Abstract

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama ini masih berpedoman pada kriteria penilaian serta persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan observasi langsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sistem penilaian dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual. Maka dari itu, dengan tujuan membantu pihak LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu. sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah AHP (analytical Hierarchy Process). Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan dalam kasus pembobotan kriteria dan penentuan prioritas setiap kriteria berdasarkan matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membantu memberikan rekomendasi pihak lazimu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

The implementation of the attendance system at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu needs to be developed to be more effective in its implementation. This study aims to build a more effective attendance system to answer the problems that still exist in lecture attendance. In the construction of the presence system, the use of base64 encryption repetition is used for the presence of the Qr code. QR Code is used for security and reliability in code scrambling. The randomization was intended to limit students so that they could not make attendance if the class did not match. This is done to ensure that the student is present in class and the lecturer can anticipate student fraud in taking attendance. Therefore, in order to maintain security and avoid leakage and fraud in attendance, we need a system that can protect and maintain the security of a system. Base64 encryption repetition can be used to protect each student's string.

Abstract

Cafe Tik tok is a franchise engaged in the restaurant sector. In this tick tok cafe, in processing employee salaries, they still use manual calculations and use the Ms.Excel program. This can cause errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee payslips that takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses the PHP programming language, with the database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries at the tiktok cafe and it is hoped that the company will find it easy to input data and compile payroll reports to be fast and more efficient.

Abstract

MAN 02 Kepahiang is one of the schools in Kepahiang Regency which still uses a manual attendance process. In the process of teaching and learning activities students need a daily attendance process to process student attendance data which will be made as an attendance report which is one component of the assessment of the teaching and learning process. In implementing the manual attendance system carried out by students there are still deficiencies in terms of time efficiency in the process of recording attendance and preparing attendance reports for each class. In designing an attendance system using a QR Code in the form of a web base and using the PHP programming language with MySQL database processing also using the Waterfall method. This study aims to build an attendance system using the QR Code as a media for inputting student absentee data and in preparing student daily attendance reports it is made easier by having an attendance system built.

Abstract

The forest conditions in Indonesia require more serious attention as they are constantly disturbed, including incidents of forest fires. Clustering or grouping using the ST-DBSCAN algorithm will group forest fire points based on distance and time. This data can be obtained from the FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System) website, which utilizes MODIS sensor data. The research implements the ST-DBSCAN algorithm using the R language, focusing on a case study in the Riau Province from 2015 to 2022. The parameters used in this research for the ST-DBSCAN algorithm are Eps1 = 0.7, Eps2 = 2, and MinPts = 2. The algorithm generates several types of clustering patterns, including Stationary, Reappearing Regular, Irregular, Occasional, and Tracks. The fire point data used in this research covers the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 in the Riau Province. The results obtained from this research include 1 Reappearing Regular pattern, 5 Tracks patterns, 1 Reappearing Irregular pattern, and 1 Stationary pattern. Within the time frame of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, the highest occurrence of forest fire spots happened in the month of November 2015, reaching a total of 573 fire spots.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently running very rapidly, especially in the field of computer networks that make it possible to connect all people from various places. The need for information triggers the rapid development of network infrastructure technology by several vendors or brands. The need for network infrastructure is of course inseparable from the large number of users who use the internet service, causing new problems because the number of users is not proportional to the number of technicians available. For general users, they can wait for the handling schedule from the technician, while for agencies that need a network to complete their work, they don't have that time. To overcome this, you can use a special program to check the network regularly where everyone can use it so that it can reduce free customer service at network providers. One programming language that can be used open source for the development of these applications is python. Python is a multipurpose interpretive programming language with a design philosophy that focuses on code readability. Python programming is still rarely used because it still uses the terminal as the main access where the user has to type certain code to execute the desired result, such as the Command Prompt Windows (CMD) program. The use of python-based applications can be made more comfortable for users by using a GUI (Graphical user interface) display using the TKInter library, which is a standard Python package for creating GUI displays. Tkinter has an interface to the Tk toolkit that can work as an object-oriented layer on top of Tk. Tkinter has many components that can be used to create user-friendly interfaces. Apart from Tkinter, the application uses a subprocess and os library which functions to access the terminal and execute certain comments in the terminal. The built application has functions for pinging, nslookup, ipconfig, network info, active connection and network processes. Ping and Nslookup require data to be entered in text input on the same line, for ping you can input the IP address of the intended network or website address (requires internet connection) while nslookup can be filled in with the website address.

A stable and reliable network is essential in today's world of communications. One of the challenges in managing a network is ensuring balanced resource use so that no one device is overburdened. The load balance method has proven effective in solving this problem, and in this research, we focus on implementing the load balance method on MikroTik devices to improve network stability.

Abstract

Rendering is the final stage of the modeling or animation process. It is during this rendering that the polygons that make up a model will be computed on the computer to form an image. Along with the times, there are many rendering provider applications for 3D animation, one of which is Mental Ray. The formulation of the research problem is How long does it take to render a 3D animated film using mental ray and analyze the size of the rendered using mental ray? The development model in this study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) development which is the Luther version of the development method. Data collection by taking two finished or ready-to-rendering 3D films. The results show that the average length of time needed to render of The Little Human animation is 8.3 minutes, while the animated film Go Alex is 8.8 minutes. While the average size of the 12 rendered scenes of The Little Human animation is 17.3 mb and the animated film Go Alex is 17.8 Mb. Computer specifications will affect the performance of the rendering engine itself. This test only uses one type of computer, so to really test the performance of the rendering engine, a similar test is needed using several different types of computers and sepsis. When using the Autodesk Maya 2019 application, it is recommended to use incrementalSave to find out every step of the changes made, because it is to remember the steps to be taken if you forget and anticipate unexpected things such as blackouts.

Abstract

In today's digital era, student data is very important and must be kept secure. Cryptography is a technique for securing data from unauthorized parties. AES 256 (Advanced Encryption Standard 256) is a cryptographic algorithm used to secure data with a symmetric key and uses OCB (Offset Codebook Mode) mode. The application of the OCB mode AES 256 cryptographic algorithm to student data will provide better protection against unauthorized access or data manipulation. This will be very important to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of confidential and private student data such as personal data, grades, and academic track records. In this study it can be concluded that the use of AES-256 in OCB mode is a good choice to protect student data with a high level of security. The combination of AES-256 and OCB provides a very high level of security for sending sensitive data over the network. OCB mode uses message encoding with offset, which allows use of shorter keys, making it more efficient than other modes of encryption operation.

Abstract

Abstract: Current technological developments have brought very rapid progress in various areas of human life. To improve saddle quality, technology must be used to improve public services. Therefore, according to village law, the government or regional government must create a village service information system. Sri Jaya Makmur Village is in Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. One of the obstacles currently faced by the Sri Jaya Makmur Village Government is the amount of information that can be seen and accessed by the village community, especially regarding the village organizational structure, activities and administration. In addition, the community does not receive sufficient services, especially in terms of much needed correspondence services. Research is carried out to produce prototypes, designs and correspondence in the required information system. This research succeeded in creating designs ranging from how the system works to user interface design. Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini membawa kemajuan yang sangat pesat di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelana, teknologi harus digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah harus membuat sistem informasi pelayanan desa menurut undang-undang desa. Desa Sri Jaya Makmur berada di Kecamatan Nibung, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, Sumatera Selatan. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa Sri Jaya Makmur saat ini adalah jumlah informasi yang dapat dilihat dan diakses oleh masyarakat desa, terutama yang berkaitan dengan struktur organisasi desa, kegiatan dan administrasi. Selain itu, masyarakat tidak menerima layanan yang cukup, terutama dalam hal layanan surat menyurat yang sangat dibutuhkan. penelitian dilakukan untuk menghasilkan protype, desain perancangan, dan surat menyurat dalam sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan. penelitian ini berhasil membuat design rancangan mulai dari bagaimana sistem bekerja hingga design user interface.
