Abstract

Employee performance is the way employees work in a company during a certain period. Companies that have employees who are performing well are likely to have good performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict control and organizational culture on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi Village, Bandung. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 51 employees. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 16.0 application. The sample was determined by the census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0.30, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the conflict control variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi-Badung Village.

Abstract

Human resources are part of the driving force of a company that has the potential to develop and actively encourages productivity in meeting company goals. Efforts to improve employee performance by paying attention to the problem of work stress, which is a condition where there is a pressure that affects the workforce. In addition, workload greatly affects labor productivity and efficiency. The work environment is also something that cannot be overlooked by the company because it will have an impact on the performance of the employees which affects the company. Employee performance refers to how an employee behaves in the workplace and how well an employee does the assigned task / job. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and environment on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali with 100 employees. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis. In addition, in this research, instrument test, classical assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test were also carried out. The test results show that Work Stress and Workload have a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Together, Work Stress, Workload and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali.

Abstract

Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar, is a special Yamaha Motorbike Dealer company with 35 employees. The results of the author's observation and interviews with HRD at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar obtained information that the occurrence of employee Turnover Intention which can be seen from the inconvenience of employees at work, frequently violated time discipline, absent from work without reason and the absence of cooperation and participation of all employees in solving problems. The high employee turnover rate occurs because most of them feel that the workload is excessive, so companies must also pay attention to how to maintain and manage employee workloads. The occurrence of work Bebans due to certain targets given by employees in completing work becomes a workload that can be experienced by employees. Based on the results of research and discussion results, it can be concluded as follows: Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intentions. This can be seen from the significance value of the t test = 0.558> 0.05 (5%). Job Bebans has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions of employees at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, the significance of the t-count for the variable work Bebans (X2) is 0.000 <0.05 (5%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The location of this research is PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga. The population uses employees of PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga and a sample of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained from the research: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.502 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.749 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) simultaneously organizational culture and a significant effect on employee performance, where the t value is 22.925> F table 2.87 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee performance is 54.2%. The suggestion that researchers can give is that PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga Kuta should guide employees, provide motivation to employees and periodically provide training to employees.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada Bliss Barbershop Bali menurun setiap bulannya pada Tahun 2019 yang dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh secara tidak langsung komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi, Determinasi, Analisis Jalur, Uji t dan Uji Sobel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Komunikasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. (7) Komitmen organisasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Bliss Barbershop Bali diharapkan membimbing karyawan, meningkatkan jumlah kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) plays a very important role in the company. Human resources are the basic capital in determining company goals. Company goals will be achieved when employees have high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance, the effect of work ability on employee performance, the effect of work experience on employee performance at the LPD Desa Adat Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi District. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 34 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar dengan alamat di jalan Teuku Umar No. 60 Denpasar. CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan handphone, adapun tipe-tipe handphone yang dijual adalah Samsung,oppo,vivo,xiaomi,Huawei dan iphone. Cellular world memiliki lokasi yang ideal, berada pada pusat area Teuku Umar dan jarak dekat menuju mall. CV. Cellular World memiliki 5 cabang lainya. Dimana jumlah karyawan pada cabang Teuku Umar berjumlah 42 orang yang terdiri dari 26 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif Finansial dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa insentif Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana jika Insentif Finansialmeningkat maka kinerja akan meningkat pula, sebaliknya jika insentif finansial menurun maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya jika kepuasan kerja meningkat belum tentu kinerja karyawan akan menurun

Abstract

Human Resources are aspects related to employee performance. Performance is important for the entire organization because performance will determine the effectiveness of the organization. Performance is also important because performance is considered a measure of a manager's success in managing the organization and its human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of self-confidence on employee performance at UD Toko Kartika. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 35 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Low employee productivity is one symptom that can damage conditions in a company. At PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa has decreased employee productivity due to a lack of understanding and ability of employees to apply the development of work systems. This study aims to determine the effect of developing work systems and work ability partially and simultaneously on employee productivity. The location of this research at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa. The population uses employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa and a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. From the research results, the results obtained: (1) the development of work systems has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.197 and a significance value is 0.036. (2) work ability has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.369 and a significance value is 0.007. (3) simultaneous development of work systems, and have a significant effect on employee productivity, where a significance value of 0.000 is obtained. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee productivity is 55.4%. The suggestions that can be given by researchers are PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa should provide training to employees, guide employees and provide motivation and adequate work facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted at the LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. The population and sample in this study were 42 employees of the LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. Data was collected by observation, study of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance where if the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation increase, employee performance will increase.
