Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep pendidikan anak dalam keluarga perspektif KH. Saifuddin Zuhri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi literatur dengan analisis data deskriptif analitis. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan yang sesuai dengan bahasan serta melakukan wawancara yang diperlukan untuk melengkapi data dengan beberapa informan. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mereduksi data yang diperoleh, menganalisisnya dan memperoleh kesimpulan sesuai fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan anak sebagai pendidikan yang meletakan dasar-dasar fundamental yang berimbang dalam pembentukan kecerdasan berfikir, keluhuran akhlak, dan kesehatan tubuh. Dalam konsep pendidikannya, KH. Saifuddin Zuhri menyatakan bahwa terdapat empat metode pendidikan anak dalam keluarga, diantaranya adalah perhatian, keteladanan, nasehat, dan pembiasaan. Konsep pendidikan anak dalam keluarga ini masih relevan dengan pendidikan saat ini. Jika diterapkan dengan optimal dan ideal dapat menjadikan anak yang benar-benar berkualitas baik dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan, budi pekerti, akhlak, maupun kemampuan sosialnya. Sehingga menghasilkan generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul.

Abstract

This paper explores the problematic process of waqf land certification in Kepung Sub-district, Kediri Regency. The research started with the significant number of waqf lands in Kepung Subdistrict that do not yet have legal ownership of the waqf, in the form of certificates. Educational institutions and religious institutions whose waqf has no certificate have the opportunity to become disputed land in the future. This study concludes: first, the implementation of land waqf in Kepung Sub-District, Kediri District, East Java, there are still many who hand over their waqf to the nadzir without receiving strong proof of receipt. Second, the dominant reason why people in Kepung Subdistrict do not register waqf property is that the waqf property is not registered because the heirs want to pay the waqf land tax themselves with the intention of sodaqoh and the waqf property is not registered because the cost of registering waqf property is expensive. Third, according to the review of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, the reasons why residents of Kepung District, Kediri Regency, East Java do not register waqf assets are not in accordance with Law Number 41 of 2004. Abstract

The article tries to address the concept of civil society from varied perspectives. From a historical point of view, civil society demands not only the absent domination of state but also liberates individuals from the hegemony of state. The article shows that in Indonesia and Malaysian discourse, masyarakat madani is often used to represent the term of civil society. Using this conception, major values of civil society also share with basic ideas within the Medina Treaty in the history of Islam. These ideas include egalitarianism, human rights protection, participation, law and justice enforcement and pluralism. In this frame, the question on whether or not Islam is compatible with the concept of civil society is clearly answered. Muslims could benefit such a concept to build their awareness of being progressive and adaptive to social changes.

Abstract

This research is the result of library research on Building Integrity and a Tough Person by Imitating the Story of the Prophet Yusuf (Analysis of the Concept of Mental Revolution from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo). This study aims to emphasize the importance of integrity and a strong personality in one's character, with the example of the story of the prophet Yusuf AS, and to remind people of the concept of mental revolution echoed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The type of research used is library research. The descriptions used are descriptive analytic, which is by collecting existing data, interpreting, and conducting interpretive analysis. The approach used in this research is a philosophical and pedagogical approach. With this philosophy, problem solving is investigated rationally through directed reasoning with a textual analysis style that is oriented towards efforts to formulate ideas through interpretation of the text. Meanwhile, the pedagogical approach here is to try to explain in more detail the existing concepts using educational theory. In general, the formation of integrity and strong personalities is carried out most effectively by exemplary methods. While a good and obedient role model is to be an example, of course, from a noble figure, from the best story in the al-Qur'an, namely the story of Prophet Yusuf AS Prophet Yusuf's life was full of tests. He went through the various trials of life with full wisdom. At its peak, Allah made Prophet Yusuf a chosen person whose life inspired those who came after him. His life story is studied and researched by scholars, scientists and scholars. There are many lessons that we can take both implied and implicit from the story of the Prophet Yusuf for us in building a superior personality to achieve a successful life. To become a developed and modern country with a superior society, various reforms need to be carried out. In other words a mental revolution. It aims to make various human mentalities, both individually and collectively, experience fundamental changes. One of the effective strategies in providing understanding and application of mental revolution is by exemplary, such as the integrity and tough personality exemplified by the Prophet Yusuf. In education, giving examples is very emphasized because the behavior of an educator gets special observations from students. Therefore, it is very important for educators and public figures to have integrity and a strong personality as role models and direction providers in realizing the concept of mental revitalization. So that later it will give birth to a generation who are not only smart in the fields of science and technology, but also have good morals through Islamic Religious Education from the example of the story of the Prophet Yusuf.

Abstract

Political education for students is very important so that students have a broad knowledge of politics. Santri political education starts from those closest to them, including friends, teachers or clerics. The 6th Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School caretaker is KH. Yusuf Hasyim is a person who has been involved in the national political arena. Researchers want to know the characteristics of KH's political education. Yusuf Hasyim in Educating Santri and how KH Yusuf Hasyim's contribution to politics has inspired the santri. This research is library research with a philosophical approach. Data was collected using the documentation method, namely collecting data that is relevant to the research theme with the addition of some interview data to strengthen library data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the characteristics of KH Yusuf Hasyim's political education are openness and freedom and when students graduate they will not only be kiai. , but there are also those who are involved in the world of politics.

Abstract

In Indonesia, child protection is contained in Article 28b No. 2 of the 1945 Constitution. In addition, it is also contained in Law no. 3 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection that there are four special areas that need to be considered in the implementation of child protection, namely: the fields of Religion, Education, Health and socio-culture. The five main pillars (parents, family, community, government and state) have a close relationship in carrying out child protection tasks in forms and efforts that are appropriate to the level of ability in various forms of business carried out and under certain conditions. As the Nahdlatul Community Organization has several programs that support efforts to protect children. In this research study, researchers used qualitative research which describes and describes some of the existing findings, especially in this study related to the application of the Child Protection Act in the NU Community Organization of Pagerwojo Perak Jombang Branch. This research shows that the implementation of the Child Protection Act at the NU Branch Pagerwojo Perak Jombang Community Organization has been implemented and so far it has only played a role in efforts that are preventive in nature or only prevention of child protection cases in the form of socialization roles carried out in various programs that have been proclaimed.

Abstract

Fulfillment of rights and obligations has been taught by scholars and exemplified in today's life. What about the students? The author wants to see the implementation of rights and obligations in the santri family at the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school. In this study the researcher used a qualitative research type with a library research type, which in this case used the book Ḍaw' al-Miṣbāḥ fī Bayān Aḥkām al-Nikāḥ. The results of this study the researchers found that the wife's rights mentioned by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari as a whole is also implemented by the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School students' family, it's just that KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari did not mention the housing (place of residence) clearly, but researchers interpreted the need for housing to be included in the point of subsistence. As for the husband's rights, there are several points mentioned by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in accordance with what was applied by the resource persons, on the other hand there were several points not mentioned by the sources. This can show that the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School students have implemented the teachings of KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Ḍaw' Al-Miṣbāḥ Fī Bayān Aḥkām Al-Nikāḥ although not in its entirety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to try couples who perform sirri marriages to immediately register their marriages so that they get the force of state law, not religion alone. This research method is in the form of field research (Field Researc), the approach method used is a normative approach, with the subject of BP4 research from the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Ngoro sub-district and its tools, as well as parties directly related to the problems studied, and the method of data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and literature studies. That sirri marriages carried out by the Ngoro community of Jombang Regency are motivated by several factors including: uncomfortable with their status, lack of knowledge, pregnancy out of wedlock, below average economy, and Javanese count. While the form of BP4 KUA Advocacy in Ngoro District, Jombang Regency in registering Sirri Marriage couples is carried out by: conducting socialization, delivering to public forums, collaborating with the ta'lim assembly, shi'ar via radio, modin intermediaries who are directly involved in the field in the world of marriage. With this advocacy, some parties responded on the grounds that they considered the importance of marriage registration as the legal force of their marriage, and there were also those who refused because of several factors that influenced it, including economic factors, age that was no longer young and did not want to know about it because the most important basis of marriage that he did was valid (religiously) as a form of legalization to have conjugal relations even though it was not recorded.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting untuk membentuk jati diri ke arah yang positif. Transformasi dari masa ke masa dinilai sangat diperlukan guna beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendidikan pesantren merupakan salah satu media yang tidak hanya untuk memahami ilmu agama tetapi juga menguasai ilmu umum secara seimbang. Khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng yang mengalami perkembangan pesat pada masa kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana model kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng. Ada dua fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1. Bagaimana KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng, 2. Bagaimana pelaksanaan KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng. Dalam penelitian skripsi ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan sejarah dalam hal ini penulis mencoba mengungkap bagaimana KH. Salahuddin Wahid, termasuk pendidikannya, serta pengalaman dan perannya baik di bidang pendidikan, sosial, dan politik. Kemudian untuk melengkapi analisisnya, penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sebagai alat bantunya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid termasuk dalam pola kepemimpinan yang kharismatik, demokratis, transformatif, dan rendah hati.

Abstract

Dalam evolusi hukum perkawinan di Indonesia, regulasi mengenai wali telah diatur dalam berbagai ketentuan perundang-undangan. Salah satunya adalah Peraturan Menteri Agama (PMA) Republik Indonesia Nomor 30 Tahun 2005 yang membahas mengenai Wali Hakim. Selain itu, terdapat juga ketentuan terkait dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), khususnya dalam Pasal 23. Terdapat dua permasalahan/fokus dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 1. Apa dasar dan pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan penetapan wali adhal dalam perkara nomor: 196/Pdt.P/2023/Pa.Jbg; dan bagaimana tinjauan terhadap masalah pertimbangan penetapan hakim tersebut apakah sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena mengenai prosedur permohonan penetapan wali adhal dan dasar pertimbangan hukum majelis hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan penetapan hakim sebagai pengganti wali adhal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dasar dan pertimbangan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan perkara wali adhal adalah hukum Islam dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Peran Hakim dan Pengadilan dalam menentukan diterima atau tidaknya permohonan wali adhal dapat dilihat dalam salah satu putusan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Agama Blitar dengan putusan dalam perkara Nomor: 196/Pdt.P/2023/Pa.Jbg, oleh karena itu, menurut majelis hakim, pernikahan Pemohon dengan calon suaminya akan segera dilaksanakan, karena jika tidak segera dilaksanakan, mudaratnya akan lebih besar daripada manfaatnya.
