Abstract

Pembelajaran lari sprint 100 meter merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan jasmani. Namun, pembelajaran ini dianggap monoton dan kurang menarik bagi siswa, sehingga hasil pembelajaran tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lari sprint 100 meter melalui metode bermain lari zig-zag dengan rintang cone. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah menengah pertama yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi tes kecepatan lari 100 meter dan observasi keterampilan lari zig-zag. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian pada awal penelitian, hanya 5 dari 20 siswa yang berhasil menyelesaikan lari sprint 100 meter sesuai target (12 detik untuk putra dan 14 detik untuk putri). Setelah pelatihan pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang berhasil meningkat menjadi 11 dari 20 siswa. Di siklus II, setelah pelatihan tambahan, 18 dari 20 siswa berhasil menuntaskan lari sprint 100 meter sesuai target. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain lari zig-zag dengan rintang cone secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lari sprint 100 meter. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kecepatan lari dan keterampilan manuver yang lebih baik setelah mengikuti latihan dengan metode ini. Simpulan metode bermain lari zig-zag dengan rintang cone efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lari sprint 100 meter. Metode ini tidak hanya membuat latihan lebih menarik dan menantang bagi siswa, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan lari sprint. Latihan ini mampu melatih ketangkasan dan kecepatan siswa dalam melakukan sprint.

Abstract

The background to this research is that sports carried out every day often result in sports injuries. Based on this, massage therapy is needed to treat injuries or to restore muscle fitness. The public needs a sports massage service center that provides services for sports enthusiasts through online applications. Among them is the availability of masseur sports massage. The general public's knowledge regarding sports massage, massage information makes someone withdraw from the intention of wanting to exercise but does not know the masseur information if an injury occurs. UpSport is an all in one sports application, which contains many sports features that society needs today, including the need for competent sports massage masseur information according to society's needs. This application makes it easy for someone to search for a sports massage therapist based on the nearest location, sport, license held and price or rates. The aim of this research is to create an Android application that makes it easier for people to find sports massage therapists. The research method used is development research (R&D). Data analysis techniques used in design and development research use qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data at the beginning of research design and development of qualitative data is more dominant than quantitative data. Qualitative data is obtained, for example, through observations and interviews during needs analysis. Quantitative data was obtained using a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The output of this research is the UPSPORT application which has IPR and accredited journals. The results of the assessment carried out by researchers on users of the application "Upsport Application for Fulfilling Sports Needs Based on Android (menu massage)", were that out of 20 respondents, 15 people said it was "very feasible/very good" with a percentage of 75%, with 5 respondents saying “decent/good” with a percentage of 15%. The highest score on the results of large-scale field trials was 119 (93.60%) and the lowest score on the results of large-scale field trials was 96 (88.80%). So overall, based on the assessment of users of the massage menu application, it can be concluded that the application of the "Upsport Application to Fulfill Sports Needs Based on Android" is very good/fit to be used as an Android-based application in the sports sector.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems including the lack of arm muscle strength, arm muscle explosive power and overhead lob punches possessed by athletes aged 9-17 years in PB. Walet Pati city. The aim of the research was to determine how much influence push-up and lob drilling exercises had on increasing the accuracy of overhead lob punches in athtletes PB. Walet Pati city. Type of quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design in one group pretest-posttest design to find out the comparison tesults of the pretest and posttest after the researcher has carried out treatment for 12 meetings. Population of 20 athletes, purposive sampling. Results highest pretest with interval (36 X ≤ 53) has a frequency of 15 athletes, namely 75%. Highest posttest results with intervals (54 X ≤70) in the category (good eneugh) the frequency of 6 athletes is 30%. The lowest posttest results were in the (fair) score interval category (36 X ≤ 53) with a frequency of 14 athletes, namely 70%. Pretest score ≤posttest results. This means that there is an increase in push-up and drilling lob training on the accuracy of the overhead lob strokes of PB. Walet Pati city athletes. The results of the paired samples t-test using the SPSS application swow that the accurary of the overhead lob hit is at a significant level, namely Sig.(2-tailed) with a value of .000 meaning ≤ 0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. If Ha is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence from push-up and drilling lob training on increasing the accuracy of overhead lob strokes in athletes aged 8-17 years PB. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine which exercises were most effective for improving the accuracy of volleyball underpasses and whether practicing under-passing to the wall and pairing had an effect on that accuracy. volleyball between the practice of Passing Down With the Wall with Pairing with friends. This research method uses experiments with a population of 23 athletes participating in the women's volleyball rosella kalirejo. and a sample of 16 athletes was taken using the purposive sampling technique. The free variable is the bottom passing exercise with the wall, while the bound variable is the training with a partner. Research results: 1) experimental group 1 tcount value = 2.328 > ttable = 1.8125, the practice of lower passing service with a wall had a significant effect. 2) Experimental group 2 tcount value = 6.155 > ttable = 1.8125, training in pairs with friends had a significant effect. The conclusion of The purpose of this study is the accuracy of volleyball passing., practicing with a wall is preferable to practicing in pairs with friends. This research is expected to lead to the application of the bottom passing exercise on the wall to improve the accuracy of volleyball passing

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of understanding of students about the basic techniques of volleyball, one of them is about the bottom passing. In the learning process. The teacher always gives conventional learning model. It is like only give instruction so it makes the students less enthusiastic in participating in learning. So, the students just reach the learning value of volleyball bottom passing which is still much below the KKM (70), which is 12 students while those above the KKM (75) or complete A total of 15 students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model on the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing game in grade IV students of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. The type of research used by the researcher in this research is quantitative using a one group pre-test - post-test design. The Population is a fourth grade student of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. with the method of taking saturated samples (all populations are made into samples), which is 23 students. The instrument used in this study is a volleyball bottom test pass. Data calculations are assisted by using Microsoft exel.The results of the study using problem-based learning model in learning to pass bottom the volleyball game increased by 30.43%. From the results of the study, it was explained that the learning method given to each group had an effect from the initial data of complete student data was only 34.78%,  65.22% of incomplete students and  the pre-test showed it increased to 60.87% for students who complete. The student who have not completed are 39.13. Meanwhile, in the post-test is 91.30 for students who are in the complete category, while those who have not completed it are 8.70%. The increase can be seen from the results of the pretest of 60.87% to the posttest of 91.30%. The conclusion of this study is that the problem-based learning model is effectively used to improve the learning of passing under the volleyball game in students. The presentation, the learning outcome increased by 30.43%. The suggestion from the researcher to the next researcher is to be able to develop a problem-based learning model to improve the learning of other PJOK materials.

Abstract

This research was based on volleyball athletes who were masters of ball club volleyball when they did a less than optimal jump smash, as well as when they blocked the opponent's smash range was higher than their block so it was very easy to penetrate. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using a preexperimental design method with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this research was 20 volleyball master ball club volleyball athletes. The research results were then processed using IBM SPSS 23 and a paired sample t test was carried out showing that the mean result of the pretest and posttest barrier hops was 93.70 to 100.40. The paired sample Ttest hypothesis test on the pretest data and posttest data obtained a sig (2-tailed) value. ) 0.005. Meanwhile, the knee tuck jump result was 93.10 to 99.00. The paired sample T-test hypothesis test on pretest data and posttest data obtained a sig (2-tailed) = 0.002. Based on the research results, the application of barrier hops and knee tuck jump exercises has an effect on increasing leg power and barrier hops exercises are more efficient on leg power at the Master Volleyball Club volleyball club and in subsequent research to be able to develop leg power in volleyball with different variables.

Abstract

As time goes by, basketball has become increasingly popular because it can be played in groups consisting of two teams of five people each. This study aims to determine the effect of Air Alert, Plyometric and Air Alert Plyometric exercises on leg muscle explosive power at SMA N 1 Pengandon. This research uses an experimental method with a Two Groups Pre-Test and Post-Test research design. Data was tested using the SPSS program. The tests carried out are normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, there is a significant influence between Plyometric and Air Alert training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes at SMA N 1 Pegandon. This is because plyometric training trains power, where power is a combination of two elements, namely speed and strength. Apart from that, there is an influence of plyometric training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes. In this study, it was also found that Air Alert training had no effect on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes. This is because Air Alert training is the same as Plyometrics. This research shows that there is an influence on Plyometric training and a combination of Plyometric and Air Alert training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes at SMAN 1 Pegandon. Abstract

Kabupaten Kendal merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki segudang sanggar senam. Sudah banyak instruktur instruktur senam yang berdomisili dan menjadi instruktur di yang tergaabung dalam Asosiasi Instruktur Senam Aerobik dan Fitness Indonesia  di Kabupaten Kendal. Namun dari banyaknya instruktur tersebut, ketika sedang mengajar senam masih sering menggunakan musik yang terlalu cepat/tidak sesuai dengan peserta yang ikut senam. Sehigga pembelajaran senam tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdi memberikan workshop penggunaan aplikasi music speed changer untuk pembelajaran senam aerobik di semua tingkatan usia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi ajar, praktik download aplikasi, dan praktek penggunaan aplikasi. Luaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah berupa pemberian sertifikat legal kepada peserta sebagai peserta workshop senam aerobic. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 instruktur senam di Kabupaten Kendal Hasil Uji kinerja menunjukan nilai pretest 71,2 dan hasil postest 85,1 dengan kenaikan 20%. Uji kinerja menggunakan angket tertutup berupa kuesioner pemahaman dan praktikum instruktur senam. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah praktik mengajar senam aerobik dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut yang dapat dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan pembinaan instruktur senam aerobik ASIAFI di Kabupaten Kendal, agar instruktur yang dihasilkan benar-benar berkualitas dan mempunyai skill keterampilan untuk dapat bersaing. Pemberian sertifikat sebagai bukti sah yang diberikan kepada instruktur diharapkan tidak disalah- gunakan fungsinya di dalam masyarakat agar dapat bersaing dengan instruktur-instruktur di kota lain

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi diterapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan peserta didik yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri 8 Semarang berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan 10 partisipan, yang terdiri dari 1 kepala sekolah, 3 guru PJOK, dan 6 peserta didik dari kelas 10, 11, dan 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi telah terlaksana dengan baik di kelas 10, 11, dan 12, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Pada setiap jenjang kelas, implementasi diferensiasi semakin kompleks, dimulai dengan asesmen diagnostik dan diferensiasi konten di kelas 10, hingga proyek kolaboratif dan asesmen berbasis kontekstual di kelas 12. Peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, pembelajaran terpadu memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK dan mencapai tujuan kurikulum yang lebih holistik.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited space for men's artistic gymnastics in Central Java, which generally uses a small and unrepresentative school arena, so the arrangement of equipment such as uneven bars, parallel bars, rings and saddle horses is not optimal. The aim of this study is to develop innovative multifunctional artistic gymnastics equipment in a limited space to optimise the gross motor development of junior male artistic gymnasts and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training. The research method uses a research and development approach with quantitative data from expert questionnaires, athletes and coaches, as well as analysis of equipment innovation based on Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology. The results of the analysis showed the maximum stress on the developed equipment, namely single bars 45.7 MPa, parallel bars 72.6 MPa, straps 29.48 MPa and saddles 92.9 MPa, which are located at the ends near the pivot point. The results of the analysis showed that the Innovation products are safe to use. The conclusion the conclusion of this research is the creation of artistic gymnastics equipment innovation in a limited space that is feasible to use.
