Garbage is defined as a material/ remnant of unwanted things after a final use process. A large number of the garbage heaps which cannot be overcome will cause many problems both directly and indirectly to inhabitants and surroundings. According to the survey, there is a garbage dump near people’s settlement. It makes an unhealthy environment and disturbs people’s health surroundings because of the inappropriate garbage heap, so that the existence of garbage is very fidgety to people. Such a condition causes garbage disposal to become the most difficult problem in Palebon district, Pedurungan subdistrict which should be handled soon. Solutions which are offered focus on the additional infrastructure especially sets of production equipment (compost cultivation container), organic compost production and non-organic garbage utilization into people’s work RW I and RW II which can be implemented well, effective and efficient marketing process, and PKK (home economic) that will be founded to manage non-organic garbage into beneficial handicrafts. Based on the garbage-recycling activity devoted to people, the team has successfully made a compost cultivation container, work of non-organic garbage, as well as garbage cultivation marketing training. Abstrak Sitiluhur Village, Gembong Sub-district, Pati Regency has good tourism potential, but the local people have not realized this yet. This is based on a survey team of students of KKN University of PGRI Semarang. The purpose of activities is (1) to give directions to tourism place in Sitiluhur village, (2) development of tourism potency, (3) community empowerment of Sitiluhur village. This devotional activity was held with Partners from residents in Sitiluhur Village, Gembong Sub-district, Pati Regency. The method used is the method of supporting tourism analysis, object analysis methods, methods of tourism attraction analysis. The result of this is able to maximize the existing tourism potential. Procurement directions to the place of tourism, addition of places for selfie in Kebo Amuk Waterfall (Tedunan) for tourist attractions more interested tourists, making a bridge of love from wood to cross in Kebo Amuk Waterfall. Conclusion of the socialization of the importance of community empowerment and ‘pokdarwis’ Sitiluhur Village for people aware of tourism potential. Such efforts are aimed at popularizing the village of Sitiluhur as a Tourism Village as well as in the future able to increase the economic growth of local communities.

The purpose of this research is for background abilities Passing Triangle and Passing Zig-Zag futsal extracurricular in SMA Negeri 2 Kendal. This research is an experimental study with a two group pretest-posttest method. The subjects of this study are 15 students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal in the 15-17 age category, the sample taken is using purposive sampling technique, the instruments used in this study were wall passing, accuracy. The results of the research on the effect of the soccer resistance test training to improve the passing conditions of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Kendal during the football test had an increase as indicated by the value of Sig. (0.001) <? (0.05) which means that H0 is rejected. So there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest in the practice of the football test in terms of increasing the accuracy of triangular passing and zigzag passing in the futsal ball extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal so that there is an effect of passing practice on increasing the accuracy of triangular passing and zigzag passing on extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal. The conclusions and suggestions from the results of this study can be used as a benchmark in compiling training programs. Keywords: Training Methods, triangle passing, zigzag passing and futsal

This research was motivated by the researcher's anxiety about the motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor training which was caused by the researcher's doubts about the motivation of the participants of the level 2 aerobic exercise instructor training at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The informants in this study were the Chairperson, Administrators, LKP Griya Dina instructor trainers, and training participants for level 2 aerobics instructors. Data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique in this research is data triangulation. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis model. The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The results showed that the trainees had an internal drive or intrinsic motivation as well as an external drive or extrinsic motivation that encouraged participants to attend level 2 aerobic exercise instructor training at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. Regarding the participants' interest in becoming an aerobics instructor in Demak Regency, the researchers received an answer from the results of interviews with training participants that the trainees were also interested in becoming an aerobics instructor in Demak Regency.

Kabupaten Kendal merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki segudang sanggar senam. Sudah banyak instruktur-instruktur senam yang berdomisili dan menjadi instruktur di Instansi-instansi yang berada di Kabupaten Kendal. Namun dari banyaknya instruktur tersebut, ketika sedang perlombaan senam aerobik, penjurian atau yang menjadi juri masih mengundang dari luar Kabupaten Kendal. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdi memberikan pelatihan penjurian senam aerobic dan senam irama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi ajar, pembekalan penjurian, dan praktek penjurian. Luaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah berupa pemberian sertifikat legal Kepada peserta sebagai penjuri yang dapat digunakan untuk syarat menjadi juri dalam perlombaan senam aerobic maupun senam irama.

Komponen kondisi fisik sangat penting dalam menunjang performa pebulutangkis. Salah satu komponen kondisi fisik dalam olahraga bulutangkis adalah kekuatan (strength). Untuk mengetahui kemampuan pebulutangkis perlu dilakukannya tes dan pengukuran yang sesuai karakteristik olahraga bulutangkis sehingga dapat menjawab kebutuhan pebulutangkis untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dengan maksimal. Tes dan pengukuran yang sesuai karakteristik cabang olahraga bulutangkis dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kelemahan-kelemahan yang terjadi selama proses latihan. Tes dan pengukuran pebulutangkis dilakukan di klub CPLUSco badminton dengan melibatkan pebulutangkis junior. Proses tes dan pengukuran kekuatan yang tepat sangat diperlukan sehingga peningkatan kondisi fisik dapat diketahui dengan baik. Hasil dari tes dan pengukuran dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan perbaikan program latihan

Cidera Olahraga yang terjadi pada atlet olahraga prestasi selain mengganggu kesehatan juga dapat mengurangi kesempatan atlet tersebut untuk berprestasi secara maksimal. cedera olahraga yang terjadi, penyebab cedera olahraga, jenis cedera dan cara penanganan cedera olahraga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan edukasi terkait macam-macam cidera olahraga dan memaksimalkan proses pemulihan cedera serta untuk meminimalkan terjadinya resiko cedera ulang. Metode yang digunakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan penanganan cidera olahraga. Resiko dari kegiatan berolahraga adalah cedera, mulai dari cedera ringan hingga cedera berat sangat mungkin terjadi pada atlet yang melakukan latihan rutin.

Through traditional games we can get to know the culture of the nation or region and can also instill the values of cooperation and social contained therein. the advancement of information and technology media has been widely felt by all levels of Indonesian and world society, but these advances can have both positive and negative impacts on their users. Because, we can easily get information and the use of technology is classified as very easy and affordable for all groups, both for the young, the old, and the upper middle class as well as the lower middle class. Nowadays, children often play digital games such as video games, Playstation (PS), and online games rather than playing traditional games. different from traditional games. So that the main goal of this service is to preserve traditional games so that children are more interested than playing gadgetsABSTRAKPermainan tradisional merupakan salah satu aset budaya yang mempunyai ciri khas kebudayaan suatu bangsa maka, pendidikan karakter dapat dibentuk melalui permainan tradisional sejak usia dini. Karena selama ini pendidikan karakter kurang mendapat penekanan dalam sistem pendidikan di negara kita. Pendidikan budi pekerti hanyalah sebatas teori tanpa adanya refleksi dari pendidikan tersebut. Dampaknya, anak-anak tumbuh menjadi manusia yang tidak memiliki karakter, bahkan lebih kepada bertingkah laku mengikuti perkembangan zaman namun tanpa filter. Sekarang, anak-anak lebih sering bermain permainan digital seperti video games, Playstation (PS), dan games online. Permainan ini memiliki kesan sebagai permainan modern karena dimainkan menggunakan peralatan yang canggih dengan teknologi yang mutakhir, yang sangat berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan permainan anak tradisional. Permainan anak tradisional kadang tidak membutuhkan peralatan saat dimainkan kalaupun ada peralatan yang digunakan hanyalah peralatan yang sederhana yang mudah didapatkan, dan biasanya ada di sekitar anak saat bermain, seperti batu, ranting kayu, atau daun kering. Sehingga yang menjadi tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah melestarikan permainan tradisional supaya lebih diminati anak-anak dibandingkan dengan gadget.

This research is motivated by the need for a new learning model with different and engaging learning media, particularly in javelin throwing education. The aim of this research is to create an Android-based learning media for javelin throw. The method in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The subjects and location of this research are 11th-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang, Pemalang Regency. In the small-scale research, the sample consists of 21 11th-grade students, while in the large-scale research, the sample consists of 272 11th-grade students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire as the instrument. The quantitative data analysis technique in this research utilizes descriptive statistical analysis. The final validation results from media experts indicate that all aspects are rated as "Good" with a score of 78%. Meanwhile, the final validation from subject matter experts indicates that all aspects are rated as "Excellent" with a score of 82%. According to the data analysis results in the small-scale trial, the percentage obtained is 86.17%.
