Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan risiko bencana tinggi akibat terletak di jalur cincin api, memerlukan program peningkatan kesadaran bencana, terutama di daerah rawan seperti Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Kegiatan pembinaan dan sosialisasi kewaspadaan bencana di SMP Negeri 2 Meureubo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi bencana. Metode yang digunakan mencakup perencanaan, sosialisasi interaktif, simulasi evakuasi, dan evaluasi untuk menilai pemahaman siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang ancaman bencana dan keterampilan mitigasi yang signifikan. Antusiasme siswa dalam berpartisipasi dan dukungan aktif dari guru turut memperkuat proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berpotensi menciptakan dampak luas bagi komunitas dengan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya kesiapsiagaan bencana. Program ini tidak hanya membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan praktis, tetapi juga mendorong terbentuknya budaya kesiapsiagaan bencana di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan serat pisang abaka (Musa textilis) terhadap kekuatan tekan dan workability beton. Penggunaan serat abaka sebagai bahan penguat alami menawarkan potensi yang ramah lingkungan dalam memperbaiki sifat mekanis beton, terutama pada distribusi beban internal dan peningkatan ketahanan terhadap retakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi proporsi serat abaka sebesar 0%, 0,65%, 1,45%, dan 2,45%, dengan uji kekuatan tekan dilakukan pada umur 7 dan 28 hari menggunakan mesin Universal Testing Machine (UTM), serta pengujian workability melalui uji slump. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat abaka sebesar 0,65% memberikan hasil yang optimal, dengan peningkatan kekuatan tekan beton yang signifikan. Pada umur 7 hari, beton dengan proporsi 0,65% serat abaka menunjukkan kekuatan tekan 13,01 MPa, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan beton normal tanpa serat yang hanya mencapai 12,53 MPa. Sementara itu, pada umur 28 hari, kekuatan tekan beton dengan 0,65% serat meningkat menjadi 18,59 MPa, dibandingkan beton tanpa serat yang hanya mencapai 16,50 MPa. Namun, pada proporsi serat yang lebih tinggi, yaitu 1,45% dan 2,45%, terjadi penurunan kekuatan tekan, masing-masing menjadi 14,54 MPa dan 13,79 MPa pada umur 28 hari. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat abaka yang berlebihan dapat menurunkan homogenitas campuran dan mengurangi kekuatan tekan beton. Selain itu, penambahan serat abaka juga memengaruhi workability, yang ditunjukkan oleh penurunan nilai slump. Beton tanpa serat memiliki nilai slump sebesar 9,40 cm, sementara pada proporsi 0,65%, nilai slump turun menjadi 8,20 cm, dan semakin menurun pada proporsi 1,45% dan 2,45%, masing-masing menjadi 7,80 cm dan 7,60 cm. Penurunan slump ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat meningkatkan viskositas campuran beton, membuatnya lebih kaku dan sulit dikerjakan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proporsi optimal serat abaka dalam campuran beton adalah 0,65%, di mana kekuatan tekan meningkat secara signifikan tanpa mengorbankan workability secara berlebihan. Proporsi serat yang lebih tinggi cenderung menurunkan kekuatan tekan dan membuat beton lebih sulit untuk diolah, sehingga penambahan serat abaka dalam beton perlu dibatasi untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal dalam aplikasi praktis.

Abstract

Concrete is part of a construction formed by a mixture of cement, water, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate either crushed stone or gravel and other mixed materials. Fiber concrete is concrete whose method of manufacture is added with fiber, both man-made fiber and natural fiber such as palm fruit bunches. The addition of palm fruit bunches to the concrete mix is ​​expected to increase the compressive strength of concrete. The percentage of addition of palm marks is 6%, 8% and 11% by weight of cement with FAS 0.35. The test object used was a cube (15 x 15 x 15) cm with a total of 12 test objects for 7 days of age and 12 test objects for 28 days of age. The results of the 7-day average compressive strength test for BTTS were 310.76 kg/cm2, BDTS (6%) were 260.23 kg/cm2, BDTS (8%) were 237.83 kg/cm2 and BDTS (11%) were 244.67 kg/cm2. cm2. Testing the compressive strength at an average age of 28 days obtained results for BTTS of 342.20 kg/cm2, BDTS (6%) of 294/18 kg/cm2, BDTS (8%) of 269.42 kg/cm2 and BDTS (11%) of 279.72 kg/cm2. From the results of the compressive strength test, the average test age of 7 days and 28 days shows that the addition of palm fiber can reduce the compressive strength of concrete in all variations, namely 6%, 8% and 11%.

Abstract

Admixture is an additional ingredient in concrete that is added when mixing concrete takes place in the hope of changing the properties of concrete to make it more suitable for a particular job. In this study, the material used was Sikacrete W with a percentage of 0%, 13% and 16% by weight of cement. The specimens used were cylinders (15 x 30) cm of 12 specimens for each FAS. FAS variations in this study included 0.35, 0.40 and 0.50 with a test age of 28 days. The results of this study, for FAS 0.35 the average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA was 280.24 kg/cm2, STATPDA was 110.38 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 244.00 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 256.89 kg/cm2. FAS 0.40 average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA is 272.09 kg/cm2, STATPDA is 94.37 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 237.18 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 249.18 kg/cm2. FAS 0.50 average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA was 238.83 kg/cm2, STATPDA was 74.05 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 192.22 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 202.23 kg/cm2. These results indicate that there is an influence on FAS variations in concrete casting in brackish water with the addition of admixture.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu proyek dilihat dari keuntungan yang didapatkan dan kecepatan dalam menyelesaikan proyek tersebut, sehingga faktor pemilihan alat berat sangat penting dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek. Biaya penggunaan alat berat yang tinggi, berpengaruh pada konstribusi alat berat terhadap pelaksanaan proyek maka permasalahan yang timbul pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya dan waktu penggunaan salah satu alat berat, yaitu excavator. Permasalahan diatas mendasari penelitian ini untuk mencari durasi penggunaan alat berat excavator dengan metode barchart untuk mengetahui berapa lama durasi penggunaannya dan selanjutnya menghitung biaya penyusutan (depresiasi) alat berat dengan menggunakan metode garis lurus untuk mengetahui nilai sisa alat setelah pemakaian alat dan yang terakhir untuk menghitung biaya penggunaan alat berat menggunakan Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (ASHP). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerjaan timbunan pilihan pada proyek peningkatan jalan alun-alun suka makmue - jalan lingkar timur ibu kota tahap II kabupaten Nagan Raya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode barchart maka diperoleh waktu penggunaan alat berat pada pekerjaan timbunan pilihan adalah excavator 36 hari. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan depresiasi alat berat mengalami penurunan nilai asetnya adalah excavator tipe hitachi Rp.136.000.000/tahun, excavator tipe komathatsu Rp.53.000.000/tahun, dan terakhir hasil mehitung biaya sewa penggunaan alat berat adalah excavator tipe hitachi sebesar Rp.365.300/hari, excavator tipe komathatsu sebesar Rp.409.400.,00/hari. Kesimpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah pengunaan alat berat yang optimal dapat mengghemat penggunaan biaya sewa alat berat.Kata kunci : Alat berat, Durasi, DepresiasiThe success of a project is seen from the benefits obtained and the speed in completing the project, so that the selection factor of heavy equipment is very important in the success of a project. The cost of using heavy equipment is high, affecting the contribution of heavy equipment to the implementation of the project, the problems that arise in this study aim to analyze the cost and time of use of one of the heavy equipment, namely an excavator. The above problems underlie this study to find the duration of the use of excavator heavy equipment with the barchart method to determine how long the duration of use and then calculate the depreciation of heavy equipment using the straight-line method to determine the remaining value of the tool after use of the tool and the last to calculate the cost heavy equipment use using Job Unit Price Analysis (ASHP). This research was carried out on selected heap work on a road improvement project in the town square like makmue - the eastern ring road of the second stage capital of Nagan Raya district. Based on the results of calculations using the barchart method, it is obtained the time of heavy equipment usage on the selected pile job is 36 days excavator. Furthermore, the calculation of the depreciation of heavy equipment experienced a decrease in the value of its assets are hitachi type excavators Rp. 136,000,000 / year, komathatsu type excavators Rp. 53,000,000 / year, and finally the result of calculating the rental cost of heavy equipment is hitachi type excavators Rp.365,300 / day, komathatsu type excavators of Rp. 409,400 .00 / day. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the optimal use of heavy equipment can save the use of heavy equipment rental costs.Keywords: Heavy equipment, Duration, Depreciation

Abstract

Many Indonesian people do not know that Moringa leaves can be used and used as an innovative management of food and beverage products that are beneficial to the body. Seeing the potential produced from Moringa leaf plants as a product management material, it can be used as an effort to increase the income of local communities through community creativity development programs. With this program activity, it is hoped that it can improve the skills of the people of Srengsem Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this Proker, apart from increasing community creativity, also introduces the basics of MSME and provides product innovation to the people of the Srengsem area, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung. The importance of MSME is the motivation for holding product innovation introduction activities through our work program, namely the development of community creativity towards Moringa leaves as food and beverage product innovations. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are businesses run by individuals, households, or small business entities. The writing method used in collecting data is by using direct observation in Srengsem village, Panjang district, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Global crises, particularly the climate crises, highlight the urgent need for educational approaches that cultivate environmental responsibility. The aim of this study is to explore how educators in Landak Region, West Kalimantan, perceive the importance, adequacy, barriers, and success factors of Environment-Based Character Education (EBCE). A questionnaire-based survey was conducted, combining closed and open-ended items, and data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, thematic coding, t tests, chi-square tests, and Spearman correlations. The results show that concern about the climate crises is consistently high across demographic groups, yet EBCE integration into school practice remains fragmented and limited. Barriers include insufficient teacher training, lack of resources, and weak institutional support, while success factors include project-based learning, digital tools, cross-subject integration, and community collaboration. The findings imply that EBCE holds considerable potential for strengthening sustainable education if supported by coherent policies, institutional commitment, and investment in teacher capacity. The study improves existing knowledge by linking local cultural strengths with national frameworks and by offering evidence-based insights for more effective EBCE implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of understanding tax regulations on taxpayer compliance at the Cilegon Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Cilegon). This research is motivated by the importance of improving taxpayer compliance to optimize state revenue, with the level of understanding of tax regulations identified as a key influencing factor. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 registered individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Cilegon. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and t-tests, processed with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that understanding tax regulations has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The t-value was 7.710, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.001, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.506 shows that understanding of tax regulations explains 50.6% of the variation in taxpayer compliance, while the remaining 49.4% is explained by other factors not included in this study. These findings confirm that the higher a taxpayer’s understanding of tax regulations, the higher their compliance in fulfilling tax obligations.

Abstract

Heavy equipment plays an important role in construction work, especially road construction work. The advantage of using heavy equipment is that it can get the job done faster. Improper use of heavy equipment will cause losses, so an analysis of operational costs is very necessary. Accurate and complete calculation of heavy equipment operational costs will help companies to make decisions, especially from a financial perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the operating costs of heavy equipment, and to know the proper and proper handling of heavy equipment. Cost analysis on heavy equipment is expected to provide benefits to be able to plan heavy equipment management in a coordinated, effective and sustainable manner. This research was conducted on the project Peningkatan Jalan Alun-Alun Suka Makmue-Jalan Lingkar Timur Ibu Kota Tahap II which is located in the district Nagan Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to describe problem solving based on data that will be obtained in the field. This research was conducted on four types of heavy equipment, namely excavators, motor graders, vibrator rollers and water tanker trucks. The results of the calculation of the operational cost analysis of excavator heavy equipment Rp. 738,617 per hour, motor grader Rp. 572,401 per hour, vibrator roller Rp. 499,735 per hour and water tanker truck Rp. 348,859 per hour. From the results obtained, it shows that for heavy equipment excavators and motor graders there has not been a return on capital, while for heavy equipment vibrator rollers and water tankers there has been a return on capital. So for heavy equipment, vibrator rollers and water tanker trucks, it is feasible to replace them with new tools

Abstract

Simpang Empat Jeuram Nagan Raya is often mentioned by local people as “Simpang Peut” is the main route of the city's arterial road serving traffic movement between districts or between provinces, which is located in Kuala District, Nagan Raya Regency. The intersection has four arms, serving the flow of 4 lanes of the main road with a median and 2 lanes of minor roads connecting the route for offices, residential residents, trade and as a route to the city center. The problem that is raised and also the purpose of research is how the performance of the intersection to traffic volume occurs in the four arms and distinguishes the difference between the current calculation and previous research. The limitations of the discussion are the research location at Simpang Empat Jeuram, the performance of the intersection based on the 1993 HCM method, side barriers and not predicting previous research. Based on the results, the current volume is 3,310 pcu/hour with a composition of 2,789 pcu/hour. The capacity of 4,009 pcu/hour is above the existing volume which is categorized as not jammed or not saturated. Side barriers 1,328 events are categorized as commercial areas and roadside market activity is very high. The degree of saturation is 0.70 < DS (DS < 0.80 - 0.90) with an average delay of 7.95 seconds/pcu and a queue length of 40% - 20% with a service level D where the current is unstable and sometimes has to slow down the speed of 43 km/hour. Previous research has shown significant results, because the increase in vehicles has continued to increase by 75% in the last 3 years.
