Abstract

Program Penerapan IPTEKS ini berjudul “Penyuluhan Pencegahan, Penyebaran dan Penggunaan Narkoba di Desa Meunasah Mesjid Punteut Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe. Penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia telah sampai pada titik yang mengkhawatirkan. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun Badan Narkotika Nasional, jumlah kasus narkoba meningkat dari sebanyak 3. 478 kasus pada tahun 2010 menjadi 8.401 pada tahun 2014, atau meningkat 28,9% pertahun. Jumlah angka tindak kejahatan narkoba pun meningkat dari 4.955 pada tahun 2010 menjadi 11.315 kasus pada tahun 2014. data baru sampai juni 2015 saja menunjukkan kasus itu meningkat tajam. Sekarang ini terdapat sekitar 3,2 juta pengguna narkoba di Indonesia, secara Nasional dari total 111.000 tahanan, 30% karena kasus narkoba, perkara narkoba telah menembus batas gender, kelas ekonomi bahkan usia. Maraknya peredaran narkotika di masyarakat dan besarnya dampak buruk serta kerugian baik kerugian ekonomi maupun kerugian sosial yang ditimbulkannya membuka kesadaran berbagai kalangan untuk menggerakkan ‟perang‟ terhadap narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang lainnya (narkoba). Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah : (a) tahap persuasif/Pesiapan, (b) tahapan pembinaan dan penyuluhan dengan melakukan pelatihan pengetahuan tentang bahaya dan jenis-jenis narkoba, memberikan pemahaman melalui sarana informasi pada masyarakat tentang bahaya dan jenis-jenis narkoba yang akan dibekali kepada peserta pelatihan dengan materi pelatihan dalam bentuk teori dan video, dan (c) pelaksanaan evaluasi. Adapun hasil penyuluhan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Peserta penyuluhan memiliki kemampuan dalam menjelaskan dan menguraikan tentang isi Undang undang Narkotika dan Peserta memiliki kemampuan untuk menyampaikan ide dan pemikiran berkaitan dengan kegiatan pencegahan penyalahgunaan Narkotika dikalangan masyarakat.Kata kunci : pencegahan, penggunaan, narkoba

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan guna meneliti pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur (Subsektor Otomotif Periode 2019-2023). Penelitian ini memmanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemanfaatan data sekunder pada populasi perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan berbagai kriteria sehingga didapatkan 8 perusahaan dengan akumulasi sampel sebanyak 38 sampel. Berbagai uji dilakukan pada penelitian ini, seperti analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik hingga pengujian hipotesis. Berdasar pada keluaran penelitian ditemukan: 1) bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3) Profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

The tourism sector has become a new industry that can provide rapid economic growth in terms of job opportunities, income, living standards, and activating other production sectors. Lebak Regency has the potential to be one of the priorities for enhancing economic growth in order to achieve community welfare. This study examines the tourism development strategy of lebak unique through the city branding approach in Lebak Regency. The concept used in this study is city branding from Insch (2011). The research method uses qualitative research methods. According to Insch, there are four d imensions of City Branding analysis, namely: identity, objective, communication, and coherence. While the research method used is a qualita tive method. The results of the study show that: a tourism development strategy of Lebak Unique through a city branding approach in Lebak Regency has been carried out based on 4 dimensions namely, 1) Identity, 2) Objective, 3) Communication, and 4) Coherence). The Lebak Regency Government emphasizes the tourism sector to support city branding. Then, it is also known that the strength of city branding in Lebak Regency lies in the dimensions of communication and commitment because there is a new dimension of communication and commitment. The communication carried out by the Lebak Regency Government is using persuasive communication including primary, secondary, and tertiary. Therefore, with this persuasive communication, there is a commitment from stakeholders to always jointly promote and develop tourism in Lebak Regency

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the blending formulation of Marine Fuel Oil Low Sulfur (MFO-LS) to comply with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) 2020 regulation, which limits sulfur content to a maximum of 0.50% m/m. The methodology involves optimization using the Generalized Refining Transportation Marketing Planning System (GRTMPS) software, followed by laboratory validation of four blending formulations. The evaluated parameters include kinematic viscosity, pour point, flash point, density, sulfur content, and other impurities based on ASTM and ISO 8217 standards. The results indicate that not all formulations met the required specifications. Blending 1 exhibited a high pour point issue, while Blending 2 failed to meet the minimum viscosity requirement. The optimal formulation was achieved in Blending 3, which utilized 40% short residue combined with distillate components such as kerosene, LVGO, and HVGO. This formulation successfully met all critical parameters, with a viscosity of 87 mm²/s, pour point of 24°C, flash point of 66°C, and sulfur content of 0.2% m/m. The findings also demonstrate that HVGO can be effectively utilized as a blending component within a 5–10% volume range without compromising product quality. Furthermore, the reformulation improves operational efficiency and economic value by maximizing the utilization of low-value residue streams. Therefore, the proposed blending strategy provides a practical and effective solution to meet global environmental regulations while enhancing the competitiveness of marine fuel products.

Abstract

Tube leakage in the air pre-heater system is a critical issue affecting the reliability and efficiency of coal-fired power plants. This study investigates the causes of tube leakage in the air pre-heater of a Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler Unit-2 at a 2×30 MW power plant of PT. XYZ. The analysis was conducted through dimensional and thickness measurements, visual inspection, and evaluation of operating conditions, including acid dew point calculation and air preheater performance. The results indicate that wall thinning occurs locally and non-uniformly, with minimum thickness reaching 0.00 mm at certain condition, indicating perforation. The inner diameter remains relatively constant, while the outer diameter and wall thickness decrease significantly, suggesting that degradation predominantly originates from the external surface. Visual observations reveal the presence of pitting corrosion, uniform corrosion, and deposit formation on both outer and inner surfaces of the tube. The calculated acid dew point of flue gas ranges from 128.98 to 129.73°C. At low load conditions, the temperature margin between flue gas outlet and acid dew point becomes very narrow, increasing the risk of acid dew point corrosion. In addition, reduced air preheater performance prior to maintenance contributes to the development of a corrosive environment. It is concluded that tube leakage is mainly caused by progressive external erosion-corrosion, with additional contribution from acid dew point corrosion under certain operating conditions. These findings highlight the importance of temperature control, air preheater performance optimization, and periodic thickness monitoring to prevent recurring failures.
