Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the impact of exchange rates on the financial health of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia, focusing on the financing dimension.Methodology: The study employs the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method to assess the interaction between exchange rates (independent variable), NPF and FDR (moderator variables), and ROA (dependent variable). It uses secondary data from the financial statements of eight Islamic Commercial Banks from 2020 to 2022, comprising 36 observations.Finding: The results indicate that exchange rates significantly impact ROA, both directly and through interactions with NPF and FDR. The model has an adjusted R² of 34.89% and an RMSE of 1.1573, demonstrating good quality. The F-test value is 5.69 with a probability of 0.0015 (<0.05). The regression assumptions confirm normality and homoscedasticity; however, the Durbin-Watson test (1.48 < 1.80) indicates autocorrelation.Implication: This study recommends strengthening risk management in Islamic banks through Sharia-based financing principles. It uniquely contributes to Islamic banking research by exploring exchange rate effects using a three-way interaction approach.Originality: This study provides a unique contribution in analyzing the effect of exchange rates on the health of Islamic banks through a three-way interaction approach, which has not been widely discussed in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, kendala pemasaran, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, kurangnya inovasi produk, serta lemahnya pengelolaan keuangan di sektor UMKM dan BUMDes. Dengan pendekatan multimetode meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan workshop berbasis studi kasus, kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan tata kelola usaha digital, strategi pemasaran digital, dan penggunaan teknologi modern. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan kemandirian UMKM serta BUMDes melalui implementasi strategi berbasis digital marketing. Luaran kegiatan ini mencakup publikasi ilmiah untuk mendokumentasikan proses dan capaian, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta praktik pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program ini diharapkan menciptakan dampak berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di Kecamatan Surade dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kapabilitas Organisasi, HR Competence, Regulasi, Inovasi dan Adopsi Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains dan Teknologi. Sampel penelitian 270 responden Pegawai Kemendiktisaintek, untuk fokus grup diskusi (FGD) dihadiri oleh Direktur Pendidikan Tinggi, Sekretariat Dirjen, Direktorat Sumber Daya, Direktorat Kelembagaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan fokus grup diskusi (FGD). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software Smart PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kapabilitas Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Adopsi Teknologi, HR Competence berpengaruh terhadap Adopsi Teknologi, Regulasi berpengaruh terhadap Adopsi Teknologi, Inovasi berpengaruh terhadap Adopsi Teknologi, Kapabilitas Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, HR Competence berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, Regulasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, Inovasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dan Adopsi Teknologi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja penjualan dengan kontrak psikologis sebagai variabel intervening di PT XYZ. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT XYZ Cabang Depok yang berjumlah 120 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kontrak psikologis maupun kinerja penjualan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan belum dapat memengaruhi persepsi kontrak psikologis karyawan atau meningkatkan kinerja penjualan. Di sisi lain, pelatihan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kontrak psikologis, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan persepsi kontrak psikologis karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Selain itu, pelatihan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penjualan, yang menandakan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan melalui pelatihan dapat memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kontrak psikologis dan kinerja penjualan, yang berarti penilaian kinerja yang objektif dapat memperkuat kontrak psikologis dan mendorong peningkatan kinerja penjualan. Secara keseluruhan, kontrak psikologis terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penjualan, memperkuat hubungan antara pengelolaan SDM yang baik dan hasil kinerja perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan penilaian kinerja untuk mencapai hasil penjualan yang optimal.

Abstract

The development of social media has changed people's consumption patterns and encouraged cosmetics companies to optimize their digital marketing strategies. Facing a competitive market, Skintific is required to maximize the role of content marketing, influencers, and online customer reviews to strengthen purchase decisions and maintain customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews on purchase decisions and their impact on the loyalty of Skintific sunscreen customers in DKI Jakarta. The type of research is causal associative. Sampling was conducted using non probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques, and data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The sample size was 250 people. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM method. The results of the study indicate that content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions and customer loyalty. Purchase decisions are also proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and indirectly, content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews affect loyalty through purchase decisions for Skintific sunscreen in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini untuk membuktikan analisis pengaruh variabel work-life balance dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada analis laboratorium PT. SGS Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling atau seluruh populasi analis laboratorium dengan jumlah sebesar 78 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran dalam kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 butir. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS versi 4. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya uji statistik desktiptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji R-Square, uji Q2, uji signifikasi dan koefisiensi jalur dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, 4) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, 6) work- life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Enterprise Risk Management and financial ratios, including liquidity, leverage, and profitability, on the potential for financial distress and its impact on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses a quantitative approach, involving data collection and statistical analysis to investigate phenomena and test the relationships between variables in a structured manner, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management, financial ratios, financial health, and firm value. The population of this study consists of 12 (twelve) pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016–2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, comprising 10 (ten) pharmaceutical companies that consistently published their annual and financial reports during the period 2016–2023. Data were collected through documentation and non-participatory observation methods. The secondary data used in this study were obtained from published audited financial and annual reports. The statistical analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS), operated through Smart PLS software version 4.1.0.9. The results indicate that Enterprise Risk Management, leverage, and financial distress have a positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, liquidity has a negative and significant effect, while profitability shows a negative but insignificant effect on firm value. Additional findings related to financial distress show that liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect on financial distress as proxied by the Z-Score, where a higher Z-Score indicates a lower potential for financial distress.

Abstract

Pentingnya implementasi pengelolaan rantai pasokan dalam menyokong peningkatan daya saing ditengah ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan, dengan penerapan secara optimal maka akan berdampak pada kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui dampak manajemen rantai pasokan akan performa kerja perusaahan serta keunggulan bersaing menjadi variabel intervening di PT Mukti Lintas Media. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang dimanfaatkan adalah 30 karyawan PT Mukti Lintas Media dan dianalisa memanfaatkan software SmartPLS. Perolehan penelitian ini memperlihatkan jika (1) Manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh secara langsung akan kinerja perusahaan, (2) Manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (3) Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (4) Manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung akan kinerja perusahaan lewat keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work patterns on employee performance with incentives as an intervening variable for employees at the Pertamina IHC Clinic. The background of the study is based on the importance of improving employee performance in facing the demands of competitive healthcare services, where individual motivation and work pattern arrangements are believed to play a significant role. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to a number of employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that motivation and work patterns have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Incentives are only proven to play a role as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between work patterns and performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of human resource management strategies that not only pay attention to internal factors (motivation) and work systems (work patterns), but also strengthen them through the provision of appropriate incentives.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational competence and culture on organizational performance, with employee engagement as a moderating variable. The background emphasizes improving human resources and organizational culture to enhance performance in public institutions, particularly government agencies. Employing a quantitative approach with moderated regression analysis (MRA) via STATA, the study used a saturated sample of 76 respondents. Results show organizational competencies and culture positively and significantly affect employee engagement, which in turn significantly influences organizational performance. However, employee engagement did not significantly moderate the relationship between competencies, organizational culture, and organizational performance. The model explained over 60% of organizational performance variation, indicated by high R-squared values. This study offers novel empirical evidence that employee engagement acts as a mediator, not moderator, in the competence-culture-performance link within Indonesian public sectors—challenging private sector assumptions. Findings urge government agencies to prioritize employee engagement development as a mediating pathway for translating competence and culture investments into performance gains, informing effective human resource strategies for bureaucratic reform.
