Abstract

Mengendalikan inflasi merupakan salah satu tantangan besar dalam menjaga stabilitas perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, kebijakan moneter memainkan peran penting dalam mengendalikan tingkat inflasi. Tingkat inflasi di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir mengalami perubahan yang berkisar 3,13%; 2,72%; 1,68%; 1,87%; 5,51%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kebijakan moneter di Indonesia dalam mengatasi inflasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengkaji, dan menganalisis berbagai literatur, data, dan kebijakan yang telah diterapkan Bank Indonesia dalam pengendalian inflasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter yang diterapkan Bank Indonesia terbukti cukup efektif dalam mengendalikan inflasi di Indonesia. Penyesuaian suku bunga, operasi pasar terbuka, dan instrumen kebijakan moneter lainnya telah dimanfaatkan secara aktif oleh Bank Indonesia untuk menjaga inflasi tetap berada pada kisaran sasarannya. Faktor-faktor seperti permintaan agregat, biaya produksi, harga komoditas internasional, dan nilai tukar juga mempengaruhi tingkat inflasi di Indonesia. Namun Bank Indonesia telah mampu mengendalikan inflasi secara efektif melalui kebijakan moneter yang tepat. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti fluktuasi harga komoditas internasional dan nilai tukar mata uang masih perlu diatasi ke depan. Oleh karena itu, Bank Indonesia perlu terus meningkatkan koordinasi dengan pemerintah dalam merancang kebijakan fiskal yang dapat mengurangi ketergantungan perekonomian Indonesia terhadap harga komoditas internasional. Selain itu, transparansi kebijakan moneter dan komunikasi yang lebih baik dengan pasar juga merupakan kunci untuk menjaga stabilitas harga dan mencegah tekanan inflasi yang berlebihan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms, processes, and impacts of muallaf (convert to Islam) development carried out through the Field Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan or KKL) activities in Dusun Manjau, Laman Satong Village, North Matan Hilir District, Ketapang Regency. The development program was conducted in five main forms: personal mentoring, Islamic studies, Qur’an reading courses, religious consultations, and development through silaturahmi (social visits). The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that personal mentoring plays a crucial role in building emotional closeness and spiritual motivation among the muallaf. Islamic studies and Qur’an reading courses help improve understanding and worship skills. Religious consultations provide space for muallaf to express the problems they face, while silaturahmi activities strengthen social bonds between muallaf and the local Muslim community. Overall, the KKL activities significantly contribute to the strengthening of faith, worship skills, and the social integration of muallaf in their new environment.

Abstract

Bullying in school environments is a serious issue that negatively affects children’s physical, psychological, and social development. As individuals in a growth phase, children have the right to receive adequate legal protection. This study aims to raise students' awareness of the dangers of bullying and to provide an understanding of the available legal protection for victims. The activities were conducted through direct outreach in seven elementary and junior high schools in Palangka Raya using educational videos, banners, and pocket books. The results showed high enthusiasm from students and improved understanding of types of bullying, its impact, and the legal protections available. Collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and society proved effective in creating a safe and child-friendly school environment.

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth but is accompanied by an increase in cases of overclaim, namely excessive or inconsistent claims between the content and product labels circulating on the market. This practice not only misleads consumers but also has the potential to pose serious health risks. This study aims to analyze the role of the Indonesian Indonesian Food and Drug Authority in cases of skincare overclaim from a consumer protection perspective, especially due to negligence in supervising the inconsistency of product content and labels. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach, reviewing laws and regulations such as Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, and the Regulation of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority. The results of the study show that BPOM has a role in pre-market and post-market supervision of skincare products. However, there are still gaps in the supervision system that cause products with inconsistency in claims to continue to circulate and harm consumers. This study recommends strengthening the supervision and law enforcement mechanisms for business actors and the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority in order to ensure more effective consumer protection and prevent similar cases from recurring in the future

Abstract

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution in the Financial Services Sector (LAPS-SJK) is an institution that facilitates dispute resolution through non-litigation channels with the principles of justice and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to determine how to resolve insurance disputes through Mediation and Arbitration services at LAPS-SJK such as the Regulations and Procedural Process briefly. This study uses a normative legal research method with qualitative data analysis techniques, then the results of the study are presented in a scientific paper that describes the role and mechanism of LAPS-SJK in resolving insurance disputes. The research results show that although LAPS-SJK aims to provide affordable fees, until now there has been no transparency regarding the fee structure charged for various types of disputes which can be an obstacle for less fortunate parties. This study also shows that dispute resolution through Mediation and Arbitration can be an effective solution to reduce insurance disputes in Indonesia. It is important to increase socialization regarding this mechanism so that more parties use the existing alternative dispute resolution

Abstract

Gambling is a game requiring players to have money or objects used as bets. Along with its development in the current digital era, gambling has also undergone development. The phenomenon of online gambling today also penetrates teenagers, especially students. The phenomenon of online gambling is one of the deviant behaviors that hurts students' psychological conditions, academic achievements, and social conditions. Therefore, the community service activities at Nurul Ihsan Islamic High School, Palangka Raya, are very relevant to online gambling, which is currently developing among teenagers, especially students. This activity was carried out to provide education about the negative impact of online gambling that can affect the psychological condition of students. Various aspects related to online gambling were explained, such as the form of online gambling, the negative impact of online gambling, and the legal consequences for online gambling perpetrators. This activity also provides prevention strategies that can be done to avoid online gambling practices for students, as well as handling strategies for students who have fallen into online gambling. A total of 50 Nurul Ihsan Islamic High School students were followed by receiving material related to the negative impact of online gambling from a legal perspective. Furthermore, the activity was closed with an evaluation, namely questions and answers, and the provision of post-tests. The results of the activity provided information to increase knowledge and understanding of the negative impact of online gambling for students from a legal perspective, as well as efforts to prevent online gambling practices among students.

Abstract

Chat GPT merupakan website berbasis Artifisial intelligensia atau dikenal sebagai AI di mana website ini merupakan website dengan berbasis chatbot yang akan memberikan solusi dalam semua persoalan yang diberikan kepada chatbot tersebut dengan model percakapan bersama dengan ai atau Artificial Intelegensia. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu untuk menganalisis respon siswa terhadap penerapan Chat GPT dalam pembelajaran biologi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu melakukan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur dan juga melakukan penyebaran angket yang berupa skala liker dan juga penjelasan secara deskriptif untuk menganalisis respon dari responden. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu populasi dari kelas 12 Mia yang berjumlah 33 orang dengan mengambil sampel 10 orang. Yang kemudian hasil dari respon mengungkapkan bahwasanya penggunaan Chat GPT sangat membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran dan juga dapat mendorong motivasi siswa dalam pengerjaan persoalan maupun membangkitkan diskusi pada saat tugas kelompok maupun tugas individu kemudian dilihat dari hasil skala likert menunjukkan respon dari siswa hasilnya dengan kriteria yang kuat hal ini mengungkapkan bahwasanya adanya dampak dari penggunaan ataupun penerapan Chat GPT dalam pembelajaran Biologi

Abstract

Depresi merupakan masalah kesehatan mental global dan signifikan memengaruhi individu di seluruh dunia. Berdasarkan data terakhir dari WHO pada Maret 2023, kurang lebih 280 juta orang saat ini hidup dengan depresi. Pendidikan kedokteran yang terkenal dengan beban akademik dan tuntutannya yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan stres dan risiko depresi pada mahasiswa. Meta-analisis yang dilakukan oleh Rohan P, dkk., mengungkapkan bahwa hingga 28% dari mahasiswa kedokteran di seluruh dunia mengalami depresi. Namun, masih terbatasnya penelitian yang secara khusus membandingkan tingkat depresi antara angkatan awal dan akhir mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persebaran tingkat depresi pada mahasiswa tingkat awal (2023) dan tingkat akhir (2021) di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumangara. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan desain potong lintang, data dikumpulkan dari 132 responden menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,676, yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkatan pendidikan mahasiswa dengan status depresi. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya penelitian lanjutan untuk memahami faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin memengaruhi tingkat depresi di antara mahasiswa, seperti dukungan sosial, lingkungan akademik, dan faktor-faktor genetik. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap depresi di kalangan mahasiswa kedokteran, langkah-langkah pencegahan dan intervensi yang tepat dapat dirancang untuk membantu mengurangi dampaknya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental mereka.

Abstract

In the contract law that applies in Indonesia, an agreement can be canceled if the agreement is made through mistake, coercion and fraud. However, in the development of civil practice, it is also known that there is abuse of circumstances (misbruik van omstandigheden) as a reason for canceling an agreement. In the legal system in force in Indonesia, abuse of conditions in agreements (misbruik van omstandigheden) is a relatively new topic in the study of Indonesian civil law, both in theory and judicial practice. The court decision that is the study of the doctrine of abuse of circumstances in agreements is the case between Parluhutan Sirait and Benny Arifin as stated in the Palangka Raya District Court Number 160/Pdt.G/2016/PN Plk. From this decision it can be concluded that the agreement made by the parties must be balanced in terms of determining the rights and obligations given to the parties. Where debtors and creditors have an equal bargaining position. If an imbalance is found in the agreement, the judge can make his own judgment as to the basis for misuse of the conditions in the agreement. In this decision, the panel of judges had noticed indications of abuse of opportunity which became the basis for applying the doctrine of abuse of circumstances which was possible due to the imbalance and incompatibility of the positions of the parties involved in the agreement.

Abstract

Palangka Raya class IA state. Object of research on divorce lawsuits at the Palangka Raya Class IA District Court. The aim of the research is to find out whether psychological violence can be used as a reason for a divorce suit at the Class I A Palangka Raya District Court, and to find out the judge's consideration of the divorce decision due to psychological violence at the Class I A Palangka Raya District Court. The research uses qualitative methods with empirical field or juridical research. Psychological violence can be used as a reason for divorce in court because it is in accordance with the regulations contained in the Marriage Law, Domestic Violence Eradication Law and Compilation of Islamic Law, as well as looking at the benefits contained in the judge's decision. The reason the plaintiff filed the lawsuit was because of psychological violence which resulted in mental stress or feelings, but this was not used as the main reason for the judge to consider granting the plaintiff's lawsuit.
