Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

On the process of implementation thesis. Determine of examiner, the schedule of thesis proposal session, and thesis session, there are part of the process of the thesis. The problem at there first, the schedule of the thesis proposal session and then thesis session. There are really complicated, we need to get the match the schedule of the determine examiner and lecturer. This is the main problem, determine of examiner, this is must refer to Keputusan Menteri Negara Koordinator Bidang Pengawasan Pembangunan dan Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor: 38/KEP/MK.WASPAN/8.To meet the ideal, it will be made an application condition which the determination of the examiners using the weighted product method to conform the regulation. Likewise with scheduling, which produces an alternative schedule thesis proposal session and thesis session for students who ask a thesis proposal session and thesis session.Based on results of making the application, the conclusion can be taken that the application to generate alternative examiners and scheduling of thesis proposal session and thesis session Keyword : Thesis, Weighted Product Method, Stikom Surabaya

Abstract

AMSI is engaged in the field of plastic recycling business located in Surabaya. AMSI serves more than one hundred shoppers scattered inside and outside the country. Still don't have AMSI mechanism in the process of evaluation, which is the production cost analysis calculations. Model of analysis appropriate for current analysis of three difference raw material cost, the analysis of difference for direct labor costs and analysis of four factory overhead costs for the difference. AMSI applications require can help conduct analysis and evaluation to control production costs. Application analysis and evaluation of the cost of production of the goods that can help make a difference in the cost analysis and providing reports to evaluate the production cost at AMSI.

Abstract

One of the main causes for low level filing of promotion on the functional position librarian at the Library and Archives of East Java Province is evidence record activites after activities have been carried out, haven’t been stored properly. So happen discrepancy between the evidence activites with activities that have been carried out, when needed in the calculation of credit score. Than problem and analysis of the librarian data that is available, they need applications that can store evidence of activities in accordance with the activities they have done. In additional they also need applications that can be used to plan  their activities beginning of each year as they have to achieve targets. While on the side of the official appraiser, needed an application that could be used to calculate the activity evidence of librarian accordance with ministerial decree number 9 in 2014  and accompanied the supervision of the official appraiser. The trial results of the application shows that the system is able to work according to function, such as: can be used to assist librarians in terms of storage and documentation of evidence of activities that have been carried out in accordance with the SKP that had been developed at the beginning of the period, can propose activities and displays the target the number of credits that must be achieved librarians, and can present the required reports related parties

Abstract

The selection of the supplier is a very important because it can affect performance in fulfilling the raw materials. Supplier selection process at PT Makmur Sentosa Alindo International (AMSI) is done only by checking the prices of goods at the cheapest per supplier and the availability of goods, so that the quality of raw materials and the accuracy of the number of orders that are not purchased in accordance with the desired. PT AMSI should be more careful in their purchases of raw materials. PT AMSI require additional criteria such as the accuracy of the number of orders and the quality of raw materials in the raw material supplier selection thus obtained as expected. PT AMSI requires a decision support system that generates suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria condition or expected. Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) is a method of decision-making by many criteria. With the supplier selection decision support system capable of generating suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria desired condition.

Abstract

The low quality of the chocolate in Indonesia is because the cocoa plantations in Indonesia are always threatened by pests and plant diseases. Insect pest species whose numbers are greatest for cocoa crop in Indonesia for more than 130 species. This resulted in a lot of brown plants that could have been saved to die and decrease the quality of the chocolate. If this is allowed to continue, then it will impact on the level of productivity of the cocoa plant.Based on the above, the cocoa plantations requires an expert system which can provide information about diseases that attack plants brown and provide solutions to deal with the disease. This expert system application aims to help growers determine the type of chocolate for the disease being attacked by the brown plant disease symptoms are visible and also with the application of expert system, can generate solutions to deal with brown plants are diseased, so many chocolate plant are saved and it can increase production and also quality.Application of expert systems with rule-based system using forward chaining methods to help the cocoa plantations in order to know the type of disease that is attacking the brown plant based on the symptoms of the disease are seen.Keyword: Technology, forward chaining, Expert, Chocolate

Abstract

Supplier selection is one important aspect that ensures smooth operations of firms, as well as in Derry Auto Service (DAS). Customers complained that the vehicle has been repaired similar damage after a few months of use because of the quality of the spare part is not replaced either. This happens because DAS just judging by the supplier selection criteria on the price of the cheapest goods. To improve the supplier selection process, DAS requires a decision support system that can process a variety of criteria that is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). With the supplier selection decision support system is expected to produce recommendations supplier selection results. Results of experiments performed on supplier selection decision support system generates a maximum of 15 criteria and 15 intensity rating. In addition, the application also generates a report on the current best suppliers Kusuma Indah Motor with brand criteria, price, quality, and speed of delivery that produces 0.58  priority value for Shell Helix HX 5 and 1 priority value for Shell Helix HX 7.

Abstract

Abstract:One of the main causes for high rates land degradation and low productivity in farmer’s oil palm plantation is diseases which attack farmer’s plantation. In addition, lack of farmer’s knowledge about this oil palm’s diseases becomes a major problem for farmers who want to take control of the diseases. Furthermore, there is limitation of agriculture expert the area, since their location is in rural area. The tardiness of this disease control can lead to farmer’s oil palm plantation damage and even died. From this farmer’s lack of knowledge about how to diagnose the disease and limitation of agriculture expert, in this paper we develop an expert system for diagnosing diseases in oil palm plantation by utilizing the certainty factor (CF) method. This expert system will diagnose based on the symptoms that mentioned by the farmers. From every symptom will be adapted with the existing rules and combined with CF rule point from every symptom. Hereinafter, system will gives diagnose result and procedure how to control oil palm’s disease. Result from this expert system shows that the system is able to diagnose the type of oil palm’s disease with 91,7% accuracy. This result was acquired based on farmer’s diagnose answer and compared by diagnose result that be done by oil palm specialists for 12 cases. Moreover, the system also produces advices how to control the disease for farmer based on type of the diseases.
