Abstract

Although digital transformation in the judicial system has been widely studied, research that specifically discusses the implementation of E-Court from the perspective of the sociology of law and its implications for access to digital justice remains limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-Court and its influence on access to digital justice, the transformation of legal culture, and patterns of social interaction in judicial services in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design involving judges, court clerks, advocates, and members of the public who use E-Court services. Informants were selected through purposive sampling based on their direct involvement in the use of electronic judicial services. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of E-Court has transformed the judicial service system through improved administrative efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of court services. However, digital inequality, low technological literacy, and limited infrastructure remain major obstacles to equitable access to digital justice. In addition, the shift from conventional judicial services to a digital system has also affected patterns of social interaction and the legal culture of justice seekers. These findings contribute to the development of studies in the sociology of law, particularly regarding the relationship between law, technology, and social change in the digital era. The conclusion of the study affirms that the implementation of E-Court serves not only as an administrative innovation but also as an instrument for transforming legal culture and expanding access to digital justice. The implications of this study provide practical contributions for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and relevant stakeholders in strengthening digital literacy, technological infrastructure, and judicial policies that are more inclusive and responsive to public needs.

Abstract

Aluh-Aluh Besar Village is a village in Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, where most of the settlements are located along the riverbanks. Rivers play an important role as a source of life, a means of daily activities, and a supporter of the community's economy. However, waste management remains a serious problem because some people still dispose of household waste directly into the river. This condition reflects a low level of social responsibility towards the environment from an ecological citizenship perspective. This study aims to determine the behavior and moral social responsibility of riverbank communities in waste management and the factors that influence it. The study used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques, as well as analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that community behavior in waste management is still not optimal, characterized by the habit of throwing waste into the river due to the proximity of settlements and limited facilities. Morally, the community has an awareness of maintaining cleanliness and understands the importance of waste management, but this has not been fully implemented in real behavior. Influencing factors include awareness that is defeated by habit, limited facilities, the lack of village government involvement, and the influence of the social environment. Therefore, it is necessary to increase awareness, provide facilities, and collaborate between the government and the community.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the utilization of wild plants by the community of Suci Village along the Tancak Waterfall hiking trail, Gunung Pasang, as a form of local wisdom that is still practiced but has not been systematically documented, making it vulnerable to gradual loss over time. This study aimed to identify wild plant species, describe their utilization based on use categories, Use Value (UV) and Plant Part Value (PPV), and determine the validity of an e-booklet as a learning resource. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and validation questionnaires for data collection. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, while ethnobotanical analysis applied the UV and PPV indices. The results revealed 32 wild plant species belonging to 23 families. These plants were utilized as food, traditional medicine, animal feed, ornamental plants, and handicraft materials. The highest Use Value was obtained by Leucaena leucocephala and Elephantopus scaber (1.6), while the Plant Part Value analysis indicated that leaves were the most frequently utilized plant part (40%). The developed e-booklet achieved an average validation score of 88.55%, indicating that it is highly valid and suitable for use as a learning resource.
