Infrastructure development is very important for the region, so the government continues to strive to develop infrastructure to improve connectivity between regions and strive to achieve equity by prioritizing development in villages. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of infrastructure development on the economy, socio-cultural conditions, and the environment in the coastal area of Bajo Bahari Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which describes or clearly describes the impact of infrastructure development in coastal areas by measuring data calculated using a percentage descriptive technique. Data collection uses observation, questionnaire and interview methods which are then analyzed using qualitative descriptions. The results of the study show that the impact of infrastructure development on the economy of the community in Bajo Bahari Village is to reduce the cost of transportation and distribution of goods, increase access to education and the quality of learning for the local community, and increase economic accessibility and connectivity. The impact of infrastructure development on the socio-culture in Bajo Bahari Village, namely the reduction in the use of traditional vehicles, has a positive impact on inter-community relations in Bajo Bahari Village and there is a strengthening of the cultural identity of the local community. The impact of infrastructure development on the environment is an increase in household waste in Bajo Bahari village, an increase in air pollution in Bajo Bahari Village, and a negative impact on the sustainability of the ecosystem on the coast of Bajo Bahari Village.

Industri halal pada tataran global terus mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, tidak hanya pada negara mayoritas muslim akan tetapi negara dengan minoritas muslim juga telah melirik industri halal tersebut. Negara Indonesia dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim tentu memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan industri halal dengan melaukan penguatan pada pilar-pilar yang mendukung hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat penguatan pilar industri halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data pustaka berupa jurnal-jurnal, penelitian dan buku-buku yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara membaca, menelaah dan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang ada, maupun hasil penelitian yang sudah ada kemudian direduksi, menyajikan data hingga diperoleh kesimpulan. Penguatan pilar industri halal telah dilakukan dengan dapat melihat beragam kebijakan yang ada. Pertama, dukungan pemerintah yang telah mengakomodasi pendirian berbagai lembaga yang mendukung industri halal tersebut. Kedua, infrastruktur halal yang terus tumbuh. Ketiga, peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang telibat langsung dalam pengembangan industri halal. Keempat pada pelayanan pada lembaga keuangan syariah yang terus memberikan sumbangsih dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak.Kata Kunci: pilar, industri, halal

Masjid Mifthahul Khair merupakan salah satu masjid yang menjadi pusat kegiatan keagamaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Laompo yang menjadi tempat pengadian dilakukan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pendampingan dalam merancang desain fasilitas toilet yang sesuai dengan standar beserta perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Kegiatan ini laksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis problem-solvingdengan tahapan meliputi persiapan dan survey awal, perencanaan desain fasilitas, penyusunan RAB, validasi dan penyerahan desain. Pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim menghasilkan gambar desain perencanaan fasilitas toilet yang sesuai dengan standar sanitasi yang baik serta efisien dalam penggunaan anggaran dengan total rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp 161.705.000,00

The development of the world's sharia economy in the last few decades has not only made halal products an actual trend-send discourse as well as a policy reference in the local and even global sphere at this time. Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world, with statistics on the number of Indonesian Muslim population reaching 231.06 million people or representing 11.92% of the world's Muslim population. Estimated total spending on domestic halal products is considered to continue to grow to reach around USD 2.2 trillion. Based on the 2019/2020 State of Global Islamic Economy Report, Indonesia is now ranked 1st in the world as a consumer of halal food, 2nd in the world as a consumer of halal cosmetics, and 4th in the world as a consumer of halal medicines. To make Indonesia the mecca of world halal products, of course, one must be able to change consumptive habits to be productive. Therefore, to change these habits, several strategic actions are needed; namely promotion of halal products, education of halal products and no less important is the government improving the quality of halal product certification.

This paper will discuss Islamic Law in regulating the Halal Product Industry and how positive Law supports and covers Islamic Law so that it can support the consistent and straight growth of the Halal Product Industry. The type of research used in this study is library research with a qualitative approach, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as a data source. This research was conducted by reading, studying and analyzing various existing literature, in the form of books, journals, news and research results. Of course, the references that are the main references in this research are all references related to the legal basis of syar'i, the positive legal basis of the halal industry in Indonesia. The conclusion shows that the Islamic Ummah has a position as a mediating group (ummatan wasathan), neither too right nor too left, fair and balanced according to the word of Allah SWT., in QS. Al-Baqarah: 143. Therefore, Allah SWT., that the Muslim Ummah is the best people born for humans, according to what Allah SWT said, in QS. Ali Imran: 110. There are two aspects that can be reviewed regarding the Halal and Haram Halal Product Industry in Indonesia, namely in terms of the concept of Islamic law and the basis of positive law. All aspects that underlie the Halal Product Industry in Indonesia must comply with Islamic law and be protected by legislation.

There is still debate among academics about the activities and operations of universities and whether they can be equated with business entities. This study analyzes the relationship between student resource factors and university value co-creation activities. Several variables in this research have never been studied in the context of higher education services. This research employs a quantitative approach and involves the participation of 398 students from various universities in Makassar, Indonesia. Data is processed and analyzed using Smart-PLS software. The results showed that student resources, such as student self-efficacy, student education, and student expertise, positively and significantly influenced value co-creation activities in the university environment. The creation of university values must create a positive environment to attract future pupils.

Technology has proven to be a powerful instrument in enhancing students’ enthusiasm and skills in learning English, both in written and spoken forms. Teachers are encouraged to implement creative, interest-based teaching strategies, such as the use of Google Maps App and educational software, to align with students’ preferences and needs. This research investigated the effectiveness of the using Google Maps App as an interactive learning medium to enhance students’ speaking performance in asking and giving for information at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 East Lampung. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method. The research involves the VIIa class, using a combination of observation, test and documentation for data collection. The findings describe that the using Google Maps App App in teaching speaking can enhance students’ performance, motivation and engagement. The research also highlights the potential of using technology and internet-based learning to be an interactive learning medium. This research provides valuable insight for educators in the using technology to developing innovative teaching strategies to enhance students’ speaking performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi, khususnya dalam sektor publik. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 83 responden yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil di instansi tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27, dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,84 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,455. Artinya, 45,5% kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh gaya kepemimpinan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan komunikatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kerja sama, dan produktivitas pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada instansi pemerintah untuk terus mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara menyeluruh.
