Abstract

Perencanaan sumber daya manusia di KPU membutuhkan suatu kebijakan dan sistem pengambilan keputusan yang komprehensif. Kebutuhan personalia badan ad hoc yang sangat banyak untuk melaksanakan kerja electoral dibutuhkan pendekatan yang terukur, akurat serta berdasarkan pada regulasi. Proses pengambilan keputusan masih belum mengikuti kaidah dan teknik yang ditetapkan dalam prinsip-prinsip manajemen, dan lebih cenderung dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan politis. Dapat dideskripsikan bahwa pembuatan kebijakan perencanaan SDM harus memenuhi asas-asas dalam manajemen organisasi. Tahapan dalam pengambilan keputusan dilakukan secara tertib dan teratur. Serta kerangka pengambilan kebijakan yang manajerial menjadi kunci menjaga trust lembaga dalam melakukan perencanaan SDM badan ad hoc KPU Kabupaten/ Kota.

Abstract

Di tengah dinamika perkembangan teknologi dan tantangan global, Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara berkembang terus berupaya meningkatkan mutu dan aksesibilitas pendidikan dengan melakukan berbagai transformasi. Hal ini sesuai dengan agenda transformasi dalam UU Nomor 20 tahun 2023 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara. Salah satu transformasi dan inovasi yang diperkenalkan oleh Mendikbudristek Bapak Nadiem Makarim adalah penggunaan Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), yang bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan kepada guru dan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran serta peningkatan kinerja di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Implementasi pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah melalui Aplikasi PMM serta faktor penghambat Implementasi pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah melalui Aplikasi PMM di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Untuk menganalisis proses implementasi aplikasi PMM dalam pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, peneliti menggunakan teori Charles O. Jones, yaitu: organisasi, interpretasi dan aplikasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai upaya sosialisasi program sudah berjalan dengan baik ditandai dengan pelaksanaan pendampingan secara serentak dan merata dengan koordinasi dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi, Cabang Dinas, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten dan BBGP serta melalui tim pendampingan pengisian RHK yang dibentuk oleh BBGP yang berasal dari guru penggerak. Aplikasi PMM memberikan kemudahan dalam penyusunan RHK dan lebih efisien karena lebih terintegrasi, selaras dengan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dan peningkatan kompetensi pendidikan. Namun pemahaman guru terkait perencanaan RHK masih kurang karena program ini masih baru dan belum terbiasa dengan aplikasi PMM. Kendala yang menjadi faktor penghambat yang dihadapi ada pada akses internet yang terbatas atau tidak stabil dan pemahaman guru yang masih kurang dalam pengelolaan kinerja melalui aplikasi PMM. Abstract

The concept of definition is a basic discussion in a study. The objectives of this study is to analyse the definition and description concept contained in scientific article.  The definition and description is considered as an important thing to comprehend the concept of discussion. The analyzed article is entitled “Effects of Educational Management on Quality Education in Rural and Urban Primary Schools in Ghana” Heliyon Journal published by Elsevier Ltd. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and a theory from Miles and Huberman as a technique of data analysis. There are five data found in article classified as a definition and description. The result shows that all the data categorized as a real definition and there is no nominal definition in the article.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the types and patterns of the noun phrase. The aim of this research is to identify the types and patterns of word combinations that form noun phrases in journal articles published by BJA educational article with the title "Being a good educational supervisor". The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach data obtained from articles published by BJA education articles. The results of the analysis show varying patterns of use of noun phrases. Combinations of words that form noun phrases in journal articles published by BJA educational article with the title "Being a good educational supervisor". This research attempts to discuss the use of noun phrases among researchers in their research reports. It examines not only the correct usage but also the inappropriate use of noun phrases. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach data obtained from articles published by BJA education articles. The results of the analysis show varied patterns of noun phrase use.

Abstract

The issues that arise regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of academic management, one of which is due to the need for integration of activities using information technology. This research aims to develop a web-based academic information system product using the Research & Development (R&D) method and the ADDIE model. The study involves teachers and students at SMA Negeri 9 Banda Aceh and several experts in the development and implementation phases. The research results indicate that 90.29% of products in the category are deemed highly suitable through expert judgment validation. Meanwhile, the usability results of the product in limited trials were 76; in the main field trial, it was 72; and in the operational field trial, it was 84, categorizing the product as suitable and beneficial for schools in managing academic activities to enhance the effectiveness of school academic management. The implications of this research indicate the potential to improve academic management activities by integrating technology, thereby reducing administrative burdens, saving time, optimizing resource utilization, and assisting stakeholders in decision-making.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia demands high teacher performance, especially for physical education (PE) teachers, who must adopt differentiated, student-centered learning approaches. This study aims to analyze the effects of principal leadership, school climate, and teacher job satisfaction on the performance of PE teachers in implementing the curriculum. A quantitative ex post facto design was employed, involving 30 principals and 30 teachers, with data collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results show that principal leadership contributed 36.6%, school climate 42.3%, and job satisfaction 50.5% to teacher performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of transformational leadership, a positive school environment, and job satisfaction in curriculum success. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on PE teachers—an area underexplored in Merdeka Curriculum research. The study provides practical implications for educational policymakers and school leaders to enhance curriculum implementation through leadership development and the cultivation of supportive school environments. Ultimately, the findings emphasize that optimizing PE teacher performance requires a comprehensive approach that integrates organizational, emotional, and instructional supports.
