Abstract

Environment is everything around the human being and influences the development of human life. Environmental problems have to be solved by all parties, including parents. Environmental responsibility behavior comes from an awareness of the problems that occurred. This awareness can solve the problems. The responsibility behavior of parents is the result of the interaction of various factors, one of them is a personality factor. This study aimed to recognize the correlation between personality and environmental responsibility behavior of parents. This research was conducted in SMP (Junior High School) Labschool Jakarta, SMP Labschool Kebayoran, and SMP Labschool Cibubur in the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The population of the study was all parents whose children study at the mentioned Lab schools. The method used was a survey method through correlational studies. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.961. It could be interpreted that the determination coefficient was 92.4 %. Based on the result, it could be concluded that the personality variable contributed to the parents’ environmental responsibility behavior (92.4 %) while 7.6 % was determined by other factors. The very high correlation could have an impact on a child's parenting. Parents who have a high personality will educate their children to have a high personality and environmental responsibility as well. Learning models in schools that are appropriate and contain strong Islamic values will be able to strengthen the personality of a child that has been formed by his parents at home.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To get and provide the right periodic maintenance implementation time on CC201 locomotive maintenance. (2) To get and provide the right periodic maintenance implementation time on CC203 locomotive maintenance. The method used in this research is Markov Chain, using the type of applied research. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are (1) Primary Data Collection; and (2) Secondary Data Collection. Meanwhile, the research instruments used (1) Observation Sheet; and (2) Documentation. The data analysis used is (1) Determination of Condition or State; (2) Creating a Transition Matrix; and (3) Steady State Analysis to get the probability of locomotive conditions in good condition, lightly damaged, moderately damaged or severely damaged. The results of this study show that: (1) The right periodic maintenance implementation time on CC201 locomotive maintenance is proposal II at interval P2 with the highest probability of good condition of 0.609 and the lowest probability of heavy condition of 0.021. With this, a maintenance scheduling policy is obtained for every 1 month to perform periodic maintenance on day 7,128. (2) The right periodic maintenance implementation time for CC203 locomotive maintenance is proposal II at interval P2 with the highest probability in good condition of 0.619 and the lowest probability in severe condition of 0.142. With this, a maintenance scheduling policy is obtained for every 1 month to perform periodic maintenance on day 24,516.

Abstract

In 2023, Hadi et al. found the solvability of the Fermat equation over the general linear group GL2(Zp) for p=2 and p=3. In particular, for Pythagorean equation over GL2(Z2) there are 12 solutions. In this research, we represent the set solutions as a graph and investigate the properties.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence the promotion and service quality on customer decision savings to the BNI savings product at PT. Bank Nasional Indonesia. In this research using data and information retrieval methods carried out by giving questionnaires to customers of the Mayestik branch of the BNI savings account with a sample of 75 customers. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Each respondent answers 28 questions using a Likert scale. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative where in this study there are 3 variables which are represented by the independent variable namely digotal marketing (X1), Service Quality (X2) and the dependent variable namely Customer Decision Savings (Y). From the results of the t-test the company image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 3.033 with a significant value of 0,003, while the service quality also has a positive or direct and significant effect on customer decision of 3.965 with a significant value of 0.000. From the results of testing the F test, the promotion and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on customer decision of 11.197 with a significant level of 0.000

Abstract

The independent variable of organizational restructuring that has been adjusted by managers can streamline costs, increase productivity and income, improve employee welfare, increase shareholder wealth, increase efficiency and ultimately improve employee performance. Thus we use organizational restructuring variables to examine employee performance at the Jakarta International Certification Institute. The second independent variable is Social Media Marketing which is used because social media is a form of marketing that is used to create awareness, recognition, memory and even action towards a brand, product, business, individual or group either directly or indirectly by using tools from the web. such as blogging, microblogging, and social networking. After that, it is complemented by Work engagement reflecting intensive involvement in work, employees who own it, have more attention to the company, think about important details, are immersed in their work, feel the experience of being immersed in work so that they forget about time and reduce all kinds of distractions at work. These three independent variables are tried to determine their effect either partially or simultaneously. Working with SPSS to determine simple regression equations and multiple linear regression equations after the data used was tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The sample in this study was 100 people from 132 population by taking the sample determination error according to the Slovin formula of e = 0.005. The results of the study found that the influence of organizational restructuring, social media marketing and work engagement, both partial and simultaneous, was significant and positive.

Abstract

Instructional media has an important function for facilitating academia to achieve the learning objectives. Therefore, this study aims to develop an instructional media of the analog and digital electronics for automotive engineering education students. This study used a research and development method which consisting of 4D steps (define, design, development, and dissemination). The instructional media feasibility assessment from the lecturers and students was obtained using a questionaire. The lectures and students, after assessing the media kits, both were suggested that it has a good lay out, appropriate with the learning outcomes, and feasible for benefitting university learners in analog and digital electronics course especially in practice courses. The implementation of this analog and digital electronic media improves the students achievement in the basic analog and digital automotive electronics courses

Abstract

The author reviews the importance of using management information systems in implementing and achieving efficient and effective learning. The role of technology is currently seen as helping systematic work. Technology can function to realize learning in a laboratory that is independent and better. Technology in the form of a learning management information system is expected to help students learn independently. The management information system is a means of monitoring laboratories' use, especially in the Department of Automotive Engineering Education. The conclusions obtained include: (1) the management information system is seen as helping educational institutions as a means of learning practicum in an independent laboratory, (2) supporting the management of laboratory facilities, (3) recording and distributing information appropriately, and (4) as a means of supporting operations another technical. In practice, SIM laboratory learning can be constrained by: (1) human resource competence and (2) an adequate level of technology. Finally, technological developments continue to pressure all parties to constantly adapt to overcome obstacles in the effective and efficient use of facilities, especially in the Ministry of Education Automotive Engineering.

Abstract

Airplanes are one of the most frequently chosen modes of transportation by Indonesians today. Kualanamu Airport is one of the busiest airports in terms of the number of passengers. The number of airplane passengers often fluctuates, increasing and decreasing, so an analysis method is required to predict the number of passengers. This study uses the Double Exponential Smoothing Damped Trend and Multiplicative Holt-Winters models. The number of Kualanamu Airport domestic airplane passengers from January 2006 to December 2023 was used as research data. The best model is then used to forecast the number of Kualanamu Airport domestic airplane passengers for 12 periods from the last data used. The results showed that the Multiplicative Holt-Winters model with smoothing parameters and obtained smaller (Mean Absolute Error) MAE and (Mean Square Error) MSE values of 21415.556 and 961525264.508, compared to the Double Exponential Smoothing Damped Trend model with smoothing parameters,, and which obtained MAE and MSE values of 23612.461 and 1061042411.507 in predicting the number of domestic aircraft passengers at Kualanamu Airport. Forecasting accuracy for the next 12 periods using Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing produces a MAPE value of 9.2%. It shows the accuracy of forecasting in the very good category.
