Abstract

The purpose of the service is to increase the added value of products on organic vegetables in  the Perumahan Bulan Terang Utama, Malang City.  Organic and superior vegetable products in the Perumahan Bulan Terang Utama include mustard greens, chilies, telang flowers. The activity is based on the concept of integrated marketing communication through 7P (Product, Promotion, Price (Distribution Channel), Place, People (HR), Process, Physical Evidence or Packaging. In this activity, the object of service was assisted in the form of mica, vegetable plastic and product branding stickers, and product logo branding to increase value-added and consumer interest in organic vegetables. In addition, another goal is to increase the branding of organic vegetable production to increase the market share and income of the managers (Botanical Garden community).  Through the training and assistance provided, it is hoped that it can increase the productivity of organic vegetables and inspire communities in other regions to care about the environment and the style of healthy living.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk melakukan pendampingan penguatan kemampuan pemasaran UKM melalui Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan community development practice. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu terciptanya SEO pada UKM yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan skala penjualannya sampai ke seluruh Indonesia bahkan sampai ke luar negeri. Adanya pendampingan ini memiliki dampak peningkatan penjualan pada UKM yang telah memaksimalkan SEO. Sekitar 60% dari UKM yang telah memaksimalkan SEO mendapatkan kenaikan volume penjualan sampai 50% dalam waktu 1 bulan dengan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Salah satu indicator majunya suatu desa yaitu dapat dilihat dari perencanaan desa dalam pengelolaan potensi desa. Saat ini, telah diketahui bahwa potensi pariwisata tumbuh sangat pesat, sehingga perlu menggali potensi wisata pada masing-masing desa. Sehingga penting sekali melakukan overview potensi desa baik dalam jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membantu pengembangan Desa Wisata Wonorejo melalui penyusunan masterplan sehingga mempermudah langkah penyusunan kebijakan terkait pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengkajian karakter dan potensi desa dilanjutkan dengan FGD dan perancangan masterplan diawali pradesain, desain, dan terakhir penyerahan masterplan ke kepala desa. Hasil penelitian ini berupa masterplan berprinsip triple helix yang melibatkan masyarakat, pemerintah, dan akademisi, serta menggunakan konsep Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) sehingga memudahkan pemerintah desa dalam menentukan program prioritas pembangunan desa wisata dan memberdayakan masyarakat agar mandiri dalam menyelesaikan problematika yang ada. Dengan demikian, percepatan pembangunan Desa Wisata Wonorejo dapat terealisasi dengan optimal.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the things that significantly affect student success in learning activities. The learning process that needs to be followed by learning motivation from students will cause the learning objectives to be achieved to be less than optimal. This study aims to determine the difference in learning motivation in improving economic learning outcomes between class XI students majoring in mathematics and social studies at Senior High School (SMA) Negeri Malang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The population of this study was 192 class XI students spread across six classes, namely five classes from the social studies department and 1 class from the mathematics department. Sampling using nonprobability sampling techniques for as many as 60 students. The research hypothesis is that there are differences in learning motivation in improving learning outcomes in economics subjects between students majoring in mathematics and social studies majors at SMA Negeri 6 Malang for the 2021/2022 school year. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires. This research is a comparative study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The study's descriptive analysis results showed that the average score of the learning motivation questionnaire survey results showed a difference in values of 0.53. Meanwhile, the average score of student learning outcomes shows a difference in grades of 0.5. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there are differences in learning motivation in economics between students majoring in mathematics and social studies majors at SMA Negeri 6 Malang for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra UMKM meningkatkan produksinya pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Guna mewujudkan hal tersebut dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada UMKM. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan penggunaan alat yang masih sederhana sehingga menghambat produksi. Hasil tersebut dijadikan bahan untuk perumusan rencana penyelesaian masalah yaitu dengan memberikan bantuan mesin kepada UMKM. Bantuan Mesin yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM memaksimalkan produksinya dan melakukan diversifikasi produk. Diversifikasi produk dengan memproduksi gula semut harapannya dapat memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan produksi dan memperbesar daya saing UMKM. Selain itu, perluasan pangsa pasar juga diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan para pelaku usaha gula semut. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM Gula Semut untuk mengatasi permasalahan perekonomian yang terjadi terutama akibat adanya pandemic Covid-19.Keywords: UMKM, Diversifikasi Produk, Covid-19, Gula Semut.

Abstract

Sukun Berdaya memiliki bank sampah Sukun Berseri yang mengelola sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi pupuk kompos. Namun, terdapat kendala-kendala yang memerlukan solusi penyelesaiannya, yaitu (1) minimnya pengetahuan pengurus terhadap proses pengolahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik, (2) ketiadaan alat pencacah, (3) penggunaan tong untuk composter yang menimbulkan bau tidak sedap, (4) kualitas pupuk yang belum memenuhi standar, (5) kemasan pupuk yang belum sesuai standar, dan (6) belum adanya distributional-chain untuk memasarkan hasil produksi pupuk. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta pemberian alat-alat pendukung. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memproduksi pupuk kompos sesuai dengan standar. Selain itu, pemberian alat pencacah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pencacahan sampah menjadi partikel yang lebih kecil. Composter bag juga dapat mencegah terjadinya pencemaran udara akibat proses composting. Pemberian kemasan dan label dapat menjamin kualitas pupuk kompos hingga sampai ke tangan pelanggan serta lebih menarik konsumen. Terakhir, pelatihan pemasaran online dan offline dapat menciptakan distributional-chain sekaligus memperluas pasar. Program selanjutnya dapat membantu dalam uji kualitas dan standar pupuk yang dihasilkan serta menjalin program kemitraan. Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Bank Sampah, Pupuk Kompos, Ekonomi Sirkuler Abstract Sukun Berdaya Village has a Sukun Berseri waste bank that manages household organic waste into compost. However, there are obstacles that require solutions, namely (1) the lack of knowledge of the management on the process of processing household waste into organic fertilizer, (2) the absence of shredders, (3) the use of barrels for composter that causes unpleasant odors, (4) the quality of fertilizers that have not met the standards, (5) fertilizer packaging that is not up to standard, (6) there is no distributional-chain to market fertilizer production. The dedication methods used to overcome these problems are training and mentoring, as well as the provision of supporting tools. The result of this service program is an increase in community knowledge and skills in producing compost in accordance with standards. In addition, the provision of a shredding device can increase the efficiency of the process of shredding waste into smaller particles. Composter bags can also prevent air pollution due to the composter process. Packaging and labeling can ensure the quality of compost until it reaches customers and attracts consumers more. Finally, online and offline marketing training can create a distributional-chain while expanding the market. Abstract

The low financial inclusion index among 15–17-year-olds, at only 57.96%, highlights an urgent need for targeted interventions. Financial inclusion is an important factor in the growth and development of a country, as well as a driver of the achievement of the SDGs. Therefore, community service activities were carried out focused to increase Gen Z's understanding and active participation in financial services. This community service activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which consists of five stages: Research and Intervention Goals, Assessment of Needs, Action Planning, Action Taking, and Project Outcomes. A total of 427 tenth-grade students from senior high school in Surabaya participated. Interventions included the development and classroom use of interactive flipbooks on Central Banking, Payment Systems, and Payment Instruments, combined with contextual learning activities such as financial education sessions with Bank Indonesia, bank account openings, and hands-on digital transactions (e.g., QRIS, e-wallets, and mobile banking) during a school entrepreneurship bazaar. Data were collected through pre- and post-tests, structured questionnaires, interviews, and behavioral observations. Quantitative analysis was used to measure cognitive gains (test scores) and behavioral indicators (account openings and digital transaction frequency). The results showed a significant increase in students’ knowledge and participation in formal financial systems. The combination of interactive digital media and contextual experiential learning effectively bridged the gap between Gen Z’s digital potential and their financial inclusion. This model can be scaled nationally to support inclusive economic development among youth.

Abstract

Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memegang peran penting dalarn perekonomian nasional baik ditinjau dari segi jumlah usaha maupun dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja. Dengan terjadinya pergeseran tatanan ekonomi dunia pada persaingan bebas, terutama penerapan ASEAN China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) dapat dikatakan bahwa IKM menghadapi situasi yang bersifat double squeeze,  yaitu desakan ganda antar produk IKM domestik dan produk asing.Dalam persaingan domestic yang semakin tinggi, membuat IKM semakin terdesak karena membanjirnya produk impor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak ACFTA terhadap keberlangsungan IKM di Jawa Timur. Secara teoritis, perdagangan bebas akan berpengaruh pada harga dan kuantitas. Sesuai dengan teori perdagangan internasional, ketika adanya perdagangan bebas akan menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin sempurna sehingga terjadi tekanan harga yang juga menurunkan tingkat kuantitas. hal ini menyebabkan profit akan menurun, dengan asumsi  cost  tetap dalam jangka pendek.  Data sekunder dan data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan metode ekonometrik  3 stage least square  berupa persamaan simultan. Persamaan ini untuk mengestimasi dampak ACFTA terhadap tingkat pendapatan IKM, sedangkan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis industri yang paling besar terpengaruh oleh adanya ACFTA, menggunakan metode analisis sensitifitas dengan standar deviasi. Hasil sensitifitas tersebut akan dijelaskan dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ACFTA berdampak pada keberlangsungan IKM di Jawa Timur, yaitu membuat  harga cenderung meningkat dan kuantitas yang cenderung menurun. ACFTA memiliki dampak yang berbeda-beda terhadap jenis IKM Jawa Timur. Terdapat beberapa industry yang memiliki sensitifitas tinggi dan rendah terhadap penerapan ACFTA. Abstract

Purpose – This study assessed and compared the effectiveness of TikTok-based short videos and Instagram Reels as microlearning media to improve cognitive learning outcomes in economics on the APBN and APBD material for Grade XI social science students at SMA Panjura Malang. Methods/Design/Approach – The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent multiple group design. The sample was selected purposively: experimental class 1 used TikTok (n = 25) and experimental class 2 used Instagram Reels (n = 21). The instrument was a 20-item valid (r calculated > r table at the 5% level) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.910) multiple-choice test. Data analysis included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Levene’s homogeneity test, the independent sample t-test, and N-gain calculation. Findings – The pretest means were relatively comparable (TikTok = 63.40; Reels = 59.05). After treatment, the posttest means increased with a clear difference (TikTok = 90.20; Reels = 80.95). The t-test showed a significant difference (t = 4.812; df = 44; p < 0.001) with a mean difference of 9.248 and a 95% confidence interval of 5.374 to 13.121. The average N-gain values were 73.53% for TikTok (moderately effective) and 51.93% for Reels (less effective). Originality/Value – This study provides quasi-experimental comparative evidence regarding the effectiveness of two popular short-video platforms for economics learning on APBN and APBD material at the secondary school level. Practical Implications – Economics teachers can prioritize TikTok as a microlearning medium for broad material that requires conceptual understanding, and use Instagram Reels for reinforcement or sharing references with more concise content design given the more limited duration.
