Abstract

Employee performance is the process or appearance of the work of personnel, both in terms of quality and quantity of individual and group performance of personnel, the appearance of the work is not limited to personnel holding functional and structural positions but also to the entire line of personnel within the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Workload, and Compensation on Employee Performance at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. Kuta Bali. Data collection was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The number of samples used was 38 using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Jambuluwuk Oceano Hotel Seminyak Kuta Bali.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant psychological state felt by workers in a work environment due to adequate fulfillment of needs. Someone who has high job satisfaction will have attitudes that reflect his work, such as arriving on time, always being tenacious and active at work, respecting his superiors. Job satisfaction is an employee's pleasure in his job and position in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at the SIDI Sanur Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU). Methods Data collection was carried out by observing and using a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the SIDI Sanur multi-business cooperative (KSU). The sample in this study was 45 respondents using Non Probability Sampling which was selected by saturated sampling (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The instrument test results show valid and reliable data. The results showed that (1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Rapid business development, especially in the tourism sector today, encourages companies or organizations to optimize their resources to face competition. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work placement on employee performance at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. This research was conducted at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali which is located at Seminyak Beach, Jl. Kayu Aya, Seminyak, Kuta, Bali. The objects of research at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali are work discipline (X1), work motivation (X2), work placement (X3) and employee performance (Y). The population in this study were all employees of The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, totaling 60 employees. Sampling of this study using saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation, and work placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, this means that the more disciplined employees will improve performance.

Abstract

The best performance requires directed management of human resources through various kind of policies that can adjust the common interests between the employees and company. This research aims to recognize the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and work communication on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana, totaling 35 people. The sampling of this research used is the technique of samping jenuh, so that the number of samples in this research were 35 employees. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The work communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a condition in which employees reflect pleasure at work. Job satisfaction of each employee is different. The more aspects of work that are in accordance with the wishes of the individual, the higher the level of satisfaction felt and if employee job satisfaction is considered, the employee will work to the best of his ability to obtain what is expected at work. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of organizational culture, working conditions, and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The research population was employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit, the sample was determined using the slovin formula and the results were 85 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, working conditions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study is 40.5%. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that can affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya tidak terlepas dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Semua perusahaan memiliki strategi khusus dalam mencapai tujuannya. Perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya diperlukan kerjasama dan keahlian antar individu, dibutuhkan adanya peningkatan kerja dan mampu mendayagunakan potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh karyawan guna tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Kinerja merupakan landasan bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Bagoes Baliindo Jaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 38 orang, jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh.Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bagoes Baliindo Jaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi , korelasi berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi karyawan, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang baik serta menjaga lingkungan kerja agar tidak gaduh.

Abstract

Pada sebuah organisasi, baik itu instansi pemerintah juga perusahaan harus bisa memanfaatkan semua sumber daya yang ada pada organisasi di tempat tersebut, salah satunya yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan pemberdayaan SDM terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan PT Masterdata Bali Denpasar. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Masterdata Bali Denpasar. Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, pemberdayaan SDM dan kinerja kerja karyawan dengan total sampel berjumlah 32 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh dengan metode pengumpulan data yakni metode kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti semakin meningkat pelatihan kerja yang ada pada PT. Masterdata Bali Denpasar maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti bahwa semakin meningkat lingkungan kerja yang ada di PT. Masterdata Bali Denpasar maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Pemberdayaan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Masterdata Bali Denpasar yang berarti bahwa semakin meningkat pemberdayaan SDM yang ada di PT. Masterdata Bali Denpasar maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Covid-19 telah melumpuhkan segala sektor di seluruh dunia, terlebih sektor perekonomian. Melihat perkembangan kondisi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan inovasi pelayanan dari sebuah pelaku usaha terlebih saat ini kita sedang dilanda Pandemi Covid-19, Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak buruk terhadap UMKM. Salah satu dampak dari pandemi tersebut adalah UMKM Laundry Madu Asih. Selama Pandemi Covid-19 produktivitas Laundry Madu Asih mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Dalam hal tersebut juga laundry madu asih harus memenuhi standar protokol kesehatan agar menimbulkan kepercayaan pada konsumen untuk Kembali menggunakan jasa laundry. Melihat dari kondisi tersebut, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar hadir untuk membantu Laundry Madu Asih memberikan edukasi mengenai SOP (Standard Operational Procedur) tentang penggunaan protokol kesehatan serta memberikan edukasi promosi penjualan/pemasaran melalui sosial media seperti Facebook marketplace dan membuatkan logo usaha laundry madu asih. Maka dari itu jika usaha laundry sudah menerapkan SOP dan promosi media online tentu akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan pada usaha laundry tersebut.
