Abstract

Development of an Integrated Attendance System at the Private Senior High School (SMA) Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa: Messenger API Integration to Improve Parent-Guardian Communication and Monitor Student Attendance in Real-Time. Advances in information and communication technology have influenced various aspects of life, including education. One technology implementation that is increasingly common is a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based attendance system. However, although this system provides the advantage of automatically recording student attendance, delays in providing information to parents regarding student attendance is a major obstacle. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop and implement a messenger API in the attendance system at Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa Private High School. This integration is expected to strengthen communication between schools and parents and monitor student attendance in real-time.

Abstract

Android-based student behavior data collection system is a system to improve student data collection so that student data can be seen as fellow students, besides this system makes it easy for students to see grades and absences for 1 semester so that accessing grades and absences is very useful for students' parents, design Andorid-based student behavioral data collection system uses the UML (Unified Modeling Laanguage) design method, the purpose of this system is to improve student data collection, absences, grades and achievements with a computerized system that users can access student data online. The result of system design is a system that can be used by students, lecturers, to make it easier to collect student data. Keyword : Unified Modelling Language, Online, Student, Andorid.

Abstract

Transportation Route System is a system that was built to improve and to meet the needs of public transport users with technology at the present time. the purpose of making the transportation route system is to facilitate the public so that it can create facilities when searching for the desired transportation. The transportation route system uses SDLC (system Development Life Cycle) technology in building it so that the system is made more neat and complex. Google maps technology becomes the main thing on the transportation route system because Google Maps will show the route when the transportation is running. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung digitalisasi informasi di lingkungan sekolah melalui pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan mading online berbasis website di SMA Swasta Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah perlunya modernisasi media penyampaian informasi di sekolah agar lebih relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebiasaan digital generasi siswa saat ini. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan platform mading digital, serta pendampingan dalam pengelolaan konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dan guru menyambut baik inovasi ini, serta mampu mengoperasikan mading digital dengan baik setelah pelatihan. Selain memudahkan distribusi informasi, media ini juga mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pengelolaan berita dan konten sekolah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dalam sistem komunikasi sekolah yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Desa Sirumbia in Karo Regency has high economic potential, particularly in the promising coffee cultivation business; however, traditional financial recording methods and limited market reach hinder its development. Despite the availability of internet access, coffee sales from this village remain limited and are not widely recognized. The goal of this activity is to maximize the economic potential of Desa Sirumbia by modernizing financial management and utilizing digital technology to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach and branding of the coffee products. The partners in this initiative are community groups in Desa Sirumbia engaged in coffee production. The implementation method involves observations and surveys to understand the issues, followed by socialization, training, and assistance in managing digital financial records and marketing strategies through digital media. The results show that participants successfully grasped the basics of accounting based on SAK EMKM to prepare financial reports and effectively utilized the Canva application to create promotional designs in the form of flyers. Evaluation of the activities was conducted through written questionnaires completed by the participants. This community service program has successfully improved the partners' skills in digital financial recording and digital marketing. The training provided solutions to the main challenges faced by the partners, namely limitations in financial management and product marketing. Consequently, the partners can now independently create simple digital financial reports and design digital promotions.

Abstract

Sekolah Johor Islamic Green School merupakan salah satu pelopor sekolah alam berbasis agama Islam di kota medan yang menjadi pengerak dalam edukasi dan Pendidikan anak. Sekolah Johor Islamic Green School ini sudah memiliki siswa lebih dari 50 orang baik dari kalangan masyarakat umum di kota medan. Saat ini Sekolah Johor Islamic Green School melakukan kegiatan untuk memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan antusian dan minat belajar siswa di alam dan tidak berada di kelas pada umumnya. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sekolah ini seperti media pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional dan peralatan pembelajaran untuk edukasi yang masih terbatas. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdi ini untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dengan penerapan Iptek yang dibuat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan cara implementasi teknologi digital untuk pengenalan Iqra berbasis Augmented Reality dan taman Iqra Digital. Iptek yang akan di implementasikan pada mitra adalah taman Iqra digital pada Kawasan sekolah. Kemudian pelatihan penggunaan dan pemberian informasi, penyediaan media pembelajaran ini sebagai promosi dan kegiatan serta media informasi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan konsep berbasis masyarakat kelompok produktif (Community base Education) yang dilakukan dengan Langkah berupa pencarian permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Johor Islamic Green School dan disepakati Bersama oleh tim. pelatihan untuk Mitra. Kemudian akan diadakan pelatihan melalui forum grup discussion (FGD). Dan kegiatan akhir mengukur hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui respon Mitra dan hasil perbandingan pasca dan pra kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

Nur Azizi Private High School, located in Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency, is one of the schools with A accreditation which continues to be committed to improving educational services. However, currently the delivery of information in this school still relies on manual wall magazines, which results in slow distribution of information, lack of interest in reading among students, teachers and staff, as well as dependence on print media. As technology develops, more effective solutions are needed to manage and convey information quickly, directly and accessible anytime and anywhere. Based on the results of discussions with the school, Nur Azizi Private High School needs a digital media that is easy to use, user-friendly, and can speed up the dissemination of information. Therefore, the community service team plans to implement a broadcasting system in the form of a digital website with an auto-reload feature that will be integrated with smart TVs. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of delivering information and support the need for faster, more accurate and modern communication at Nur Azizi Private High School. Initial evaluations showed an improvement in the quality of infrastructure and student interest in accessing school information through more modern media.
