Discipline is one of the characters that must be taught to students because discipline will become the character of students until they grow up. The Covid-19 pandemic requires educational institutions to limit their learning activities and turn them into online learning and makes interaction between teachers and students limited so that there is a decrease in student learning discipline, therefore teachers must determine the right strategy so that learning can run well. This study aims to explain how the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student learning discipline through expository learning at SMP Negeri 2 Turen using a qualitative approach and the type of case study research. The conclusion of this study shows that the causes of students' lack of discipline in Islamic religious learning are due to online learning, misuse of mobile phones, and lack of awareness of discipline among school members. The strategy used by Islamic religious education teachers is the use of expository learning when learning in class and the existence of routine worship activities outside the classroom. The result of applying expository learning in Islamic religious education learning is that student learning discipline increases, learning is more effective and students understand the subject matter better

The background of this research is to find some indicators of teachers' pedagogy and professionalism in performing their main teaching task, namely, teachers' understanding of learning strategies and PAI teachers' motivation to learn. improve personal quality. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The method used in this study uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to collect data through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data presented in descriptive form. Verification of the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and technical triangulation. The conclusions of this study indicate that: The design to increase the pedagogical competence and professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers in Global Islamic Schools, namely: 1) for pedagogical competence and teaching professionalism in Global Islamic Schools is quite good and is in accordance with the government recommendations 2) to organize the improvement of the pedagogical competence and professionalism of the principal has quite an important role, such as MGMP 3) the evaluation of the increase of the pedagogical competence and professionalism of the main teacher forms a team of assessment coordinators, the team is formed to find out to what extent the teacher's skills are.

The development of morality in Islam is a very important process in life, whether it is within the scope of the family or the wider community in general. This is the background for carrying out descriptive research on what morality is, what things can accelerate a teacher in fostering the morals of students, and what things can hinder a teacher from fostering the morals of students at SMPI Darussa'adah Poncokusumo . This research began on May 10-14, 2021. The research in a subject is the teacher, especially PAI teachers, and student. This study uses qualitative research techniques in order to understand what phenomena are the research subject are experienced. The result of the research include: 1) the moral condition of the students, 2) the causal factors that influence the development of morality, 3) the solution of the PAI teacher in dealing with the causes of the failure to foster the morals of the students. Gender differences will not actually be a problem if it does not give birth to a form of gender inequality. But in reality, these differences give birth to many forms of gender inequality. Education is an important component. Where in its activities is a process of internalizing knowledge and intellectual values. Fatima Mernissi is one of the Islamic feminists fighting for gender equality, and Muhammad Quraish Shihab is one of the writers on gender equality. Both are figures who both disagree with the justification of acts of gender injustice on the pretext of religion. This study is a literature review. The type of research is critical analysis using a library research approach. The method used is a documentation study, while the data analysis study uses content analysis and comparison. The results of the comparison of the thoughts of the two figures are: before God, men and women have the same position, the only difference is their piety (spiritual). This study aims to see how the implementation of religious program in makes the value of disciplinary characters in students in SMP Islam Wajak Kkabupaten Malang. The problem is that many children today less have the attitude of discipline, so that teachers make religious activities in schools as the effert to make students with disciplined personalities. Data sources were obtained from school principals, PAI teachers, and islamic high school students. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research, where the documents based on observations, interviews and documentation, analyzed with reduction documents, presentation documents, makes a conclusions and verifying conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of religious rograms is very important to make disciplined personalities by interacting between teachers and students and supervision of both parents.

This study aims to find out how character education is fostered through the TahfidzulQur'an Program at MA Mu'allimat Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitativemethods with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation,and interviews. The data collection techniques from this study are data reduction, datapresentation, and data verification. The results of this study explain that 1) Charactereducation development through the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program at MA Mu'allimatMalang is carried using of assistance by educators and through exemplary principles.2) Character education developed in the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program is packaged in theform of smoothing the reading, memorization and applying the Qur'an in everyday life.The inhibiting factors of the process of fostering character education through theTahfidzul Qur'an Program at MA Mu'allimat Malang are low self-awareness ofstudents and the influence of the environment or peers.

Moral is an important thing in building a good human personality. The description of someone’s inner condition is the nature of morals. However, people today pay little attention in implementing moral values in their daily life. From the book entitled “Saleh Ritual Saleh Sosial” tells about the life of society today which is ac ondition where they know about themselves and their God but their caring for others decreases. The action in worship is just a meaningless action due to reach maqam muttaqi must include ritual and social piety. So that the worship value to Allah has a positive influence on human moral values for the survival of society.

This article aims to apply The Microsoft Teams application in online learning of Islamic Religious Education class VII Brawijaya Smart School Malang. Data from this study was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the application of Microsoft Teams facing the implementation of online learning, the application can be one of the learning process applications for teachers and students, and facilitate students in meetings, material delivery, and assignments until the collection of assignments. As for teachers also facilitate in the delivery of materials to students.supporting factors and inhibitions of the application students do not donate too much application because the application is enough to facilitate teachers and students, and obstacles for students that is kuranya support from parents to learning during home. Al-Qur’an learning is currently being pursued through formal (school), informal (family), and non-formal (community) education. On the formal path, namely at school, the Qur’an has become a sub-subject in the Islamic Religious. Education curriculum. The development of reading and writing the Qur’an is very broad and varied, but today’s young generation has limitations in science especially reading and writing the Al-Qur’an. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to read the Qur’an of students at MTs Tarbiyah Muballighin al-Islamiyah Pujon is carried out before learning in the classroom by getting used to the dhuha prayer first. The tilawati method on fluency in reading the Koran properly and correctly, students also know the laws of tajwid the basics of religion. And students can also memorize verses of the Qur’an, memorize selected players for everyday life. And knowing makhorijul lettes, and reading Ghorib.
