The purpose of this proposal refers to providing knowledge, understanding, and implementation of digital administrative literacy for migrant workers to be wise in using digital media for population administration activities. The presence of migrant workers abroad has its own challenges in storing population documents. One effort to realize this is by conducting training for migrant workers in Malaysia. The method of activity is community education by using training and approaches to targeted partners, implementing training and evaluation. From this activity, data was taken to see the achievement of objectives using questionnaire techniques. Data processing with descriptive analysis provides information that: 1) this training activity is very beneficial for Migrant Workers, 2) migrant workers have increased their digital administrative literacy competencies, 3) there is new knowledge and experience gained by training participants about the use of digital technology in population administration in daily activities, and 4) the attendance rate of activity participants reached 100%

Abstrak Bullying atau perundungan di sekolah adalah masalah yang signifikan di seluruh dunia, mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan spiritual individu. Indonesia tidak lepas dari kasus perundungan, termasuk kasus yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Demikian pula kasus bullying di labschool, mulai dari kasus ringan sampai dengan sedang. Secara spesifik, belum terdapat kasus bullying yang mengkhawatirkan melainkan sekadar bullying antar teman yang tidak mengakibatkan dampak serius. ituasi perkembangan siswa yang mengalami kerapuhan mental dan motivasi, baik disebabkan kondisi rumah maupun lingkungan sekolah menambah panjang daftar permasalahan di sekolah. Salah satu elemen yang penting dalam mengurangi risiko demotivasi dan kerentanan mental adalah guru, baik guru BK maupun guru mata pelajaran. Hypnoteaching sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kapasitas individu dimulai dengan memahami lebih jelas mengenai hipnosis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan hipnoteaching kepada 25 guru yang terdiri dari guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dan guru mata pelajaran Labschool UNESA sebagai bentuk penguatan kerentanan mental peserta didik melalui metode experiential learning. Dengan beberapa praktik di setiap siklusnya dan soal pre dan post tes, terdapat evaluasi yang berlangsung selama satu bulan pengamatan melalui daring antara guru dengan penyelenggara PKM serta pakar hynoteaching. Guru mendapatkan manfaat dari pelatihan ini untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan kondisi mental siswa yang sehat. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; hypnoteaching; kerentanan mental siswa. Abstract Bullying in schools is a significant problem worldwide, affecting the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of individuals. Indonesia is not free from bullying cases, including cases that occur in the school environment. Specifically, there have been no cases of bullying that are merely bullying between friends that do not cause serious impacts. The development situation of students who experience mental and motivational fragility, either due to home conditions or the school environment, adds to the long list of problems in schools. One important element in reducing the risk of demotivation and mental vulnerability is teachers. Hypnoteaching as part of increasing individual capacity begins with a clearer understanding of hypnosis. This Community Service activity aims to provide hypnoteaching training to 25 teachers consisting of guidance and counseling teachers and Labschool UNESA subject teachers as a form of strengthening students' mental vulnerability through the experiential learning method. With several practices in each cycle and pre- and post-test questions, there is an evaluation that lasts for one month of observation through challenges between teachers and community service organizers and hynoteaching experts. Teachers benefit from this training to create enjoyable learning with healthy student mental conditions.Keywords: keywords: community service; training; hypnoteaching, students' mental vulnerability.

One of the Indonesian Schools Abroad (SILN) is Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) which was established on July 10, 1969, located at Jalan No. 1 Lorong Tun Ismail 50480, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. SKIL consistently takes part in providing educational services to the Indonesian people in Malaysia which refers to the basis of national education.The profile conditions of the target group provide an overview that the potential teachers at SIKL are already bachelors and the majority are already civil servants, making it easier to be improved and empowered to be more potential and professional. The objectives of the implementation of Community Service (PKM) are 1) The implementation of PTK for teachers using the innovative Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning model. 2) PTK produces an active and interactive learning process so that learning is more interesting and not boring. The implementation method uses aspects of knowledge through the PTK module, Aspects of Skills through the practice of drafting PTK, Implementation Evaluation. The result of the implementation of PKM is that teachers can apply strategies or learning models of Student Centered Learning (SCL). SCL-based PTK practice can improve the quality of learning. The understanding of participants in identifying problems, formulating learning problems, compiling literature reviews, PTK cycles, PTK Methods, and steps in determining the conclusion of PTK is good. Participants were very enthusiastic from the beginning to the end in the process of making a draft PTK proposal for the implementation of PKM, namely teachers can apply strategies or learning models of Student Centered Learning (SCL). SCL-based PTK practice can improve the quality of learning. The understanding of participants in identifying problems, formulating learning problems, compiling literature reviews, PTK cycles, PTK Methods, and steps in determining the conclusion of PTK is good. Participants were very enthusiastic from the beginning to the end in the process of making a draft PTK proposal. SKIL konsisten berkiprah memberikan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat Indonesia di Malaysia yang mengacu pada dasar pendidikan nasional. Kondisi profil kelompok sasaran memberikan gambaran bahwa potensi guru di SIKL tersebut telah sarjana dan mayoritas sudah PNS, sehingga memungkinkan lebih mudah untuk ditingkatkan dan diberdayakan menjadi lebih potensial dan profesional. Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang bertujuan membentuk karakter dan keterampilan praktis siswa pascapandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) dalam P5 tema Bhinneka Tunggal Ika di SMKN 4 Surabaya, khususnya melalui kegiatan membatik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis melalui reduksi dan penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P5 telah dilaksanakan sesuai konteks dan tujuan, didukung oleh sumber daya yang memadai, serta menghasilkan produk siswa yang bermakna. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai Pancasila secara kontekstual dan meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa SMK. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pendekatan tematik kebhinekaan dan evaluasi model CIPP dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan manajemen pelaksanaan dan pengembangan produk berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari strategi jangka panjang P5.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze local wisdom values in each region in Indonesia that can be involved in education at Vocational High Schools, in order to increase the competitiveness of vocational high school graduates as human capital.Methodology – The research method employed in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on productive subject teachers in vocational high schools of East Java Province. The collection of research data employed an interview method, utilizing an interview guide instrument, and was conducted through focus group discussions based on the spectrum of vocational expertise. FGD involved three productive subject teachers, the principal, and stakeholders, totaling N = 176. The data analysis in the study employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman.Findings – Diploma ranks highest as the minimum education standard required by various job vacancies, at 52.8%, followed by Vocational High School at 30%. The requirement for a Bachelor's degree is 8.5%, then High School at 7.5%, and finally, the minimum requirement for postgraduate studies is 1.4%. The less-than-optimal absorption of Vocational High School graduates into the job market, based on existing vacancies, indicates that the industrial world is not yet fully convinced of the value of Vocational High School graduates for several fields of expertise.Contribution – This study contributes to identifying human capital development strategies, summarized based on local wisdom practices, by implementing key features such as developing global skills, described in basic skills, continuous learning and improvement, knowledge creation and sharing, systematic change, fostering a learning culture, encouraging experimentation, and appreciating students.

The objective of this study was to construct a measurement tool for evaluating self-directed professional learning (SDPL) among teachers in Vocational High Schools within the framework of human capital. The research was carried out using a sample size of 307 teachers who were instructing business management productive subjects at several vocational high schools located in the province of East Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is the development and validation of an instrument called the SPDL instrument to assess the SDPL abilities of vocational teachers. In addition, in order to assess the reliability and validity of a construct measured using a reflective scale, it is necessary to examine the Cronbach Alpha coefficient and the Average Variance Extracted (AVE). All indicators ideally above a threshold of 0.8. Based on the available evidence, it can be inferred that the aforementioned 34 items possess the necessary qualities of validity and reliability, rendering them suitable for utilization as an SDPL scale.

learning media and determine the feasibility of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative to motivating Information Technology learning. It also seeks to ascertain students' motivational response in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), which adapts the development model by Reiser and Molenda, namely the ADDIE development model. There are five stages in developing this learning media: the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the fifth stage, the evaluation stage. The trial of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality was conducted on 20 students in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Furthermore, it underwent a validity test by a media expert, specifically a lecturer in educational technology from a state university in Surabaya, and a content expert validity test by an Information Technology subject teacher at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The product feasibility results from the media expert showed a value of 92.5% (Very Feasible), while the two content experts yielded a total score of 93.75% (Very Feasible), and the student response score was 93.75% (Very Feasible). In conclusion, the trial and validation of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative motivation for Information Technology learning for class X MPLB students at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya are highly suitable as a tool or alternative motivational media for students in learning Information Technology subjects.

ABSTRACT Digital technology has become an integral part of society's life, including students in Madiun City. The rapid development of the digital world provides easy access to information, but it also brings negative impacts, such as social media addiction, hoax spreading, and reduced ability to interact directly, so it is necessary to provide digital literacy training programs that aim to help students develop skills in using technology wisely and critically. Although several programs related to digital literacy have been conducted, many students still do not fully understand how to utilize technology effectively, so the negative impacts can be minimized. The purpose of this community service is to provide digital literacy training to counteract the negative influence of technology on students in Madiun City. The method of implementing this activity includes four stages: preparation, subject and location selection, implementation, and evaluation and analysis. All the data needed during this activity were collected using pretest sheets, posttest sheets, and satisfaction questionnaires. This PKM activity involved 45 people, consisting of 32 participants, 8 partner representatives, and 5 community service team members. The result of this community service activity is a positive response from all participants related to the implementation of the activity, with an average percentage above 85% and participants' understanding of digital literacy and its impact on technology, with an average percentage above 90%. This activity concludes that the activity is interesting, participants feel the benefits of the activity, and participants expect there to be more activities like this. Perkembangan pesat dunia digital memberikan kemudahan akses informasi, namun juga membawa dampak negatif, seperti kecanduan media sosial, penyebaran hoaks, serta berkurangnya kemampuan berinteraksi langsung sehingga perlu diberikan program pelatihan literasi digital yang bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi dengan bijak dan kritis. Meskipun beberapa program terkait literasi digital telah dilakukan, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum sepenuhnya memahami cara memanfaatkan teknologi dengan efektif, sehingga dampak negatifnya dapat diminimalisir. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan literasi digital untuk menangkal pengaruh negatif teknologi bagi mahasiswa di Kota Madiun. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi empat tahap kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pemilihan subjek dan lokasi, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi dan analisis. Keseluruhan data yang dibutuhkan selama proses kegiatan ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar pretest, lembar posttes, dan angket kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kegiatan PKM ini melibatkan 45 orang yang terdiri 32 orang peserta, 8 orang pihak mitra, dan 5 orang tim pengabdian. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah respon positif dari seluruh peserta terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan persentase rata-rata diatas 85% dan pemahaman peserta terkait literasi digital dan dampaknya terhadap teknologi dengan persentase rata-rata diatas 90%. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan menarik, peserta merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan ini, dan peserta mengharapkan akan ada kegiatan seperti ini.
