Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raya Azura Persada baik secara Parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan kantor dengan jumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dari hasil uji t > t tabel yaitu 2,613 > 1,703, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan t hit > t tabel yaitu 6,397 > 1,703 dan Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan F hit > F tabel yaitu 58,234 > 3,35. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,8 %,hal ini berarti Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi sebesar 79,8% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 20,2 % Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

PKK, sebuah organisasi kemasyarakatan yang memperkuat peran wanita dalam pembangunanIndonesia, menjadi gerakan pembangunan masyarakat yang berawal dari seminar Home Economic.Melalui Tim Penggeraknya, PKK berperan sebagai motivator, fasilitator, perencana, pelaksana,pengendali, dan penggerak, bekerja sama dengan instansi pemerintah. Kelompok PKK, terdiri dari iburumah tangga, aktif dalam kegiatan sosial serta program PKK di lingkungan kelurahan, di RT 01 RW021 Kelurahan Parigi Lama, Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan, ibu-ibu PKK terlibatdalam entrepreneurship, mengangkat perekonomian rumah tangga. Bagi UMKM, penerapanecopreneurship penting dalam menciptakan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif padamasyarakat sekitar. Abstract

Kontribusi terbesar bagi riset ini tentunya guna mencari seberapa besar efek dari faktor fundamental & ekonomi makro terhadap Price Earning-Ratio merupakan tujuan riset. Sumber riset menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel riset adalah Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Cash Ratio, dan tingkat suku bunga SBI terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh Price Earning-Ratio pada perusahaan LQ45 sektor konstruksi, property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI untuk periode 2015-2018. Jenis riset deskriptif kuantitatif dipilih peneliti dan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel, kemudian perhitungannya menggunakan program Eviews versi 9. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel purposive. Sebanyak 45 perusahaan sebagai populasi yang diambil dari perusahaan LQ45 dari sektor konstruksi, property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Berdasarkan hasil riset pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa empat dari total lima hipotesis diterima, berpengaruh positif sedangkan satu hipotesis berpengaruh negatif. Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Cash Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price Earning-Ratio. Tingkat Suku Bunga SBI berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Price Earning-Ratio. Variabel ROE, NPM, Cash Ratio dan Tingkat Suku Bunga SBI secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide understanding and material on the importance of preparing Project-Based Learning-based learning modules, providing skills training to teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in making or compiling Project-Based Learning-based modules, and providing assistance and training in teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in creating or compiling modules based onProject Based Learning. This service was held at SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta. The service methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and simulations. The participants of this service activity are teachers of SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta. The results of this service can have a positive impact, including: teachers can improve their ability to prepare teaching modules by understanding each component of the preparation of teaching modules, teachers are more enthusiastic about preparing teaching modules regularly, and teachers are motivated to continue to improve their pedagogical skills. It is hoped that this service can add useful knowledge in terms of the preparation of teaching modules regularly, especially project-based teaching modules that are relevant to learning objectives at SMK.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the case method by using audio-visual media to the learning outcomes. The population in this study is a grade XI SCIENCE student. Sampling is done randomly using the random sampling cluster technique. Based on the average estimated test results were obtained the average results of the experiment Group learning and the control group. The results of the submission are learned to get the percentage of classical learning submission for the experimental group of 98% and the control group at 76%. The results of observation of the affective and psychomotor domains were obtained the average value of students in the experimental group ≥ 65.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. in 2017 to 2021, namely byanalyzing ratios in the form of profitability ratios whose indicators are Net Profit Margin, liquidity ratios usingCurrent Ratio, and activity ratios using Total Asset Turnover. This type of research is qualitative research withanalytical methods through the stages of secondary documents, namely obtaining data from the company's financialstatements. The results show that the profitability ratio using the Net Profit Margin fluctuates, although it tends toincrease but is still below the industry standard where the average Net Profit Margin obtained in 2017-2021 is11.92% and the industry standard is 20%. And the liquidity ratio using the Current Ratio has results that show veryhealthy financial performance, the average Current Ratio in 2012-2021 is above the industry standard of 441% or4.41 times where the industry standard is 200% or 2 times. The results of the activity ratio research using TotalAsset Turnover show an average result that is not good, which has an average yield of 1.10 times with the industrystandard 2 times. Thus, the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. the 2017-2021 period seen from theprofitability ratio using Net Profit Margin and the activity ratio using Total Asset Turnover, both of which are saidto be in poor financial performance. Meanwhile, the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. seen from theliquidity ratio using the Current Ratio is said to be in good condition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran kompetensi dan disiplin kerja pada PT. Agung Kelola Bersama dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penggumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawacara dengan informan dan key informan, observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Agar memperoleh keabsahan data dilakukan analisis melalui Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan disiplin kerja mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dari SWOT analisis yang digunakan, perusahaan perlu Meningkatkan pelatihan untuk kompetensi dan disiplin kerja bagi seluruh karyawan agar meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the phylon injection department at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The research method used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population and sample for this research consist of 90 respondents. The analysis technique used includes instrument test analysis (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), simple linear regression analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation coefficient analysis test, coefficient of determination analysis test, and hypothesis test. (uji t dan uji F). The research results for the Work Environment variable (X1) indicate a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The t-test results (partial test) show that t count > t table (4.922 > 1.987) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The Work Discipline variable (X2) also shows a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The t-test results (partial test) show that t count > t table (9.521 > 1.987) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The simultaneous research results indicate a positive and significant effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables on Employee Performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The F-test results (simultaneous test) show that F count > F table (47.445 > 3.10) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The results of the coefficient of determination test yielded an R-square value of 0.522. It can be concluded that the variables Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an influence on the variable Employee Performance (Y) by 52.2%, while the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT Wahana Safety Indonesia simultaneously. This research is an associative-research with a quantitative approach. The independent variables used in this research are leadership style (x1) and organizational culture (x2). While the dependent variable or the dependent variable used in this study is employee performance (y). Sampling used in this study using the saturated sample method which is the entire existing population, namely all employees of PT Wahana Safety Indonesia as many as 150 employees. Data collection was carried out in this study using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the results obtained that the regression value is Y = 3.571a + 0.0511 + 0.5232. Hypothesis test for leadership style variable (X1) obtained t-count < t-table (1.305 <1.976) with a significance value > 0.05 (0.194 >0.05) leadership style variable (X1) partially has positive but has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Wahana Safety Indonesia (H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected). Hypothesis test of organizational culture variable (x2) obtained t-count > t-table (18.279 > 1.976) with a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) organizational culture variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y) (H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted). While the hypothesis test is obtained by f-count > f-table (192.039 > 3.06) with a significance value of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) then the results of the f-test of the independent variables leadership style (X2) and organizational culture (X2) are Simultaneous positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) at PT Wahana Safety Indonesia. Meanwhile, with the value of determination, 72.3% was found to be influenced by leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) where the remaining 27.7% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Expenses per Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Mega Tbk in 2010-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of annual financial reports from PT. Bank Mega Tbk, officially accessed from www.bankmega.com Data analysis was carried out using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test; Non-Multicollinearity Test; Non Heteroscedasticity Test; and Non-Autocorrelation Test, Model Feasibility Test consisting of Multiple Correlation Test (R); Determination Correlation Test (R Square); and the F Test (Anova), as well as the Effect of Causality Test consisting of the Simple Linear Regression Coefficient; Multiple Linear Analysis; and Hypothesis Testing (T Test).The results of the study found that the Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Bank Mega in 2010-2019 with a significant value of 0.826 where 0.826 > 0.05 means that the Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on Return On Assets. Operating Expenses per Operating Income on Return On Assets at PT Bank Mega in 2010-2019 with a significant value of 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05 means that Operational Expenses per Operating Income have an effect on Return On Assets. And Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operating Expenses per Operating Income on Return On Assets at PT Bank Mega in 2010-2019 with a significant value of 0.010 where 0.010 < 0.05 means that Loan to Deposit Ratio of Operating Expenses per Operating Income has a joint effect on Return On Assets.
