Abstract

Abstrak : Masjid bukan hanya digunakan sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagaitempat untuk memberdayakan umat Islam. Masjid Istiqlal, sebagai masjid negara,menjadi salah satu tempat yang menunjukkan realitas peradaban Islam yang tengahberlangsung di Indonesia. Sebagai Masjid terbesar di Indonesia dan jumlahpengunjung yang mencapai 200.000 pengunjung setiap bulannya membuat MasjidIstiqlal menjadi salah satu landmark Indonesia. Dalam upayanya menjadi masjid yangterus hidup, Masjid Istiqlal merancang program-program yang bertujuan untukmeningkatkan kesejahteraan umatnya. Program tersebut dikandung dan dilahirkanmelalui kolaborasi ide dan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pengelola Masjid Istiqlal(BPMI) yang digodok di ruangan penunjang yang berada di lantai dasar Masjid Istiqlal.Namun, ruangan penunjang tersebut memiliki bebarapa permasalahan yangmembuat proses kolaborasi ide berjalan tidak maksimal. Ketidakpastian fungsi ruangkarena intensitas perubahan layout yang tinggi, tidak adanya ruangan komunal, sertakurangnya identitas Masjid Istiqlal di lantai dasar menjadi permasalahan utama yangakan dijawab melalui solusi desain. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah untukmenciptakan ruangan penunjang yang baik sesuai dengan semangat tujuan yangberlaku di Masjid Istiqlal yaitu sebagai pusat pemberdayaan umat melalui metodepengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi literasi. Hasil dariperancangan tersebut dirumuskan pendekatan Place Making yang dapat menjawabpermasalahan yang ada.Kata kunci : masjid, Istiqlal, ruangan penunjang, permasalahan, place making

Abstract

Orchestral music performances generally rely on original sound without the aid of loudspeakers, so it is very important to pay attention to the acoustics of the performance space. The interior design of a performance space, especially for orchestral music, must have good acoustics so that the sound quality produced is optimal and can be enjoyed by the audience. However, performance halls often experience acoustic defects that impact the quality of musical performances. To overcome this, careful acoustic planning is needed so that the performer can convey the music optimally and the audience can enjoy every note clearly. In addition, performance halls must comply with government standards in providing safe and comfortable facilities for users, so that the viewing experience is better. Abstract

Bandung is one of the major cities on the island of Java, which has many interesting tourist attractions to visit. In accommodating foreign and domestic tourists, overnight facilities are needed, one of which is a hotel. With the increase in the number of tourists to the city of Bandung, one of them is a boutique hotel. One of the boutique hotels in the city of Bandung is Tama Boutique Hotel, which is more precisely located on Jl. Dr. Boutique hotels have an attraction for tourists, namely the strength of uniqueness, identity, and strong character in hotel style or design. This analysis aims as a reference or learning in applying concepts to the interior design of the Boutique Hotel. The data collection method is based on direct surveys and the data obtained is analyzed for the application of concepts from the surrounding elements and materials used in accordance with the intended concept theme. This design aims to create a 4-star boutique hotel with more prominent characteristics and branding by displaying new concept themes and facilities that provide new experiences, and comfort to visitors. Abstract

The hotel and restaurant industry plays a crucial role in Indonesia's tourism development, contributing around 60% of the revenue. Bandung, as one of the favorite tourist destinations, attracts visitors with its various attractions. The provision of star hotels in the city continues to increase, impacting industry competition. In 2017, there was a decrease in the number of non-star hotels due to many converting to boarding houses. It is important for hotels to develop by prioritizing customer satisfaction, including meeting expectations and creating satisfying experiences. Standards and definitions of hotels are regulated by the government to ensure quality services. One example of a hotel in Bandung is the Hotel Grand Tjokro Premiere Bandung, which has played a significant role in Bandung's tourism industry since its establishment in 2015. However, there are some shortcomings in implementing local values in the hotel's interior design and restaurant layout. Through redesign, it is hoped that this hotel can strengthen its local identity and enhance guest satisfaction, while remaining competitive in the Bandung hotel market. Abstract

Hotels are buildings that provide accommodation, food, drinks, and other services for the general public. Boutique hotels are a type of luxury hotel with a limited number of rooms and unique designs that reflect local culture and history. House Sangkuriang is a 3-star boutique hotel in Bandung that promotes an Art Deco concept with a lush atmosphere. However, the application of Art Deco in its interior is not yet fully evident, and some facilities do not meet the 3-star standard. This design aims to strengthen the application of Art Deco in the interior, align facilities with 3-star standards, and create a unique and comfortable experience for visitors with a lush Art Deco ambiance. Abstract

The Jakarta Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum is an art museum in Jakarta which is a Dutch heritage building so it is classified as a type A cultural heritage building. According to Government Regulation no. 66 of 2015 concerning museums, museums are institutions whose function is to protect, develop, utilize collections and communicate them to the public. Although Government Regulations tend to pay attention to the collection aspect, the ICOM definition emphasizes visitor service and involvement, an aspect that is still poorly implemented in several museums in Indonesia. The Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum, which has various kinds of collection objects, still uses old standard display media so that the objects on display are not well appreciated and do not meet the standards. In this case, it is important to evaluate the presentation of collections and public facilities in accordance with existing standards. Therefore, with the redesign using an interactive approach, it is hoped that it can increase the public's attraction to visit, supported by attractive display media and interactive activities in the museum. This effort is expected to provide an interesting experience for visitors, increase understanding of art and culture, and strengthen the role and vision and mission of the museum as a center for education, recreation and community reflection. Abstract

The Sumedang Regency Government Office located on Jl. Prabu Gajah Agung, North Sumedang, has a three-story building with an area of 7,883 m² and operates from Monday to Friday. This office has implemented an Electronic-Based Government System (EGS), which changes the way of working from manual to digital, reduces paper use and increases the need for supporting facilities for changes in the way of working. Based on the data obtained, inefficient zoning-blocking, lack of office facilities, lighting in several rooms does not meet standards, soundproofing is ineffective, and security and ventilation systems need improvement. This study identified the need for lighting improvements, and improvements to acoustic facilities, and ventilation. Redesign with the theme of optimization of space based on activity with the aim of increasing the comfort and efficiency of the workspace of the Regent, his assistant, as well as meeting and guest rooms, with the aim of creating a more productive work environment and in accordance with applicable standards. Abstract

Cinta Quran Center merupakan sebuah Ma’had pesantren yang fokus padadakwah islam dan Al-Quran. Yayasan Cinta Quran merupakan lembaga independen yangberada di kawasan Cinta Quran Center yang terletak di Sektor 9 Bintaro, TangerangSelatan. Pada masa sekarang, pesantren yang dikenal sebagai tempat santrimemperdalam ilmu agama tanpa memiliki pola/mengikuti kiyai lambat laun menjadi lebihsistematis dan lebih maju mengikuti zaman. perubahan dari pesantren biasa menjadipesantren modern perlu diperhatikan. Dalam prosesnya, santri di Cinta Quran Center dididik oleh dosen dan musyrif. Peran pengajar dan pendidik dalam menerapkan visi danmisi dari yayasan cinta quran center (Entrepeunership, Public Speaking, Leadership)cukup penting untuk membentuk kepribadian santri dan membentuk image khas dariyayasan pesantren tahfidz. Tujuan dilakukannya perancangan baru kantor Cinta QuranCenter adalah untuk menyediakan pusat fasilitas belajar dan bekerja sesuai denganstandar, aktivitas, branding, dan mewujudkan desain interior yang dapat mendukungpekerjaan. Abstract

Passompe, julukan lain dari Suku Bugis yang melakukan Diaspora/ merantaukeluar dari daerah asal mereka yaitu Sulawesi Selatan. Suku Bugis mulai melakukanDiaspora secara kecil-kecilan mulai dari tahun 1600 dan secara besar-besaran pada tahun1900. Mereka berpencar keluar dari sulawesi selatan menuju provinsi hingga negara lain.Namun, kehebatan diaspora Suku Bugis kini tidak dikenali lagi utamanya oleh remajaSulawesi Selatan. Sehingga untuk menghindari hilangnya identitas tersebut, makadidesain suatu museum di Sulawesi Selatan tepatnya di Center Point Of Indonesia. Denganmengangkat konsep tematik, Museum Diaspora Bugis ini dibagi menjadi beberapa areayang dirunutkan dari area diaspora umum, perkapalan, perikanan, agrikultur, keagamaan,peperangan hingga kerajaan. Pada keseluruhan area tersebut memiliki suasana ruangsesuai dengan koleksi yang dipajang di area tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan padaperancangan ini adalah metode kualitatif yang didukung dengan observasi lapangan.Dengan pendekatan lokalitas dengan tema kapal pinisi pada museum diaspora bugis,diharapkan perancangan kali ini dapat kembali mengenalkan dan menghidupkan Kembalibudaya dan sejarah suku bugis yang telah terserus gelombang modernisasi. Pendekatanlokalitas juga diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu tema yang mendukung pengelompokanpada storyline museum. Sehingga, dengan pendekatan diatas, dapat menyelesaikanpermasalahan yang telah dipaparkan utamanya dalam modernisasi sekarang.Kata Kunci : Diaspora, tematik, museum, pinisi, bugis.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas perancangan baru untuk The Alana Hotel, sebuah hotel bintang 4 yang akan berlokasi di Bandung dengan pendekatan brand identity bertujuan agar dapat memperkuat branding hotel dengan menerapkan desain yang mengikuti regulasi dari The Alana Hotel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan mempertimbangkan site hotel, bangunan existing, alur aktivitas pengguna, serta kebutuhan ruang yang diperlukan. Hasil analisis ini membentuk dasar untuk mengembangkan konsep perancangan. Konsep perancangan diusulkan dengan tema yang menggabungkan unsur etnis budaya lokal dan penggayaan modern untuk menciptakan suasana relaksasi dan revitalisasi yang unik. Sirkulasi ruang dirancang menggunakan pendekatan linear, grid, dan axial untuk menciptakan alur yang efisien dalam hotel. Selain itu, konsep bentuk diambil dari motif kain batik dan wayang untuk memberikan ciri khas pada desain interior hotel. Dengan demikian, karya ilmiah ini menawarkan perancangan yang berfokus pada menciptakan identitas merek yang kuat dan suasana yang khas untuk The Alana Hotel, dengan harapan bahwa hotel ini akan menjadi destinasi unggulan di kota Bandung dan menarik perhatian para wisatawan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung.Kata kunci: Perhotelan, Pariwisata, Brand Identity
