze Malaysia's maritime defense strategy in facing threats in the Indo-Pacific region using game theory, maritime strategy theory, and collective security theory. This research identifies several strategies that Malaysia can take, including carrying out bilateral military exercises, joint patrols, exchanges of officers and students, as well as sharing technology and defense industry cooperation with neighboring countries such as Indonesia. Through game theory analysis, it was found that the optimal strategy for Malaysia is to carry out joint operations around the Malacca Strait and the waters bordering Indonesia, which will increase maritime security and prevent illegal activities. The research results show that a combination of bilateral military exercises and joint patrols, supported by personnel exchange programs and technological collaboration, is the most effective strategy to increase Malaysia's maritime defense capabilities. Implementation of these strategies not only strengthens diplomatic relations and synergy in developing human resources and defense technology but also creates stronger stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region. The recommendation from this research is that Malaysia and Indonesia actively implement the strategies that have been identified and continue to evaluate and adjust to ensure the sustainability and increased effectiveness of maritime defense and security cooperation in the region.

Abstract

Regional dynamics marked by an increase in submarine operations by several countries need tobe balanced with an increase in Indonesia's capabilities in underwater warfare and contribute toincreasing the country's defence system at sea. herefore, the purpose of this study is to consider thecompetitive dimension of submarine capability development on a country's deterrence effect andassess the extent of the literature review. This research is a statement that there is no instrument forassessing the capability and sustainability of submarines in an effort to increase the deterrence effectin the ALKI II region associated with the development of current dynamics so that this research isexpected to contribute to getting an instrument for assessing submarine capability and submarinedeterrence effect in the ALKI II region.
