Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan dokumen akademik, Universitas Mikroskil menghadapi tantangan dalam proses manual pengelolaan Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI). Proses ini sering kali menyebabkan penumpukan dokumen bagi prodi saat menyimpan data SKPI mahasiswa, keterlambatan pengiriman berkas SKPI yang dilakukan antara mahasiswa ke prodi, lalu prodi mengirim lagi ke BAAU, dan kesalahan data pada saat mahasiswa memasukan data SKPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung pelaporan SKPI secara otomatis dan efektif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking, sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan mahasiswa, prodi, dan BAAU dalam mengelola data SKPI. Hasil dari sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta pengalaman pengguna dalam proses pengajuan SKPI. Selain itu, sistem ini diharapkan mampu mendukung peningkatan daya saing lulusan Universitas Mikroskil di dunia kerja.

Abstract

Retinitis pigmentosa is a hereditary retinal neurodegenerative disease with the classic presentation of night blindness (nyctalopia), with gradual degeneration of vision until blindness). This study aims to analyze a clinical case of retinitis pigmentosa (RP) in an 11-year-old female with primary symptoms of nyctalopia, progressing visual impairment, and distinctive retinal pigmentation changes identified during funduscopy. RP is a hereditary retinal degenerative condition that commonly presents as night blindness, progressing to severe vision loss or blindness. In this case, a comprehensive physical and ophthalmic examination revealed decreased visual acuity, refractive errors, and vascular attenuation, characteristic of RP, without systemic abnormalities or familial history, classifying it as a sporadic case. Given that RP is typically inherited in autosomal dominant, autosomal recessive, or X-linked patterns, sporadic cases are rarer and require careful diagnosis. This study underscores the importance of thorough ocular assessments, particularly fundus examinations, in identifying early retinal changes in RP, as well as the challenges in diagnosis without a family history. The findings emphasize that, while RP is primarily ocular, extraocular manifestations in syndromic forms also exist. RP remains a major cause of blindness worldwide, and while emerging treatments—such as gene therapy and retinal implants—offer new potential, a standardized management protocol is yet to be established. This study advocates for continued research into targeted therapeutic options to improve outcomes and quality of life for RP patients, and highlights the need for early diagnosis and ongoing monitoring to manage disease progression effectively.

Abstract

The analysis focuses on three key dimensions: the institutional authority of the Prosecutor’s Office in conducting investigations, prosecutions, and asset recovery; the juridical and statistical indicators that reflect the institution’s performance; and the legal factors that support or hinder the Prosecutor’s Office in managing complex corruption cases in the natural resources sector. The findings reveal that the centralized and integrated structure of the Prosecutor’s Office provides a strong legal foundation for exercising investigative and prosecutorial powers in corruption cases. Quantitatively, the increase in the number of investigations, the identification of key actors, and measurable progress in state-loss recovery signify an improving level of institutional effectiveness. However, several challenges persist, including regulatory gaps in calculating state losses in extractive industries, the complexity of criminal networks, and evidentiary barriers related to proving unlawful conduct and state financial loss. In the area of asset recovery, the Prosecutor’s Office demonstrates substantial legal authority, yet limitations in cross-jurisdictional asset tracing and administrative land verification remain obstacles. The study concludes that regulatory reform, enhanced institutional capacity, and strengthened data and forensic technology support are essential to improve the Prosecutor’s Office’s effectiveness in resolving the tin corruption case and maximizing state recovery.

Abstract

PT Solusi Multi Media atau lebih dikenal sebagai Q-Rent, adalah sebuah perusahaan penyewaan alat multimedia, saat ini menghadapi kendala pada aspek antarmuka (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) website mereka. Beberapa masalah utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan informasi, absennya fitur pemesanan, serta tampilan yang tidak responsif. Untuk mengatasinya, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Design Thinking melalui lima tahapan: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) menunjukkan peningkatan skor yang signifikan, di mana seluruh indikator bergeser dari kategori negatif ke kategori positif dengan predikat Good hingga Excellent. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa rancangan baru berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi, keandalan, dan kepuasan pengguna.
