Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on impulse buying at Alfamart Pasar Lama Lahat. The results showed that (1) store atmosphere has a significant partial effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the calculated t-value > t-table (7.089 > 1.993). (2) service quality has a significant partial effect on impulse buying, as evidenced by the calculated t-value > t-table (2.872 > 1.993). (3) store atmosphere and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on impulse buying at Alfamart Pasar Lama Lahat, as evidenced by the calculated f-value > f-table (61.236 > 3.927), with a significance value lower than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

From the calculation of the regression coefficient, the equation y = 28,089 + 0.013 X1 + 0.303 + e is obtained, Leadership has a positive influence on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Gumay Talang Sub-district Office, Lahat Regency. The conclusion is because F sig > 0.05 (0.396 > 0.05) This means that together Training and Facilities have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Gumay Talang Sub-district Office, Lahat Regency. From the results of the table above, it can be seen that H1 is accepted F count (0.396) > F table (0.05). For Partial calculations, it can be concluded that the t count for the Training variable (X1) of 0.015 is greater than the t table of 0.05 (0.015 <0.05), thus the Training variable has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Gumay Talang Sub-district Office, Lahat Regency, which means H1 is accepted Ho is rejected. or Partial Calculation, it can be concluded that the calculated t-value for the Facilities variable (X2) is 0.351, which is greater than the t-table value of 0.05 (0.351 > 0.05). Thus, the Facilities variable has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Gumay Talang Sub-district Office, Lahat Regency. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.249, indicating that the Training and Facilities variables contribute 62% to Employee Work Productivity, while the remaining 38% is explained by factors outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and location on customer satisfaction at Han's Cafe Lahat. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach. The research variables consist of: facilities (X1) and location (X2) as independent variables, and customer satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. All variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples studied was 97 respondents. Instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 25 application program. The results of this study show the following regression line: Y = 0.083 + 0.363 + 0.629. The R square value (determination coefficient) is 0.896 or 89.6%. The results in this study indicate that partially facilities affect customer satisfaction and location also affects customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, it is proven that facilities and location affect customer satisfaction. Therefore, we recommend that the owner of Han's Cafe Lahat make improvements to its facilities and location.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of intense competition in local electronics retailing, this study evaluates the extent to which price and promotion influence consumers’ purchase decisions at Helmi Electronics Store, Tanjung Raja (Ogan Ilir). Adopting an associative quantitative approach, we derived a 62-respondent sample using Slovin’s formula and incidental sampling. Data were gathered via questionnaire, subjected to reliability–validity checks and classical assumption testing, and subsequently estimated through multiple linear regression with SPSS v30. Findings are consistent and robust: both price and promotion exhibit positive, statistically significant effects on purchase decisions, and their simultaneous influence remains significant. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.875—high for a retail context—suggests that the bulk of variation in purchasing decisions is accounted for by these two variables, with the residual 12.5% attributable to unmodeled factors. While the use of incidental sampling warrants cautious generalization, the evidence provides a strong signal that customers in this setting are highly responsive to competitive pricing policies and targeted promotional activities.
