Abstract

Tidak sedikitnya kasus lelaki menikah sebelum akil baligh, dan kewajiban suami untuk memberi nafkah secara ma’ruf, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti bagaiamana pendapat Imam Syafi’i mengenai wajibnya suami yang belum akil baligh dalam memberi nafkah kepada istri. Nafkah berarti kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi berupa pemberian belanja yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan pokok, antara lain suami kepada istri dan suami kepada anak-anaknya atau keluarga besarnya. (1) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: menjelaskan pendapat Imam Syafi'i tentang konsep penghidupan suami Pra Baligh. (2) Menjelaskan metode Iatinbath Imam Syafi'i tentang konsep penghidupan mantan suami Balif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian (library research) dengan menggunakan data berdasarkan dokumen primer dan dokumen sekunder yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian.  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu melalui metode berpikir berjalan dan induktif.  Sehingga  dapat  diperoleh  gambaran  pemikiran  Imâm Syâfi‘ī tentang konsep nafkah bagi suami pra baligh dengan jelas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemikiran Imâm Shâfi’i dalam konsep nafkah bagi suami pra baligh  mempunyai dampak dalam kajian ini. Ada beberapa pendapat yang telah di kemukakan oleh imam syafi’i terkait konsep nafkah,imam  syafi’i berpendapat bahwa apabila si suami belum baligh bebitu pula istrinya maka sang suami wajib memberikan nafkah kepada istri. Alasan kenapa tetap diwajibkan karena disitu terdapat mani’ (penghalag) dari kedua belah pihak. jika suami sudah baligh dan istri belom baligh maka suami tetap wajib memberikan nafkah. Mengapa suami tetap wajib memberikan nafkah alasanya yaitu karena mani’ (penghalang) dari salah satu belah pihak saja, maka disini suami tetap wajib memberikan nafkah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the human resource management system (HR) at the Daar El Qolam 3 Islamic Boarding School in Tangerang as a model of modern Islamic education management that integrates spiritual values with the principles of professionalism. This research focuses on three main aspects: (1) the management of teaching and education personnel, (2) the management of students through an integrated education and parenting system, and (3) the management and empowerment of alumni as part of the sustainability strategy of the Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of internal documents of the pesantren, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model.  The findings show that HR management at Daar El Qolam 3 operates in a systematic and value-based manner. Faculty management is carried out through selective recruitment, training, competency certification, and performance evaluation based on moral and spiritual values. Student management is carried out in an integrative manner, combining academic education and character development through the MUMTAZA student organization as well as leadership and social programs. Alumni management is carried out through IKADEQ, an alumni organization that functions as a platform for collaboration and strengthening academic, social, and international networks with foreign universities.  This study concludes that the success of HR management in Daar El Qolam 3 is supported by the internalization of Islamic values such as sincerity, simplicity, brotherhood, and responsibility into the modern managerial system. This model increases the attractiveness and competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools in the global era and serves as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in building professional, spiritual, and sustainable human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of character education into student management at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura and to identify forms of multi-stakeholder synergy in supporting student character development. The research method used was field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the vice principal for student affairs, classroom teachers, and educational staff. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Their validity was tested using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results indicate that the integration of character education is implemented in a structured manner through the integration of character values ​​into the formal curriculum, daily habits (hidden curriculum), teacher role models, a reward and punishment system, and the active involvement of parents and the community through collaborative programs. The coaching process is carried out systematically through the socialization of rules, behavior monitoring, gradual mentoring, and periodic evaluation. The conclusion of this study confirms that the school's character-based student management is effective because it is supported by a well-planned system, a consistent school culture, and multi-stakeholder synergy, despite facing the challenges of the digital era and inconsistent family supervision.   Keywords: Character Education, Student Management, School Culture, Multi-stakeholder Synergy

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a strategic role in shaping social and political consciousness through the moral and spiritual leadership of the kiai. Nevertheless, political education in pesantren is often narrowly understood as a normative activity or even perceived as incompatible with the neutrality of religious education. This article examines kiai leadership in pesantren-based political education through a historical–intellectual analysis of KH. Yusuf Hasyim’s thought and practice at Pesantren Tebuireng. Employing a qualitative approach, this study combines historical research with library-based inquiry informed by field-based reflection. The data are drawn from historical documents, written works, speeches, archival sources, and reflective accounts of santri experiences, and are analyzed through historical–qualitative interpretation using source and theoretical triangulation. The findings reveal that political education under KH. Yusuf Hasyim was not implemented through formal curricula or ideological indoctrination, but was embedded in moral exemplarity, social–political engagement grounded in Islamic values, and the habituation of civic attitudes within pesantren life. Political education thus operated as a value-based process of political socialization that cultivated moral courage, civic responsibility, and national consciousness among santri. This study argues that kiai leadership in pesantren constitutes a distinctive model of ethical and contextual Islamic political education, offering a significant contribution to contemporary discussions on leadership, Islamic education, and civic formation in plural societies.
