Abstract

An attitude of independence can be shown by the ability to solve problems faced with behavior. With changes in behavior, students also have an increase in thinking, assuming that learning must be able to be independent without relying on help from others continuously and also do not depend on learning from teachers alone, but learning can also be from print, electronic and natural media. This type of research is a classroom action research with the number of research subjects is 32 children with the aim of research to find out group guidance services carried out by Guidance Counseling teachers at Mts Negeri 9 Gunungkidul. To find out the independence of student learning at MTs Negeri 9 Gunungkidul. To find out the results of Learning Independence through Group guidance services in grade 8 C MTs Negeri 9 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. The results of the study increased children's learning independence in the second cycle in the first group by 22.1%. With an average score of 82.05, this means that children's independence is very good, where 5 children score between 70-80 including the medium category and 6 children above 80 who are included in the high learning independence category. The increase in children's learning independence in the second cycle in the second group was 25.1%. With an average score of 85.45, this means that children's independence is very good, where 4 children score between 70-80 including the medium category and 7 children above 80 who are included in the high learning independence category. The increase in children's learning independence in the second cycle in the third group was 21.7%. With an average score of 88, this means that children's independence is very good, where 10 children have been above the value of 80 which is included in the category of high learning independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kehadiran mengjar guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah guru-guru di SD Negeri Pagerjurang Ngawen Kabupaten Gunungkidul, sejumlah 8 orang guru, terdiri atas 4 orang guru PNS, 2 orang guru PPPK, 1 orang guru Honor Daerah TK.II Kab/Kota dan 1 orang guru Non PNS. Tindakan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap kedisiplinan kehadiran guru dalam kehadiran di kelas dalam proses pembelajaran oleh kepala sekolah. Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar pengamatan, skala penilaian dan daftar hadir. Observasi digunakan untuk melengkapi data dari wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumentasi, terutama dalam lingkup masalah penelitian, meliputi mengamati impelementasi kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran dikelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa siklus pertama ini tingkat keterlambatan guru masuk kelas lebih dari 15 menit pada proses kegiatan belajar mengajar masih tinggi yaitu 4 orang atau 50 %. Siklus kedua terdapat 75% guru yang hadir kurang dari 10 menit dan 12,5% guru yang terlambat 10 menit sampai dengan 15 menit. Hasil penelitian dari kondisi awal, siklus I dan siklus II sudah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pemberian reward dan punishment dapat meningkat disiplin guru hadir di dalam kelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di SD Negeri Pagerjurang

Abstract

Yuntiasih, 2019081082 : Manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tesis Yogyakarta: Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, 2021Tujuan Penelitian ini: (1) analisis manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY, (2) analisis faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY, (3) analisis permasalahan dan Langkah-langkah yang dialami dalam manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY, dan (4) deskripsi kebutuhan atau perbaikan aturan yang harus dilakukan untuk perbaikan manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 9 (Sembilan) lokasi yaitu : (1) Balai Dikmen Kota Yogyakarta, (2) Balai Dikmen Kabupaten Bantul, (3) Balai Dikmen Kabupaten Kulon Progo, (4) Balai Dikmen Kabupaten Gunungkidul, (5) Balai Dikmen Kabupaten Sleman, (6) Balai Teknologi Komunikasi Pendidikan (BTKP), (7) Balai Pemuda dan Olahraga (BPO), (8) Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik (BLPT), dan (9) Dinas Dikpora DIY pada bulan September – November 2021. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari : (1) Kepala Balai Dikmen Kabupaten/Kota se DIY, (2) Kepala Tata Usaha Balai Dikmen se Kabupaten/Kota se DIY, (3) Kepala UPT (BTKP, BPO dan BLPT), (4) ASN Pengadministrasi Kepegawaian Dinas Dikpora DIY, dan (5) Wakil Kepala Dinas Dikpora DIY. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data reduksi,penyajian data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan Teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian secara umum manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik, selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY terdiri atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan/evaluasi, (2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY, (3) permasalahan dan Langkah-langkah yang dialami dalam manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY, dan (4) Kebutuhan atau perbaikan yang harus dilakukan untuk perbaikan manajemen Tenaga Bantu di Dinas Dikpora DIY.

Abstract

The background to the problem in writing this Best Practice is because the students' ability in STEAM Literacy is very low, teachers are not varied in using approaches and learning models. The purpose of this Best Practice is to create effective, creative and imaginative learning, in introducing STEAM literacy to students and to be able to provide motivation to play naturally for children and inspire teachers to be more innovative and varied in presenting learning. Based on these problems, the teacher applies learning using a project-based learning approach to boost STEAM literacy skills and differentiate. As for the results of this Best Practice, students become more free in expressing their ideas and ideas and can solve the problems they face. Children can develop STEAM literacy skills and differentiation as well as learner-centered learning. By applying Loose Parts media, it is hoped that children will be more creative, imaginative, collaborative in accordance with the characteristics of children, that the child's world is play by playing will gain knowledge and skills and attitudes in everyday life. this it is hoped that it will form a future generation that is tough, competent, with Pancasila personality ready to face challenges in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is, "How are the efforts of the Principal to improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans through In House Training (IHT)". In House Training (IHT) is a training program that is held at the training participant's place or at school by optimizing the potentials that exist in the school, using the trainee's work equipment with relevant material and the problems being faced, so it is hoped that participants can more easily absorb and apply the material to solve and overcome the problems experienced and be able to directly improve the quality and performance. In House Training (IHT) is carried out to improve teacher performance in accordance with their field of work by utilizing the potential that exists in an organization or institution. The results of InHouse Training (IHT) in compiling lesson plans in cycle I were still low, the teacher's score percentage reached 53.63. It is still far from the target planned in the research of 80. Even though there are actually only two aspects that have not been filled in, the aspects that have been filled in are not complete. For this reason, the research was continued in cycle II with several improvements. After conducting In House Training (IHT) in cycle II, there was an increase in competence in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, and implementing process assessments (preparation of lesson plans) in accordance with Permendiknas Number 41 of 2007. Of the three aspects that were the focus of InHouse Training (IHT), all teachers who were the subject of the study experienced an increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti terutama setelah adanya wabah covid 19 dan guru yang sering menggunakan model ceramah, yang dianggap monoton dan kurang bervariasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dan Budi Pekerti pada peserta didik Kelas VIIIA SMPN 2 Panggang, dengan menggunakan metode Discovery Learning. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dalam pembelajaran dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan Tes Hasil Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi pekerti di siklus I maupun siklus 2 meningkat. Ini dibuktikan pada rata-rata nilai hasil belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 meningkat sebesar 10(59.1 menjadi 69.1), siklus 1 ke siklus 2 meningkat sebesar 12.6 (69.1 menjadi 81.7). Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Model Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dengan demikian peneliti menyarankan bahwa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru dapat menjadikan model Discovery Learning sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam pelajaran PAK dan Budi Pekerti atau pun pada pelajaran yang lain sehingga proses pembelajaran semakin menarik dan membuat peserta didik semakin termotivasi untuk belajar dan meningkat hasil belajarnya.
