Abstract

RingkasanPondok Pesantren Salafiyah Darussalam Martapura menyediakan pendidikan non-formal bagi santriwati yang ingin memperoleh keterampilan tambahan untuk mendukung pendidikan dan pekerjaan di masa depan. Namun, keterbatasan pengetahuan santriwati dalam penggunaan computer-based office applications menjadi tantangan dalam kesiapan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja atau perguruan tinggi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pelatihan Microsoft Office yang mencakup Microsoft Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint. Pelatihan ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, penyusunan modul, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi guna mengukur peningkatan keterampilan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor sebesar 69,6%, serta kepuasan peserta yang mencapai 94%. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas komputer dan durasi pelatihan yang terbatas, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santriwati. Sebagai tindak lanjut, disarankan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dan pengembangan keterampilan teknologi lainnya guna memperluas manfaat bagi santriwati. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan santriwati lebih siap menghadapi tantangan pendidikan dan dunia kerja yang semakin mengandalkan teknologi.

Abstract

AbstractOnline conversations among netizens play an important role in forming collective opinions and views about important events, including judicial decisions such as those taken by the Constitutional Court (MK). This research explores sentiment analysis of the Constitutional Court’s decisions, especially in the context of the presidential election, using the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression, and Naive Bayes algorithms. Previous studies on public sentiment toward the Constitutional Court’s decision provide a basis. Still, this research focuses on a different context, analysing sentiment toward the Constitutional Court’s decision in the 2024 presidential election dispute. This study adopts an experimental methodology, involving several key stages such as data collection through Twitter web scraping, labelling, pre-processing, TF-IDF weighting, and algorithm testing. Evaluation using a confusion matrix shows comparable accuracy among SVM, Logistic Regression, and Naive Bayes, with SVM and Logistic Regression demonstrating superior precision and F1 scores. Negative sentiment carries greater weight than neutral and positive sentiment, highlighting potential social tensions and the need for effective communication and deeper analysis to understand the root causes of negativity. The SVM and logistic regression algorithms have proven effective in understanding public sentiment towards the Constitutional Court’s decisions in a political context, providing valuable insights for understanding the dynamics of public opinion.

Abstract

Tourism Ambassador selection still faces issues of subjectivity in assessment, highlighting the need for an objective system to evaluate various aspects of participant competence. This study aimed to assess the performance of seven Decision Support System methods—SAW, WP, TOPSIS, MOORA, MAUT, PROMETHEE, and SMART—in a selection process based on four criteria: Public Speaking, Tourism Knowledge, English Proficiency, and Talent. Data from 12 participants were analyzed and evaluated using classification accuracy, Mean Absolute Error, Root Mean Square Error, and Spearman and Kendall rank correlations against the actual ranking. The results showed that PROMETHEE delivered the best performance, achieving 100% accuracy with perfect ranking alignment. These findings indicate that PROMETHEE is highly suitable for multi-criteria selection processes requiring high precision in determining result order.Keywords: Decision Support System; PROMETHEE method; Multi-criteria selection; Method evaluation; Tourism Ambassador AbstrakPemilihan Duta Pariwisata masih menghadapi persoalan subjektivitas dalam penilaian, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang lebih objektif untuk menilai berbagai aspek kompetensi peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja tujuh metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, yaitu SAW, WP, TOPSIS, MOORA, MAUT, PROMETHEE dan SMART, dalam proses seleksi berbasis empat kriteria: Public Speaking, Kepariwisataan, Bahasa Inggris, dan Bakat. Data dari 12 peserta dianalisis dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi klasifikasi, Mean Absolute Error, Root Mean Square Error, serta korelasi Spearman dan Kendall terhadap ranking asli. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PROMETHEE memberikan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 100% dan kesesuaian ranking yang sempurna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa PROMETHEE sangat tepat diterapkan dalam proses seleksi multi-kriteria yang memerlukan ketelitian tinggi dalam penentuan urutan hasil.

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Banjarbaru previously encountered various problems, including manual data entry using word processors, the absence of data backup systems, non-digital Umrah registration processes, and unorganized physical document storage. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based information system to address these issues and improve service efficiency. The system was developed using the prototyping method, involving users in each development stage through continuous feedback. Features included pilgrim data management, shelf mapping, document storage, and activity reporting. Testing results showed that all features functioned properly and the system effectively resolved the identified problems. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of digital data management with systematic tracking of physical archives.Keywords: Information system; Hajj pilgrims; Public service; Digital archiving; Prototyping AbstrakPelayanan jamaah haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Banjarbaru sebelumnya menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti pencatatan data secara manual menggunakan pengolah kata, ketiadaan sistem cadangan data, proses pendaftaran jamaah umrah yang belum terdigitalisasi, serta penyimpanan berkas fisik yang tidak tertata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping, yang melibatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahapan pengembangan melalui umpan balik langsung. Fitur yang dibangun mencakup pengelolaan data jamaah, pemetaan rak lemari, penyimpanan berkas, dan pelaporan status jamaah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik dan sistem secara efektif menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi antara manajemen data digital dan pelacakan arsip fisik secara sistematis.

Abstract

Companies engaged in kaveling land sales still rely on manual methods in their sales processes. Manual methods, such as record-keeping and direct communication without an integrated system, are considered less relevant as they pose risks of information delays, data inaccuracies, and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to accelerate reservations, simplify data management, and enhance sales transparency. The system was developed using a prototyping approach and tested through blackbox testing. The results indicate that the system has successfully become an effective solution for improving the efficiency of sales transaction management. The developed system enables prospective buyers to reserve plots more quickly, easily, and transparently. This system can support the effectiveness of the sales process. Further development is recommended by adding online transaction features and integrating an interactive map.Keywords: Information system; Land plot sales; Installment payment; Prototyping; Blackbox testing AbstrakPerusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan tanah kavling masih menggunakan metode manual dalam proses penjualan. Metode manual seperti pencatatan dan komunikasi langsung tanpa sistem terintegrasi dinilai kurang relevan karena berisiko menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi, ketidakakuratan data dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mempercepat pemesanan, mempermudah pengelolaan data dan meningkatkan transparansi penjualan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan prototyping dan diuji dengan Blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan transaksi penjualan. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan calon pembeli untuk melakukan pemesanan kavling secara lebih cepat, mudah dan transparan. Sistem ini dapat mendukung efektivitas penjualan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan dengan menambahkan fitur transaksi daring dan integrasi peta interaktif.

Abstract

Several user complaints, such as a monotonous interface, errors during attendance logging, and unintegrated features in the academic information system at XYZ institution, indicate a need to comprehensively assess user experience quality. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of user experience using a multi-dimensional approach based on the Modular Evaluation of Key Components of User Experience version 2.0 (meCUE 2.0). A survey was conducted with 201 students from various academic cohorts who had used the system for at least one semester. The instrument covered five dimensions: instrumental quality, non-instrumental quality, emotional response, usage consequences, and overall evaluation. The results showed high scores for usefulness and ease of use, while emotional attachment and user loyalty remained moderate. User feedback highlighted the need for interface improvements and additional features. The applied instrument proved effective in providing a comprehensive picture of user experience. These findings emphasize the importance of developing a system that prioritizes visual, emotional, and evaluative aspects.Keywords: User experience; Emotional; Commitment; Usability; Modular evaluation AbstrakSejumlah keluhan pengguna seperti tampilan yang monoton, error saat presensi dan fitur yang belum terpadu pada Sistem informasi akademik di institusi XYZ menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan untuk mengukur kualitas pengalaman pengguna secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pengalaman pengguna sistem tersebut menggunakan pendekatan multi-dimensi berbasis instrumen meCUE 2.0. Survei dilakukan terhadap 201 mahasiswa dari berbagai angkatan yang telah menggunakan sistem minimal satu semester. Instrumen mencakup lima dimensi: kualitas instrumental, non-instrumental, reaksi emosional, konsekuensi penggunaan, dan evaluasi keseluruhan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan memperoleh skor tinggi, sementara keterikatan emosional dan loyalitas pengguna masih tergolong sedang. Komentar pengguna menunjukkan kebutuhan akan perbaikan antarmuka dan fitur tambahan. Instrumen yang digunakan terbukti efektif dalam menggambarkan pengalaman pengguna secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengembangan sistem yang lebih berorientasi pada aspek visual, emosional dan evaluatif.

Abstract

Abstract: This article explores the potential application of artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting inclusive education at the primary school level. The study employs a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, analyzing relevant scholarly articles published between 2019 and 2025. The findings reveal that AI plays a strategic role in creating adaptive, personalized, and responsive learning environments, particularly for students with special needs. Technologies such as recommendation systems, learning robots, and voice- and text-based platforms are found to be effective in enhancing accessibility and participation in learning. However, the implementation of AI also faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among teachers, and the lack of supportive policies. This review recommends continuous teacher training, the development of inclusive policies, and cross-sector collaboration to optimize the use of AI in inclusive primary education. Abstract

Delivery of learning by conventional means of introducing vegetables and fruits in the early childhood environment has not succeeded in achieving the desired learning targets because some vegetable and fruit objects are difficult to find in the surrounding environment. An educational game application model to get to know vegetables and fruit based on Android will be applied to the teaching and learning process. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle method is used to develop the system. System design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools, while system development uses the Android Studio IDE, and functional testing uses the Blackbox test. The results of functional testing state that all functional features run well in accordance with the functions and needs of the user. An Android-based educational game application model to get to know vegetables and fruit helps teachers in children's cognitive learning to provide an understanding of the benefits of vegetables and fruit and can attract interest in learning and have a positive impact on increasing children's natural intelligence.Keywords: Learning interest; Early childhood; Cognitive learning; Android; Game AbstrakPenyampaian pembelajaran dengan cara konvensional pengenalan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan di lingkungan anak usia dini belum berhasil mencapai target pembelajaran yang diinginkan disebabkan beberapa objek sayuran dan buah sulit ditemui di lingkungan sekitar. Model aplikasi game edukasi mengenal sayuran dan buah berbasis andorid, akan diterapkan untuk proses belajar mengajar. Metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem. Desain sistem menggunakan tools pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), sedangkan pembangunan sistem dengan IDE Android Studio, serta pengujian fungsional dengan uji Blackbox. Hasil pengujian fungsional menyebutkan bahwa semua fitur fungsional berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Model aplikasi game edukasi mengenal sayuran dan buah berbasis andorid membantu guru dalam pembelajaran kognitif anak untuk memberi pemahaman mengenai manfaat dari sayuran dan buah, serta dapat menarik minat belajar dan berdampak positif meningkatkan kecerdasan natural anak-anak.

Abstract

The Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) has been providing website-based information services up to the present. However, since its inception for public use, the DPMPTSP website has never undergone a user experience (UX) evaluation, thus making it difficult to ascertain whether the application fulfills users' desires and needs. This research aims to evaluate the usability of the DPMPTSP website using the heuristic evaluation method, which involves expert evaluators. The assessment results indicate that most usability aspects received positive evaluations. Nonetheless, some aspects scored poorly, such as the utilization of help buttons, system interaction following an error occurrence, and various other factors. Recommendations for improvement have been provided for each aspect, including enhancing consistency in icon selection and design, incorporating explanatory buttons, considering menu hierarchy for improved navigation flexibility, and refining error messages and help explanations. This research offers a comprehensive analysis of the DPMPTSP website's usability while also presenting guidance for enhancing the user experience and the website's effectiveness.Keywords: User Experience; Heuristic Evaluation; Usability Testing; Government Website; Improvement Recommendations AbstrakPada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan (DPMPTSP) telah menerapkan layanan informasi berbasis website hingga sekarang. Namun, sejak diimplementasikan ke masyarakat, website DPMPTSP belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi User Experience (UX), sehingga belum dapat diketahui apakah aplikasi sudah sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi usability dari website DPMPTSP menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation. Evaluasi melibatkan evaluator ahli. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aspek usability mendapatkan penilaian positif. Namun, beberapa mendapatkan skor rendah, seperti dalam hal penggunaan tombol bantuan, interaksi dengan sistem setelah terjadi kesalahan, dan beberapa aspek lainnya. Rekomendasi perbaikan diberikan untuk masing-masing aspek seperti meningkatkan konsistensi dalam pemilihan ikon dan desain, menambahkan tombol-tombol penjelasan, mempertimbangkan tingkatan menu untuk fleksibilitas navigasi, serta memperbaiki pesan kesalahan dan penjelasan dalam bantuan. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang mendalam mengenai usability website DPMPTSP, serta memberikan arahan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas website tersebut.

Abstract

This research details the problems at the Tahfidz Al-Hasan House, where students do not memorize the Quran frequently outside study hours due to the use of cell phones. To address this issue, an independent muroja'ah-based Android application was developed with monitoring and rote assessment features. The development method employs the ADDIE model, known for its effectiveness in designing learning applications. The test results indicate that the application functions well, making a positive contribution to improving Quran memorization skills. This research encourages further exploration of online learning, responsive to the needs of the Muslim millennial generation. An in-depth evaluation of the application model can serve as the basis for further development, enhancing the effectiveness of technology-based Quran memorization learning.Keywords: Murojaah; ADDIE Model; Memorization; Quranic Education; Online Learning  AbstrakPenelitian ini merinci permasalahan di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Hasan, di mana santri kurang melakukan pengulangan hafalan Al-Quran di luar jam belajar akibat penggunaan ponsel. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi Android berbasis muroja'ah mandiri dengan fitur monitoring dan penilaian hafalan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE, yang efektif dalam merancang aplikasi pembelajaran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi berfungsi baik, memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Quran. Penelitian ini mendorong eksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai pembelajaran online dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan generasi milenial Muslim. Evaluasi mendalam terhadap model aplikasi dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran menghafal Al-Quran berbasis teknologi. Â
