Abstract

This study aims to determine the Efforts to Foster Children's Mindset in Online Learning Models of Early Childhood Education at RA Rahmat Islamiyah Jln Gaperta Ujung / Bakti no 25 Medan Helvetia. This research is a qualitative research, with a phenomenological research design. The method used is a qualitative method with data triangulation techniques. The research subjects in this study were 4-5 years. Based on the research, efforts to foster a child's mindset in the online learning model for early childhood education are as follows: (1) Teach children to observe objects and draw conclusions based on observations. (2) Invite children to compare two different and contrasting objects. (3) Discuss and analyze stories. (4) Teaching cooperation in fun games. Abstract

Hot flashes are the hot complaint on the face, arms, neck, upper body, and chest area, as well as sweats that are common in menopausal women. This study aimed to determine the effect of laughing therapy on hot flashes in menopausal women. This research used "Quasi Experimental Design" with "Non-Equivalent Control Group design". This research was conducted at Labuh Baru Timur Subdistrict, Payung Sekaki Sub District, Pekanbaru on 34 people with 17 people as experiment group and 17 people as control group with a non probability sampling technique that purposive sampling. Measuring instrument used questionnaire hot flashes score. Laughing therapy was given experimental group 2 times for 10-15 minutes. The analysis used univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution and bivariate used alternative test of Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney. The results showed significant differences in hot flashes score after the laughing therapy between the experimental group and the control group with p value = 0.001 < α (0.05). It could be concluded that laughing therapy was effective on decreaseed hot flashes score in menopausal women. The results of this study are expected to be one of the nursing interventions to reduce the score of hot flashes in menopausal women.Keywords: Hot Flashes, Laughing Therapy, Menopausal

Abstract

Whereas from the side of legislation, there are enough laws and regulations that regulate fire and pollution or environmental damage. The problem is that law enforcement against forest fires has not been done seriously and optimally, this position reflects that forest fires are deliberate and become an important part of Indonesia's forestry and plantation problems. That the increase of forest / land burning level is at least also influenced by the development of timber industry that is not accompanied by the development of plantation forests as raw material, the amount of opportunity given by the Government to the entrepreneurs to convert the land into large-scale monoculture plantations such as oil palm and timber plantations (HTI), slow law enforcement responds to conversion and combustion measures by employers on the grounds of increasing PH levels (soil fertility).

Abstract

This research is entitled Learning in the Covid Era and the Changes in Teaching and Learning Methods at MTs NII Medan ". The problem with the learning system at MTs NII was initially face-to-face learning, but after the news of the Covid pandemic, the learning system was changed to online using certain applications, making it difficult for students to learn online. and we all know that not all students have gadgets / cellphones to study online, they are said to have certain applications that are rarely used by some schools. However, there is a little relief for students who do not have cellphones to be able to go to school if subject teachers are present, so study as usual or call it face-to-face. however, stay safe with health protocols. However, if the teacher of the subject that will take place is not present, the learning is still online, which only distinguishes the place between home and school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. With this research method, it is hoped that it can provide maximum changes in the learning system in the new normal period.Keywords: changes, online learning, pandemic

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang memiliki beragam budaya dan sumber alam yang banyak. Penerimaan pajak akan digunakan untuk pembangunan negara yang diamana memeperlukan dana yang tidak sedikit, oleh karena itu peran pajak di Indonesia sangat penting. Pembayaran pajak merupakan salah satu kewajiban masyarakat dalam bernegara. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meneliti apakah terdapat pengaruh variabel pengetahuan dan kesadaran perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Batam Selatan. Pada penelitian ini populasi penelitiannya adalah seluruh masyarakat baik sudah terdaftar sebagai wajib pajak atau belum di Bengkong yang dimana merupakan bagian dari KPP Pratama Batam Selatan dengan jumlah 346.894 wajib pajak yang terdaftar. Sampel merupakan bagian dari populasi. Teknik sampling yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan skala likert. Banyaknya jumlah sampel memanfaatkan rumus slovin dengan kesalahan 5%. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan program statistik yaitu SPSS versi 26. Dari data yang diolah hasil SPSS versi 26 menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan perpajakan berdampak positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Batam Selatan dengan nilai signifikan uji parsial atau uji T sebesar 0,00 yang dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variabel kesadaran perpajakan juga berdampak positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Batam Selatan dengan nilai signifikan uji parsial atau uji T sebesar 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel pengetahuan perpajakan dan kesadaran perpajakan pada penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Batam Selatan

Abstract

Permen merupakan produk berbahan baku utama gula yang dapat meyebabkan permesalahan kesehatan. Proporsi gula dengan kalori tinggi dapat diganti dengan isomalt yang berkalori rendah dan madu yang bermanfaat terhadap kesehatan. Selain itu, penggunaan flavor sintetik pada permen dapat digantikan dengan minyak atsiri seperti minyak nilam. Analisis produk meliputi uji rendemen, uji keseragaman bobot, dan uji keseragaman ukuran dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik permen. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan dua faktor yaitu formulasi gula terdiri dari G1, G2, dan G3. Faktor kedua konsentrasi minyak nilam yang terdiri dari N1, N2, N3, dan N4. Data hasil uji rendemen, uji keseragaman bobot dan uji keseragaman dianalisis statistik dengan menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of varians). Perlakuan yang berpengaruh terhadap parameter yang diuji akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan perolehan rendemen yang berkisar 85,04 % – 87,67 %, keseragaman bobot berkisar antara 1,32% – 1,46%, dan keseragaman ukuran berkisar 1,32%-9,71%. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (P0,05) terhadap keseragaman bobot dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P0,05)  terhadap rendeman maupun keseragaman ukuran. Kata kunci: Sugar Subtitute; Minyak Atsiri; Flavor Alami; Isomalt; Patchouli oil

Abstract

The processing of mackerel tuna-based food products is still very limited, so efforts to diversify other mackerel tuna-based food products are needed. One of the products that can be made from fish meat is fishballs. Fishballs are a nutrient-rich product with a high-water content so that the product quickly became spoilage when stored at room temperatures. Liquid smoke is reported to have been used as a natural preservative. However, there are no reports regarding mackerel tuna fishballs that soaking in coconut shell liquid smoke could affect the consumer's preference on hendonic properties such as color, aroma, taste and texture. The product was analyzed using hedonic test is a test for color, aroma, taste, texture. The data was analyzed descriptively. The result shows that color preference of average 3.92 (likes), aroma preference of average 3.22 (likes), taste preference of average 3.81 (likes), and texture preference of average 3.26 (likes). Based on spoilage detection which shows spoilage characteristics such as off odor, off flavor, and acidity so that shelf life of mackerel tuna fishballs preserved with coconut shell liquid smoke predicted less than 5 days and more than three days at room temperatures. Keywords: Euthynnus Affinis, Organoleptic, Sensory-Based Detection, Food Diversification

Abstract

Functional confectionery is a consumption trend driven by consumers across generations that demands convenient nutrition. Functional candy contains healthful ingredients such as trigona’s honey and essential oil, including Patchouli Oil. On the other hand, the high sugar content in candy can cause obesity, diabetes, and dental carries; hence, Isomalt and Trigona Honey were used in this study to reduce calorie intake in the hard candy. This research thus aimed to determine the effect of different low-calorie formulas and different concentrations of PO added to chemical characteristic functional hard candy. The data were analyzed descriptively and compared to the Indonesian Standard of Hard Candy (SNI 3547.1:2008). The low-calorie formula (G1, G2, and G3) and the concentration of patchouli oil (PO1, PO2, PO3, and PO4) determined the water content, ash content, and total dissolved solids. The result shows that the low-calories hard candy containing Trigonas Honey and Patchouli Oil has a total of dissolved solids of 7,4-13,8 °Brix, with a water content of 0,65-3,21% (SNI max 3,5%), and ash content of 0.02 - 0.11% (SNI max 2,0%). It can be concluded that the hard candy that containing trigona’s honey and patchouli oil has the chemical characteristics as requirements of SNI 3547.1:2008, which has potential as a new functional candy. Abstract

Varietassangatberperanpentingdalamkualitasdankuantitasproduksitanamankedelai.Dimanasetiapvarietasmempunyaikemampuanadaptasi yang berbedaterhadaplingkunganpertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas kedelai pada media tanah gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di desa Kalimas, Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, dimulai pada bulan November 2013 sampai April 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan dengan pola rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan terdiri dari 6 varietas yaitu Burangrang, Dering, Gema, Ijen, Kaba, dan Sinabung. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali dengan 4 tanaman sampel, sehingga jumlah tanaman seluruhnya ada 96 tanaman. Variabel penelitian yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, umur tanaman mulai berbunga, jumlah bintil akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong isi pertanaman, berat biji pertanamn dan berat 100 biji. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman, umur tanaman mulai berbunga, dan berat 100 biji. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak nyata terdapat pada jumlah bintil akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah polong isi pertanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, berat biji pertanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varietas burangrang lebih baik dibandingkan varietas lainnya untuk variabel tinggi tanaman, umur tanaman mulai berbunga, jumlah bintil akar, berat kering tanaman dan berat 100 biji. Varietas sinabung lebih baik dibandingkan varietas lainnya untuk variabel jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong isi pertanaman dan berat biji pertanaman.
