Abstract

Produktifitas kerja adalah kemampuan seseorang atau sekelompok orang guna menghasilkan produk, baik berupa barang maupun jasa yang secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif semakin bertambah dari waktu ke waktu Kewajiban untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian sebagai bukti pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi, merupakan aturan yang diwajibkan Pemerintah bagi semua dosen di perguruan tinggi. Melalui aturan tersebut, diharapkan nantinya dapat mendorong dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan produktifitas dosen di bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Informasi ini nantinya dapat digunakan oleh stakeholder untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dan untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan, maka digunakan kuesioner yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas tinggi, serta dilengkapi dengan teknik observasi. Pada tahap awal, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 dosen Universitas nahdlatul ulama sunan giri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2020, produktifitas dosen UNU Sunan Giri dalam bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah untuk mengalami peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019. Selain itu, perbedaan juga terjadi pada tingkat publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

Schools are institutions that provide education that have devices and elements that are interrelated with each other. Schools that are expected by the community are those that are able to bring about changes that are designed to be responsive to the environment. Schools that win a competition in the future are schools that are able to respond to change. Changes and progress in educational institutions cannot be separated from the duties and obligations of the principal. So that the principal must be able to strengthen and improve and develop the quality and quantity of the school. The purpose of this article is to find out the various strategies carried out by school principals in maintaining and developing the quality of education in SMK AL Fattah. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data used there are several steps, namely by reducing data, presenting data and verifying. The results of the study indicate that there are several things that are done by the head of SMK AL Fattah Pungpungan in the quality and quality of education, namely first, planning input, process and output, secondly increasing teacher competence, thirdly improving facilities and infrastructure, fourthly improving students, fifth evaluation of activities School

Abstract

Schools have an important role in shaping the personality and behavior of children. Schools that want to succeed in shaping religious character must be able to implement a variety of religious activities that support this goal. Religious activities carried out by MTs Al Yakin that they must be carried out continuously. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of MTs al-Yakin in developing religious character values ​​for students through religious activities. This type of research is qualitative. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the data obtained in this study, there are several religious activities that are able to support and shape religious character values, namely the existence of reciting activities every morning, reading Asmaul Husna, dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer, Friday charity, ramadan cottage, extracurricular reading write the Qur'an, the commemoration of Isra' and Mi'raj as well as the commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad

Abstract

Leadership increases individual and group trust, generates awareness and interest within groups and organizations and tries to move subordinates' attention to the achievements and growth of educational institutions. The interaction between the leader and subordinates in transformational leadership, characterized by the influence of the leader to change the behavior of his subordinates into someone who feels capable and highly motivated and strives to achieve high and quality work achievements. This research uses library research so that what is used in this research is a literature study. The results of this study show that transformative leadership is a leader who is able to influence or direct subordinates in an effective way to achieve organizational goals that have been set together. In transformative leadership, the leader sets an example for subordinates and motivates them by providing a clear and inspiring vision of the future. Leaders also support individual development and growth, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open and collaborative communication. Transformative leaders also promote innovation and creativity, and enable team members to actively participate in the decision-making process. In this way, transformative leadership creates a positive and productive environment, leading to better outcomes and higher job satisfaction for everyone involved.
