Abstract

 Language is a self-reflection. The more polite the language is used, reflects politely in thought and action. However, polite and polite language in action is not easy to apply, especially for those who are still at an early age. This is also supported by the abundance of language use in the educational environment. The habit of using polite language should start early and need the maximum support from various environments, including the educational environment. The community service activities are done by growing the language-friendly culture in the school by doing counseling.The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and understanding of the citizens of the school importance of language politeness. By using polite language, the learning climate in the school will be conducive to focus on the learning objectives, one of which is character education. This activity is a problem solving as well as an alternative to create a peaceful learning environment and support teaching and learning activities. The characters that can be trained with the use of polite language are faithful and devoted, tolerance, love the homeland, discipline, cooperation, solidarity, honesty, exemplary, and love the truth.  Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter; Kesantunan Berbahasa.

Abstract

Pasien post operasi sectio caesarea (SC) dengan anestesi spinal sering mengalami nyeri pascaoperasi yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas tidur. Nyeri yang tidak tertangani dengan baik dapat meningkatkan risiko gangguan tidur, yang pada akhirnya memperlambat proses pemulihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien post operasi sectio caesarea dengan anestesi spinal di RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi dan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 81 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur nyeri adalah Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), sedangkan kualitas tidur diukur dengan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden mengalami nyeri sedang hingga berat dan memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas tidur (p-value < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien post operasi sectio caesarea dengan anestesi spinal. Penatalaksanaan nyeri yang optimal diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien pasca operasi.

Abstract

The ability of a teacher to understand his or her competence greatly determines the success of his students, because students will develop if the teachers are able to develop themselves by increasing their professionalism. This research method used a quantitative approach with a sample of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Falah Depok. The results of this study indicate that there is no positive and significant influence both activities to increase teacher professionalism and learning evaluation techniques on teacher performance at the Mifathul Falah Sawangan school, Depok.
