Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of school facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes through discipline and interest in learning as intervening variables at Cersa Pasaman Vocational School 1) the influence of school facilities on learning outcomes, 2) the influence of school facilities through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 3) the influence of school facilities through learning interest as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 4) the influence of parental attention on learning outcomes, 5) the influence of parental attention through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 6) the influence of parental attention through learning interest as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 7) the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, 8) the influence of learning discipline through interest in learning as an intervening variable on learning outcomes, 9) the influence of interest in learning on learning outcomes, 10) the influence of interest in learning through learning discipline as an intervening variable on learning outcomes.This type of research is associative. The population in this study were students in classes X and XI at Cersa Pasaman Vocational School, totaling 93 people. Sampling used total sampling technique. The instrument used for the research was a closed questionnaire using path analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test.

Abstract

The results of this research show that 1) there is a significant influence between self-efficacy (X1) on the learning achievement of class The coefficient value is -0.045 with a calculated t value < t table (-0.445 < 1.66792) and a significant value of 0.657 > 0.05, 3) There is a significant influence between study habits (X3) on the learning achievement of class 0.048 < 0.05, 4) There is a significant influence between peers (X4) on the learning achievement of class 1 Lime IX, with a coefficient value of 0.179 with a calculated t value > t table (2.728 > 1.66792) and a significant value of 0.088 < 0.05. 6) the variables of self-efficacy, learning style, study habits, peers and family environment together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on learning achievement with a calculated F value of 5.519 > F table of 2.31 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way business people market their products through E-Commerce and social media. This condition requires the world of education, especially entrepreneurship study programs, to equip students with applicable digital marketing skills. E-Commerce not only functions as a transaction medium, but also as a means of learning digital entrepreneurship practices that integrate online store management, promotional strategy creation, and direct interaction with consumers through social media. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of E-Commerce and the use of social media on students' understanding of entrepreneurship in the Digital Marketing and Social Media course. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with 35 respondents from the Entrepreneurship study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat . The results of data processing show that all indicators are valid and reliable with Outer Loading values above 0.70, AVE above 0.50, and Composite Reliability exceeding 0.70. Path Coefficient shows a significant influence of the use of E-Commerce (β = 0.52; p = 0.001) and social media (β = 0.47; p = 0.004) on students' understanding of digital marketing. This study is expected to be a reference for universities in designing an entrepreneurship curriculum based on digital practices that are in line with the development of the digital economy. The integration of E-Commerce and social media as learning media is believed to be able to produce young entrepreneurs who are adaptive, creative, and ready to face the challenges of the digital market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The effect of Learning Interest on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 2) The effect of Learning Discipline on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 3) The effect of Learning Style on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 4) The effect of Learning Facilities on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 5) The effect of Parental Attention on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 6) The combined effect of Learning Interest, Learning Discipline, Learning Style, Learning Facilities, and Parental Attention on the Learning Achievement in Economics for Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is the students of class X Phase E at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti, totaling 96 individuals. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling where the entire population is made into a sample, which amounts to 96 people. Data analysis is assisted by the SPSS program version 15. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the interest in learning variable (X1) of 0.253 and a tcalculated value of 1.617 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.109 <= 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline in learning on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the discipline in learning variable of 0.514 and a tcalculated value of 3.3999 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.001 <= 0.05. 3) There is no significant influence of learning style on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the learning style variable of -0.316 and a tcalculated value of -1.892 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.062 >= 0.05. 4) There is no significant influence of learning facilities on learning achievement, with a coefficient value of the learning facilities variable being 0.083 and a tcalculated value of 774 ≤ ttable of 1.66088 with a significance value of 0.441 ≥ 0.05. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of parental attention on learning achievement, with a coefficient value of the parental attention variable being 0.409 and a tcalculated value of 3.632 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: pengaruh kesiapan belajar, disiplin belajar, penggunaan gadget, fasilitas belajar, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP N 4 Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas VIII terpadu di SMP N 4 Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama kesiapan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Kedua disiplin belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Ketiga penggunaan gadget berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Keempat fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Kelima kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Keenam kesiapan belajar, disiplin belajar, penggunaan gadget, fasilitas belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

The research results show that: 1) Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on learning discipline. Emotional intelligence influences learning achievement through indirect influence on learning discipline as shown by the path coefficient value of 0.495. 2) Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning discipline. Learning facilities influence learning achievement through indirect influence on learning discipline which is shown to obtain a path coefficient value of 0.116. 3) Peers have a significant influence on learning discipline. Peers influence learning achievement through indirect influence on learning discipline which is shown to obtain a path coefficient value of 0.233. 4) The family environment has a significant effect on learning discipline. The family environment influences learning achievement through indirect influence on learning discipline as shown by the path coefficient value of 0.308. 5) Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement. Emotional intelligence influences learning achievement directly as shown by the path coefficient value of 2.089. 6) Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning achievement. Learning facilities directly influence learning achievement as shown by the path coefficient value of 0.635. 7) Peers have a significant influence on learning achievement. Peers influence learning achievement directly, resulting in a path coefficient value of 0.768. 8) The family environment has a significant effect on learning achievement. The family environment directly influences learning achievement as shown by the path coefficient value of 1.099. 9) Learning discipline has a significant effect on learning achievement. Learning discipline influences learning achievement directly as shown by the path coefficient value of 3.861.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning interest, 2) the influence of self-efficacy on learning interest, 3) the influence of peers on learning interest, 4) the influence of learning facilities on learning interest, 5) the influence of the family environment on learning interest. The type of research used in this study is associative research. The research was conducted in August 2025. The population in this study is all tenth-grade students in economics at SMAN 6 Solok Selatan. The sample in this study consists of 110 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling, and the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, assisted by Eviews and SPSS version 21.0. The research results show that 1) there is an influence of students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.670 and a t-value calculated > t-table 8.388 < 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, 2) there is an influence of self-efficacy on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.221 and a t-value calculated > t-table 3.349 < 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, 3) there is an influence of peer relationships on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.184 and a t-value calculated > t-table 0.954 > 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.342 > 0.05, 4) There is an influence of learning facilities on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.663 with a t-count value > t-table 3.367 < 1.65964 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, 5) there is an influence of the family environment on learning interest with a coefficient value of -0.144 with a t-count value > t-table -1.984 < 1.65964 and a significant value of 0.050 < 0.05. 6) 1. Students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods, self-efficacy, peer influence, learning facilities, and family environment collectively (simultaneously) have a significant effect on learning interest. It was found that the calculated F value is 25.311 > 2.30 from the F table and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Which is indicated by a coefficient of 0.119. This coefficient value is significant because t count is 2.949 > t table of 1.665. 3) Parental support has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Which is indicated by a coefficient of 0.386. This coefficient value is significant because t count is 3.396 > t table of 1.665. 4) Education costs have a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Which is indicated by a coefficient of 0.090. This coefficient value is significant because t count is 2.267 > t table of 1.665. 5) The school environment has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Where indicated by the coefficient of 0.141. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t of 2.824> ttable of 1.665. 6) Self-efficacy, self-potential, parental support, education costs and school environment together have a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Where the calculated F value is 9.276> Ftable of 2.333 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to see or find out 1) the phenomenon of income inequality during 5 years of observation in the Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, 2) Human Development Index in Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, 3) The Impact of Income Inequality on the Human Development Index in Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, The type of research used is associative research. This research was conducted using the object of research in districts / cities in West Sumatra province consisting of 19 districts / cities in Sumatra Bara province. Research data used during the period 2017-2021 with 90 samples. The results showed that: 1) Income Inequality has a negative and significant impact on the Human Development Index in the Districts / Municipalities of West Sumatra Province.
