<![CDATA[This study plans to decide whether the nature of the goods and the administration at the same time affect the fulfillment of buyers at a Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. The information inspection procedure used is a quantitative introduction technique with the help of the SPSS program. This study used different straight recurrences. Exploratory test as many as 83 respondents. Lots of important information using polls. The results showed that the quality of goods to a certain degree affect the fulfillment of shoppers at the Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. Administration to some extent affects consumer loyalty at the Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan. The data analysis technique used is quantitative method with the help of SPSS version 20.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Access Medan and a sample of 95 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan.Keywords: career development, leadership, competence, performance ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of the attractiveness of advertising, product design and lifestyle on the purchasing decision of Mobile Vivo at the Millennium Itc Center Medan. The high level of competition causes consumers to act selectively in making purchasing decisions. In making consumer purchasing decisions. Based on this matter, the problem in this study was the decrease in the number of Vivo handphone users in August amid an increase in the number of users in each month. The problem with the policy of attractiveness of advertising, is that there is still a lack of promotional media used by companies. While the problems in product design, the features of the vivo handphone marketed by the company are still not good compared to other products. So that with the existence of these problems, the decision to purchase the company's Vivo handphone also declined. The approach used in this study is to use a type of quantitative descriptive research. The total population in this study was 382 customers. The sample used in this study was 79 people. This research uses t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is the attractiveness of advertising and product design affect the purchasing decision of the Vivo handphone at the Millennium Ict Center Medan. <![CDATA[This study aims to explain the effect of brand equity (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a case study of Osella Kids Matahari Children's Clothing, Manhattan Department Store, Medan. The population in this study were visitors to children's clothing Osella Kids Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan using purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 110 respondents and used a questionnaire to be used as a data collection method in this study. The analysis method in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a partially significant effect between brand equity and price on purchasing decisions, while partially promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions. And to simultaneously get that brand equity, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for children's clothing Ossela Kids Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan.Keywords: Brand Equity, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang diterapkan di dan upaya penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis Android dengan aplikasi Hui Pos di Royal Laundry. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam prakteknya, Royal Laundry masih belum berhasil menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi nya dengan baik dikarenakan pengetahuan pemilik Laundry yang sangat minim terkait Aplikasi Hui Pos berbasis Android dan seringkali transaksi tidak tercatat menggunakan bon laundry. Namun demikian, karyawan yang bekerja di laundry ini memiliki kinerja yang baik terbukti dari hasil wawancara kepada konsumen yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap hasil cucian Laundry tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan oleh Royal Laundry belum berhasil karena kurangnya pengetahuan pemilik Laundry terkait Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan namun dari sudut kinerja karyawannya sudah sangat baik]]>

<![CDATA[This quantitative descriptive study aims to determine the Springate Method, Zmijewski Method, and Grover Method to analyze bankruptcy at PT Blue Bird Tbk. The period used in this study is six years, starting from 2016-2021. This research was conducted by taking secondary data from financial statements obtained from the official website www.bluebirdgroup.com. The results showed that using the Springate method in 2016 and 2018 were in a prone area or on the verge of bankruptcy; in 2017, this Company was in good condition, while in 2019-2021, this Company went bankrupt. Using the Zmijewski method shows that in 2016-2021 this Company did not go bankrupt, and the Grover method shows that in 2016-2021 this Company did not go bankrupt. In this case, the Springate method accurately analyzed bankruptcy at PT Blue Bird Tbk.]]>

<![CDATA[Research conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Regional Office I aims to determine the influence of the factors that make the performance of the Accounting Information System quality. The research method was carried out with an associative quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of the company who were sampled. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS Version 22 application. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression approaches, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination tests. The conclusions from this study indicate that personal technical skills, top management support, user involvement in developing systems, education and training programs, partially have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan, while the existence of the Steering Committee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. Simultaneously personal technical skills, Top Management support, user involvement in developing systems, education and training programs, and the existence of the Steering Committee have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. <![CDATA[Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of overcoming the problems faced by conventional breeders, especially breeders in Kota Pari Village, namely obstacles in carrying out promotions outside the area, both outside the village and outside the province. In the conventional buying and selling process, the role of middlemen is also influential, resulting in low livestock prices for breeders and very expensive for buyers. The condition of the livestock has also decreased due to stress and their food is not maintained when they are marketed in traditional livestock markets. The transportation process also becomes expensive if the cattle do not sell well in the livestock market. The web-based application for qurbani animals and aqikah mar-ketpalce overcomes all the problems of conventional sales. Applications built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The website-based application for qurbani and aqikah animal marketplaces connects goat and cattle breeders in Kota Pari village with buyers who can be reached from various regions and all corners of the world. The application also provides various types of qurban and aqikah, both purchasing qurban and aqikah animals as usual or the choice of qurban and aqikah packages that have been cooked by the seller. So that the application built makes it easier for sellers and buyers of qurban animals and aqikah Keywords: application; aqiqah; marketplaces; sacrifice Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi para peternak konvensional khusunya peternak di Desa Kota Pari, yaitu kendala dalam melakukan promosi diluar daerah baik luar Desa maupun luar provinsi. Pada proses jual beli konvensional peran serta tengkulak juga berpengaruh, sehingga mengakibatkan harga ternak menjadi murah untuk peternak dan menjadi sangat mahal untuk pembeli. Kondisi ternak juga menjadi menurun dikarekan setres dan makannya tidak terjaga pada saat dipasarkan di pasar ternak tradisional. Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. <![CDATA[Permasalahan peternak konvensional adalah susahnya menjangkau pembeli secara luas, masih terdapat peran tengkulak dalam proses jual beli antara penjual ternak dan pembeli ternak sehingga harga ternak menjadi sangat murah untuk pelaku ternak dan menjadi sangat tinggi untuk pembeli ternak di daerah lain. Permasalahan lain yaitu pada saat memasarkan sapi dan kambing pada musim Qurban, sapi dan kambing yang diangkut memakan biaya operasional yang besar, termasuk jasa penjagaan hewan ternak yang dipasarkan, belum lagi hewan ternak yang dipasarkan mengalami stres dan resiko terkena penyakit. Apalagi jika hewan ternak yang dipasarkan tidak laku dijual maka akan memakan biaya lebih besar untuk mengembalikan hewan ternak kembali kekandang. Dalam menyelsaikan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan inovasi terhadap penjualan ternak agar peternak menjangkau penjualan diluar desa, maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi berbasis website. Aplikasi yang dibangun sebagai penghubung antara pelaku peternakan dengan pembeli hewan ternak dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile Scrumban, sistem yang dibangun pemprograman berorientasi objek dan metode perangcangan menggunakan UML. Sistem Informasi penjualan hewan Qurban dan Aqikah berbasis website dihasilkan untuk memudahkan peternak dalam mempromosikan hewan Qurban dan Aqikah sehingga meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan peternak.]]>
