Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian kelas XII semester genap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan LKPD, kelayakan LKPD, dan respon peserta didik kelas XII OTKP di SMKN Mojoagung terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan R&D (Research & Development), dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D dari Thiagarajan yang memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, disseminate. Tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan karena penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan produk dan penelitian ini juga tidak melalui tahap eksperimen. Penelitian ini diujicobakan pada 20 orang peserta didik kelas XII OTKP 1 di SMKN Mojoagung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar validasi dari para ahli (ahli materi, ahli bahas, ahli grafis) dan lembar respon peserta didik. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap lembar validasi dari para ahli (ahli materi, ahli bahas, ahli grafis) dan lembar respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian semester genap kelas XII OTKP di SMK Negeri Mojoagung menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang dikemukakan Thiagarajan, dkkyang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap pendefinisian, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap penyebaran. LKPD ini menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dengan tujuh komponen didalamnya yaitu kontruktivisme, inquiry, bertanya, diskusi, permodelan, refleksi, dan penilaian otentik; 2) kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian semester genap kelas XII OTKP di SMK Negeri Mojoagung layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dan sumber belajar dengan hasil dari validasi kelayakan LKPD secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor 77,9%, dengan validasi materi sebesar 77%, validasi grafis 83,8%, dan validasi bahasa 72,9%; 3) respon peserta didik kelas XII OTKP 1 SMK Negeri Mojoagung mengenai Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian semester genap layak digunakan peserta didik dengan hasil respon peserta didik memperoleh skor sebesar 79,6%.Kata Kunci: Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD), Kontekstual, Model Pengembangan 4DAbstractThis development research produce a student worksheets (LKPD) based on contextual on the subject automation in the management second semester. The purpose of this research are to know the development process of student worksheet, feasibility of student worksheet, and response from students classXII OTKP inSMK Negeri Mojoagung of student worksheet that has been developed. The research use R&D (Research & Development), with 4-D development model from Thiagarajan that have four stages are define, design, develop, disseminate. Disseminate stage wasn?t included, the research to develop a product and the research too didn?t include the experimental stage. The research is tested to 20 students of XII OTKP 1 in SMK Negeri Mojoagung.The research instruments used in this study include validation sheets from experts (material experts, subject matter experts, graphic experts) and student response sheets. For data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis of the validation sheet from experts (material experts, experts, graphic experts) and student response sheets. The results of this study indicate that 1) the development of contextual Student Activity Sheets in the even semester XII OTKP Employee Governance Automation subjects at Mojoagung Vocational School using the 4-D development model proposed by Thiagarajan, et al which consists of four stages, namely the definition phase , the design stage, the development stage, and the deployment stage. This LKPD uses a contextual approach with seven components, namely constructivism, inquiry, questioning, discussion, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment; 2) the feasibility of the Student Activity Sheet based on the even semester XII OTKP Employee Governance Automation subjects at Mojoagung Vocational School is worthy of being used as teaching materials and learning resources with the validation result of student worksheet feasibility overall got score of 77,9%, with the validation of the material got score of 77%, the validation of the graphic got score of 83,8%, and the validation of the linguist got score of 72,9%; 3) response of students of class XII OTKP 1 of SMK Negeri Mojoagung regarding Student Activity Sheets based on context in the subjects of Automation in even semester Employee Governance is worthy of being used for students with result of response from student got score of 79,6%.Keywords : Student Worksheet, Contextual, 4D Development Model

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan moodle ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media e-learning menggunakan moodle; 2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan media e-learning menggunakan moodle; 3) evaluasi siswa terhadap media pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan moodle yang sudah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 siswa kelas XI APK 3 di SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi materi oleh ahli materi serta lembar validasi media oleh ahli media. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis lembar validasi dan analisis lembar angket evaluasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan moodle pada mata pelajaran administrasi sarana dan prasarana; 2) media pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan moodle pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana memperoleh nilai kelayakan media sebesar 90,11% sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran; 3) Berdasarkan analisis evaluasi siswa diperoleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 98% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan moodle pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana di SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: E-Learning, Moodle, Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana Abstract The development research of e-learning media using moodle has several purpose: 1) describe the process of development e-learning media using moodle; 2) describe the properness of e-learning media using moodle; 3) student evaluation to e-learning media using developed moodle. The method using research and development. This research using ADDIE model, consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Subject in this research are 15 students of XI APK 3 in SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. Data collection instruments used were material validation, and media validation. Data analysis techniques in this study used validation analysis and analisis student evaluation questionnaire. The results of the research are: 1) This development research produces product e-learning media using moodle on administration of facilities and infrastructure; 2) E-learning media using moodle on administration of facilities and infrastructure got properness score of 90.11% so that stated very decent to used in the learning process. Based on analysis student evaluation obtained an average percentage of 98% and it can be concluded that the development of research e-learning media using moodle on administrative facilities and infrastructure in SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya stated very decent to usedf in the learning process. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi harus direalisasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah khususnya di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya, karena mengingat pendidikan adalah factor penting dalam kehidupan. Kegitan pembelajaran juga harus lebih kreatif dan mempunyai alternatif dalam menyampaikan materi dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran dalam bentuk game akan mempermudah peserta didik dalam menerima materi dari guru yang disampaikan. Tujuan pembuatan media ini adalah sebagai alat alternatif guru dalam menyampaikan materi kepada peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan serta peserta didik lebih memperhatikan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Model pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan bahan ajar ADDIE analisis (Analysis), desain (Design), pengembangan (Development), implementasi (Implementation), serta evaluasi (Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 2 ahli materi, 1 ahli media, dan 36 peserta didik kelas X OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini akan menujukan kelayakan media pembelajatan facilities office game sehingga dapat digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil validasi pengembangan media pembelajaran facilities office game dari ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 81,9% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Dari ahli media memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 86,6% dengan kriteria sangat kuat serat hasil dari angket respon peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 89,5% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya pengembangan media pembelajaran facilities office game pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya ?Sangat Kuat? digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Abstract

Training of learning media based on e-learning schoology held for teachers of MGMP SMK Office Administration Expertise Program in Jombang District. Community Service Activities aims to (1). Providing the delivery of materials to teachers about e-learning learning media, schoology, (2). Provide mentoring to teachers to apply e-learning based learning media, schoology. The training conducted by the team of devotion to the community uses lecture method that is when giving material to the participants, discussion and question and answer, and practice of schoology application by TIM PKM to the participants. The results obtained in this training have benefited MGMP economic teachers in Jombang District. Teachers can recognize interesting learning media based on e-learning that is relevant to the 2013 curriculum. Teacher responses are also very positive with this training. The teachers argue that 81.81% of teachers agree that this training is very important as information variations of learning media, especially e-learning that they need. 87.27% of teachers stated strongly agree that with this training, will increase the awareness and willingness of teachers in applying interactive learning media in schools.

Abstract

Abstract Curriculum years 2013 on administration program offices, there are competence Archive electronically (e-filing). Capaiannya very clear, that it now required the management of electronic archives. Electronic media in the management of the archives will be obtained benefits of speed, convenience and cost-efficient. The intent here is to speed through the use of electronic media in the management of the archives. The results of the activities of the training and mentoring of the learning model of e-filing is the average of the results of the respondents stating that 92% of the material provided in this training is very important and as much as 90% of the e-filing training participants hope can apply innovation in learning in a class of one e-filing into a medium of instruction. Abstract

HOTS-based Question Making Training for Teachers of MGMP in Magetan Regency Office Administration Skills Package. Problems faced by teachers include: (1) Lack of teacher pedagogical skills in learning assessments, (2) Lack of teacher understanding of Higher Order Thinking Skills, (3) The ability of teachers to create test questions in Office Administration with Higher Order Thinking Skills that can develop students' critical thinking power. The solutions offered from the Unesa community service team are: (1) Providing teachers with knowledge about learning assessments, (2) Providing teachers with theoretical knowledge about Higher Order Thinking Skills, and (3) Training teachers about developing Higher Order tests. Thinking Skills that can develop students' critical thinking power. The purpose of this HOTS question formulation training activity is to improve the teacher's ability to compile HOTS level questions in accordance with the cognitive level, namely creating, evaluating and analyzing, reporting the results of activities, and obstacles encountered in the implementation of activities. The method uses HOTS question preparation training through lectures, individual work, mentoring, presentations, discussions, and reinforcement. The results of the activity obtained were that most of the participants were able to compile HOTS-based questions on the HOTS questions preparation worksheet.

Abstract

Archives are the center of memory in every activity in the office. Archives function as a memory center, proof of the existence of the institution, and for the benefit of other institutions. Therefore, there must be good management or management of archives from creation to shrinkage. The main obstacle is the decreasing physical letter storage space, but it’s not possible to build a special building for physical letter storage space. Using the type of research with R&D (Research and Development) and prototype development research methods. Development of this archival application uses a Microsoft Access-based application. This research goes through a research procedure starting with information gathering, designing the product quickly, building a prototype, and the final step is that the application is ready to use with an evaluation that has been carried out by experts. The subject is 2 peoples from 11th Senior High School Surabaya administration staff. The trial was conducted in December 2023 and January 2024. The application feasibility results based on material expert validators and media expert validators get a score of 96%. While the results of application feasibility based on administrative staff get a score of 88.8%, which shows the interpretation of “Very Feasible”. The development of Microsoft Access-based digital archiving applications uses a prototype development model. The SAAccess application received a feasibility score of 96% from both the material expert validator and the software developer. SAAccess also received a score of 88.8% from the administrative staff of 11th Senior High School Surabaya. It can be concluded that SAAccess is effectively used to manage letters in 11th Senior High School Surabaya digitally.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan bertujuan menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan mampu bersaing di abad ke-21. Kurikulum "Merdeka Belajar" hadir sebagai solusi untuk menghadapi persaingan ini, dengan dukungan bahan ajar yang efektif seperti buku ajar, modul, dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), baik cetak maupun elektronik, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan abad ke-21 dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis berbasis kontekstual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan abad ke-21. Dengan menggunakan model pengembangan dari Thiagarajan et al. (1974), penelitian dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas X-MPLB 1 di SMK Negeri Mojoagung. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar telaah dan validasi ahli, lembar respon siswa, serta lembar soal pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat layak menurut para ahli dengan nilai validasi 91,87%, respon siswa juga sangat baik dengan nilai 95,84%, dan uji efektivitas menunjukkan nilai N-Gain 0,79 yang masuk kategori efektivitas tinggi. Dengan demikian, LKPD ini dinyatakan layak dan efektif sebagai bahan ajar untuk mata pelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

Objective:  The integrity zone is an effort to build a work culture that upholds honesty, a strong commitment to upholding justice, and is free from corruption, collusion and nepotism practices. Surabaya State University is one of the institutions that has been entrusted to implement the integrity zone by the Minister of Education of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems in implementing the integrity zone in the faculty and to analyze the level of innovation applied in the faculty. The obstacles and level of innovation faced by the faculty at Surabaya State University are the things that will be studied in this study. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with a multi-case approach. Result: Based on the results of the study, a summary of the problems faced in implementing the integrity zone in the faculty was obtained, namely, first, incomplete socialization. Second, there has been no periodic evaluation. Third, lack of supporting facilities. Fourth, low organizational commitment. Fifth, top leaders have not appeared strongly as role models for implementing the basic principles of enforcing institutional integrity. Novelty: The novelty in this study is to examine the implementation of the integrity zone by analyzing the problems in its implementation that can be used as factors or variables in subsequent studies and to capture the extent to which the institution is ready to carry out bureaucratic reform in public services.

Abstract

An individual will consider various factors in their career choice. The aim of the research is to analyze the factors that dominantly influence career choices, namely person-job fit and the Introduction to Schooling Field (PLP) environment which simultaneously and partially influence the career choice of becoming a teacher for students in the 2020 Faculty of Economics and Business education study program at UNESA. Based on test results t obtained a significant value for the person-job fit variable of 0.000 and the PLP environment variable of 0.004 <0.05. Partially, person-job fit and the PLP environment influence the career choice of becoming a teacher. Meanwhile, the results of the F test obtained a significance value of 0.000, this shows that person-job fit and the PLP environment simultaneously influence the career choice of becoming a teacher for students in the FEB Unesa education study program. Apart from the t test and F test, an R Square value of 0.752 was obtained, which means that 75.2% of career choices to become a teacher were influenced by person-job fit and the PLP environment. Meanwhile, the remaining 24.8% is the influence of other variables not explained in this research.
