Abstract

One of the media learning and an evaluation tool required teachers in the pendemi covid 19 this is google application that can be used classroom teachers in free in the learning process in the tissues .Google is a series of classroom produktivtas tools from google gmail are free , drive , and docs , made available to users google apps for education .Designed to help teachers or classroom teachers make and collect duty without using paper , including a feature to save time teachers like the ability to make a copy google docs automatically for each student .Classroom can also make folder drive for any task and each student , that they were still regularly .The desire to achieve in doing this is to provide humbling experience for teachers in using google online class which is very useful in the classroom covid 19 this pandemic

Abstract

One of the efforts made to educate the life of the nation is in an innovative way that must be applied in the learning process, one of which is by doing the teaching and learning process. Teachers are required to be able to carry out the learning process, learning evaluation, mastery of technology and information, the application of various learning models, one of which is with the CTL learning model and the use of learning media, including using canva applications, wordpress and other applications. The application of canva and wordpress applications can help teachers in delivering learning materials in a more interactive manner, thus enabling teaching and learning activities to be more productive and meaningful by simplifying tasks, increasing collaboration, and fostering communication. Learning media applications using canva and wordpress applications are felt very needed by teachers in the learning process because this type of media adapts to the present era in the era of society 5.0. The goal to be achieved in doing this activity is to provide training for teachers related to the use of learning media and also provide valuable experiences for teachers, especially the application of CTL learning models in the creation of learning media with the use of canva and wordpress applications in Taman Siswa Padang High School.

Abstract

Currently there are a variety of new innovations in the world of education, especially in the learning process. One such innovation is constructivism. The choice of approach is more so that learning makes students enthusiastic about existing problems so they want to try to solve the problem. Classroom learning that uses constructivism, will make students empowered by the knowledge within them. They share strategies and solutions, debate one another, think critically about the best way to solve each problem. In this case Edmodo provides an environment where teaching and learning can produce student excitement that will make students more independent without forgetting the standards for measuring student success. It is undeniable that students will like learning through this platform, and when students feel comfortable, their desire to be able to understand new material, and the spirit of overcoming difficulties will increase in the learning process. Edmodo is one of the ways to build student enthusiasm for learning. Edmodo can help teachers build a virtual classroom based on the division of real classes in schools, where in the class there are assignments, quizzes, and grading at the end of each learning.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum seeks to restore learning in order to realize the transformation of education in Indonesia for the better. Merdeka Belajar is a breakthrough policy rolled out by the Minister of Education which aims to return education management authority to schools and local governments. This decision was made in order to recover learning loss that occurs under special conditions. Therefore, education units or groups of education units need to develop curricula with the principle of diversification in accordance with the conditions of education units, regional potential, and students. In the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers can recognize students' potential more deeply in order to create relevant learning. Related to this, there are still some teachers who are still unfamiliar with the implementation of this curriculum. So that UPGRISBA lecturers pioneered community service activities on how to implement this independent curriculum in mobilizing schools, especially in choosing learning media that are in accordan80ce with curriculum demands, and this activity is packaged in the form of bimtek. The method in this activity is through socialization and delivery of material. The service team explained thoroughly about Merdeka Belajar, providing assistance in compiling and mapping the curriculum. The result of this service is to increase the knowledge and understanding of teachers and schools in developing this curriculum. Keywords: Implementation; Independent Curriculum; Mobilizing School; Learning Media

Abstract

This study to determine (1) the effect perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, and price perception on service quality (2) the effect perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, price perception and service quality on trust (3) the effect perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, price perception, service quality, and trust on repurchase intention.This type of research is associative research.The population in this study are consumers who purchase products from the Erigo Store through the TikTok Shop application.A sample of 120 people with a sampling technique in the form of random sampling.The research instrument used in this study was a closed questionnaire with path analysis testing.The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inductive analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 29 program.The results of this study indicate that: (1)perceived ease of useand perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on service quality(2)price perception has no significant effect on service quality(3)perceived usefulness and service quality have a positive and significant on trust(4)perceived ease of use and price perception have no significant on trust(5)price perception and trust have a positive and significant on repurchase intention(6)perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and service quality have no significant on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The position and high level of dedication of the teacher are essential to the effective delivery of instruction and learning in classrooms. The instructor must be able to perform their responsibilities and functions as a facilitator effectively. Teachers must be competent to facilitate learning, evaluate student work, employ learning media, and possess a thorough understanding of information and technology. The application of anates on instructors in the analysis of item items is one of the uses of learning media and assessment tools required by teachers. A computer application program called anates software seeks to examine individual things. Teachers believe that using Anates software is essential for assessing student learning outcomes, and observers of educational evaluation can also benefit from its use. However, because the teachers are unfamiliar with and do not comprehend how to utilize the Anates software, they still have trouble using the item analysis tool. This activity's objective is to give teachers useful practice in analyzing item questions using the anates application, particularly at YAPI Padang High School.

Abstract

While "retirement" is an Indonesian term for someone who has retired—that is, someone who abandoned their job after reaching a particular age or for health or other reasons—entrepreneurship is an activity that tries to promote the welfare of society in the sense of a better quality of living. In recognition of their years of service, they typically get a pension or allowance from the government or the business where they once worked. The purpose of this exercise is to enable the women and gentlemen of the Bukittinggi city administration to continue being innovative and involved in business once they retire.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Teachmint learning media and active learning on the learning outcomes of class X students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 4 West Sumatra. The type of research used was quantitative with a sample of 71 students consisting of 35 experimental class students and 36 control class students. The research instrument used tests of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, discrimination, normality, homogeneity, and two-way ANOVA with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of the research show: (1) The economic learning outcomes of students taught using Teachmint media are higher than conventional media, (2) The learning outcomes of students with high activity who are taught by Teachmint are higher than conventional, (3) The learning outcomes of students with low activity who are taught Teachmint is higher than conventional, (4) There is an interaction between learning media and active learning on students' economic learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan, media sosial, kepribadian, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui motivasi berwirausaha sebagai variabel intervenning siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 03 Solok Selatan tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini tergolong deskriptif dan asosiatif karena penelitian ini menentukan hubungan sebab akibat dari variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh jumlah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 03 Solok Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode Stratified Random Sampling yaitu cara pengambilan sampel dengan memperhatikan strata (tingkatan) di dalam populasi dengan tingkat 5% karena populasi berstrata. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang siswa.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,352 dengan nilai thitung 2,094 >ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan rendah. (2) Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,278 dengan nilai thitung 2,542 >ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pengaruh media sosial terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan rendah. (3) Kepribadian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar -0,095 dengan nilai thitung -890 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan tinggi. (4) Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,168 dengan nilai thitung 1,315 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan tinggi. (5) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,162 dengan nilai thitung 1,119 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan tinggi. (6) Motivasi berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,197 dengan nilai thitung 1,430 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan rendah. (7) Media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar -0,084 dengan nilai thitung -644 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan tinggi.(8)  kepribadian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,210 dengan nilai thitung 1,768 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan tinggi. (9) Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,261 dengan nilai thitung 1,822 <ttabel 1,99656, yang berarti berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha yang paling berkontribusi terdapat pada sampel pendidikan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha, media sosial, kepribadian, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 03 Solok Selatan tahun ajaran 2022/2023.
