One of the goals of learning mathematics is to be able to use flat plane concepts in solving everyday life problems. Mathematics learning that can bring the real world into the classroom is necessary. PKM is carried out to provide meaningful learning experiences and local cultural insights to students of PKBM Ans Noor Assalam B Package Equality Program so that they can achieve learning goals effectively. PKBM Ans Noor Assalam is a non-formal educational institution that organizes equality and homeschooling programs. Contextual learning with puzzle implemented through face-to-face learning on flat plane: triangular and quadrilateral shapes for the student of the Ans Noor Assalam Package B Equality Program. The learning result test is carried out at the end of the lesson to determine the achievement of the learning. The study test showed that learning was carried out well, and only one student was included in the incomplete category. Overall, the students are enthusiastic about participating in learning and are actively involved. Residents learn to easily understand the concept of triangles and quadrilaterals. Contextual learning with Rumah Ulin puzzle is well implemented and helps students learn to hone their mathematical concept abilities.

Fire is one of the most serious threats to safety in schools. Lack of knowledge about evacuation procedures and safety symbols can increase the risk of casualties and material losses. This community service activity aimed to provide fire safety education by presenting material on fire evacuation simulations to students at SDIT Nurul Ilmi Balikpapan. The material presented included an understanding of fire simulations, steps to take in the event of a fire, and an introduction to evacuation route symbols and assembly points. The activity was attended by 42 students. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of basic fire safety concepts, awareness of the importance of evacuation routes, and the ability to recognize safety symbols. This education is expected to foster a culture of emergency response in elementary schools and strengthen the implementation of K3 principles.

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of first aid education based on the principles of Being Prepared, Smart, and Responsive in fostering a safety culture among students at SMP N 3 Balikpapan. This article was motivated by an increase in minor injuries within the school environment, which highlights the need for students to possess basic skills in providing initial responses during emergency situations. The educational activities were delivered through interactive methods, including presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicate that the first aid education program enhanced students’understanding of emergency procedures, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), bleeding control, injury management, poisoning response, burn care, and animal bite treatment. Students also demonstrated positive behavioral changes, such as improved preparedness, greater concern for peers, and accuracy in responding during emergency simulations. This article concludes that first aid education significantly contributes to strengthening the safety culture in schools and is recommended for continuous implementation as part of an ongoing health education program.

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan bauran pemasaran jasa pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini negeri yang beroperasi di bawah batasan regulasi. Melalui studi kasus kualitatif di TK Negeri Pembina I Balikpapan, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja bauran pemasaran 7P, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi pemerintah membatasi fleksibilitas manajerial pada dimensi Harga (Price), Promosi (Promotion), dan Bukti Fisik (Physical Evidence). Alih-alih melemahkan daya saing, batasan-batasan tersebut justru mendorong strategi adaptif melalui penguatan aspek Produk (Product), Sumber Daya Manusia (People), dan Proses (Process), yang didukung oleh lokasi strategis. Upaya-upaya ini meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan jumlah pendaftar murid. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep Regulatory-Constrained Marketing Mix (Bauran Pemasaran dengan Batasan Regulasi), yang mengintegrasikan Teori Bauran Pemasaran 7P dan Teori Institusional untuk menjelaskan bagaimana organisasi pendidikan negeri mempertahankan daya saing dalam kondisi yang sangat diatur oleh regulasi. Temuan ini memperluas penerapan teori bauran pemasaran dengan menunjukkan bahwa batasan regulasi dapat memicu inovasi layanan dan diferensiasi institusional, bukan sekadar membatasi kinerja organisasi.
