Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of PDAM Toraja Utara employees. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling method, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the independent variables of work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable of employee performance. This can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the effect of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is less than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 47.238 > 3.18, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of North Toraja PDAM employees. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 65%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance at the ge’tengan health center. The type of research. With a population of all employees of the ge’tengan and the sample used in this study totaling 50 people. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple liner regression test, partial test (t), simultaneous test(f), correlation test, and determination test. Date was processed using 25. Bassed on the result pf partial tests (1) the calculated F value was 15,182>3,19 so that it could be concluded that motivasion and competence simultaneously affect employee performance. While significantly 0,000<0,05, it means that H3 is accepted or in other words motivation and competence simultaneously affect employee performance

Abstract

Pengabdian skema kemitraan bertujuan memberikan pendampingan manajemen usaha dan digitalisasi pemasaran Tenun di Dusun Palamban Kelurahan Sa’dan Matallo. Permasalahan mitra belum melakukan pengelolaan usaha dan pemasaran berbasis digital produk tenun asli Toraja. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan dan  pendampingan penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital dalam usaha serta pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait manajemen usaha (perhitungan HPP, penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pengelolaan SDM). Tim menggunakan metode dengan strategi kronologis, urutan pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dari diskusi permasalahan mitra, pelatihan dan praktik pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian (1) mitra mampu mengidentifikasi komponen biaya dalam pembuatan tenun, (2) peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan mitra terkait harga pokok produksi (3) kemampuan mitra menentukan harga jual, (4) mitra memahami pentingnya pemasaran digital, (5) mitra dalam proses menerapkan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital (6) mitra dalam proses menerapkan pemasaran menggunakan Marketplace. Rencana tindak lanjut kegiatan ini yakni evaluasi hasil penjualan setelah mitra menerapkan pemasaran digital dan pemeriksaan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan mitra.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the correlation between entrepreneurship knowledge, family support, and entrepreneurial motivation, and the interest in becoming young entrepreneurs among the alumni of the Faculty of Economics at UKI Toraja. A sample of 51 alumni who have already initiated their own business ventures participated as respondents in this research. This study adopts a quantitative research approach, employing a questionnaire with Likert-scale items for data collection. The data analysis technique utilized in this research is path analysis, with the support of SPSS 26 software and the Sobel Test. Partially, the findings indicate that entrepreneurship knowledge and family support exert a direct and significant impact on entrepreneurial motivation and the interest in becoming young entrepreneurs among the alumni of the Faculty of Economics at UKI Toraja. Entrepreneurial motivation has a direct and significant influence on the interest in becoming young entrepreneurs among the alumni of the Faculty of Economics at UKI Toraja. Entrepreneurship knowledge has an indirect and significant influence on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur through entrepreneurial motivation among the alumni of the Faculty of Economics at UKI Toraja. Similarly, family support also has an indirect and significant influence on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur through entrepreneurial motivation among the alumni of the Faculty of Economics at UKI Toraja

Abstract

Indonesia is currently ranked sixty-second out of seventy countries, this situation has forced the government to issue new breakthroughs to improve reading and numeracy skills by building several libraries in each region, the government is also working with writers and publishers to make reading books more interesting. and educative. Literacy is the ability to read, write, speak, listen, count and be able to provide information and be able to interact with others. The mentoring for learning to read and count is carried out for students at SDN 2 Rindingallo as an effort to teach children to read and count so that students are more competent in reading and counting. The method used is with study assistance in small groups around the tongkonan traditional house. The results of the service show that through the use of the tongkonan traditional house, elementary school students in the vicinity of the traditional house show an increase in reading and arithmetic skills. The presence of tongkonan in every place in North Pangala' functions as a place for learning and playing activities. Through this activity, the function of the tongkonan is not only as a place to live but also as a place to acquire knowledge.

Abstract

The Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) is an inseparable part of the church's organizational structure. PPGT has various work programs designed to foster enthusiasm and direct the young generation to become an independent generation in various aspects. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Identifying Wants or Needs aim to provide financial education for the younger generation so they are able to manage personal finances through self-identification of whether they buy goods because they really need them or just because they want them. This activity is attended by more than ± 25 people. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The result of this community service activity is that the young generation is able to define what wants and needs are and is able to identify needs or desires in making decisions to purchase a product.

Abstract

This service is an academic activity that has a definite theme and program in a condition where the activity partners are aligned with the implementation of research programs and community service. From the data obtained by researchers, the research location really needs to improve nutrition because there are still many children affected by stunting and pregnant women who suffer from chronic energy deficiency (CED) and so the research location was chosen as a Stunting Prevention center for approximately 45 days. So that the community in Lembang and the community health center implement the Happy Kitchen to Prevent Stunting. This research aims to support the community to participate and involve active participation from the community, government, health institutions and related stakeholders to achieve maximum results in preventing stunting in Lembang Rindingallo. The research subjects are the people at the research location. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is providing education, providing healthy food through the Dapur Bahagia Prevent Stunting program for children who fall into the stunting group and pregnant women with KEK. One of the work programs that we implement is Stunting Prevention. Through this work program, it is hoped that with the Happy Kitchen program to prevent stunting, the needs and health of children affected by stunting and pregnant women with KEK in Lembang Ridingallo can be prevented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, lifestyle, and trust on online purchasing decisions through shopee on students of the Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja Management Study Program. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was no influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. There is no influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions. There is an influence of trust on online purchasing decisions. Electronic Word of Mouth, lifestyle, and trust have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application through shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja Management Study Program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Peran Employee Engagement dalam Memediasi Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendamping PKH Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Metode kuantitatif  dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda dan sobel test untuk path analysis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kabupaten Toraja Utara melalui kuesioner kepada 30 tenaga Pendamping PKH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Employee Engagement berperan sebagai mediator pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendamping PKH Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Hasil uji hipotesis menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement dan kinerja. Hasil Uji sobel test menunjukkan Employee Engagement mampu menjadi mediator kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan Employee Engagement diperlukan peran pemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang memadai dapat dianggap sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja Tenaga Pendamping PKH Kabupaten Toraja Utara

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penetapan harga kain tenun dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha tenun sa’dan Matallo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara dari pihak pertama pengrajin tenun dan data sekunder untuk pengambilan data yang diperoleh dari beberapa dokumen (laporan keuangan) dari pengrajin kain tenun di Kelurahan Sa’dan Matallo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah penerimaan pengrajin kain tenun dalam memproduksi kain tenun paruki dalam satu tahun sebesar Rp.79.900.000,- jumlah penerimaan tersebut dikurangi dengan jumlah biaya dalam setahun sebesar Rp.50.270.000 . Jadi total pendapatan bersih setelah mengurangi biaya dalam setahun yang didapat oleh pengrajin dalam penjualan barang yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp.29.630.000. Faktor harga tenun toraja menjadi salah satu kendala bagi konsumen karena harganya lebih mahal dibandingkan beberapa tenun lain diluar toraja. Hal ini dikarenakan bahan kain tenun yang mahal dan didatangkan dari luar Toraja dan skill dalam membuat kain tenun yang tidak dimiliki oleh semua orang. Selain itu kain tenun toraja memiliki nilai seni yang tinggi sehingga mempengaruhi harga jual yang tinggi juga
