Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Puskesmas Tambusai Utara dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dan untuk mengetahui apakah keterlibatan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive dan explanatory survey, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Struktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada UPTD Puskesmas Tambusai Utara kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan kerja.

Abstract

The investigation of family control in enterprises and gender diversity has emerged as a compelling area of study in several nations, such as Indonesia. This research study aims to understand how leverage and tangibility mediate between family control, gender diversity on profitability, and sales growth; using PLS-SEM tools, this quantitative investigation involved 942 companies listed on IDX from the 2019-2021 period for analysis. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method. The results showed that leverage and tangibility could not significantly mediate between family control, female directors on profitability, and sales growth. These results have implications for owners, management, and directors in that supervisory board characteristics, such as heterogeneity and family control, can influence debt and asset policies and help improve company performance. Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to discover more about the relationship between shared leadership and employees’ creativity. Background Problems: The main question of this research is whether shared leadership enhances employees' creativity via meaningful at a workplace. Novelty: Empirical evidence that explains how shared leadership may enhance employees’ creativity in the Indonesian context, especially in Indonesian technology companies is unexplored. Thus, a study that discovers such a mechanism is still needed. Research Methods: This study collected surveys with these employees by utilizing the convenience random sampling technique and utilizing PLS analysis to test hypotheses. Finding/Results: This study reveals that shared leadership affects employees’ creativity. Furthermore, the study finding also explains that meaning at the workplace mediates the link between shared leadership and employees’ creativity. Conclusion: The study finding provides an additional contribution, namely the importance of the shared leadership function in shaping positive employee behavior in the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Evaluasi Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran Berdasarkan Indikator Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau. dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam Evaluasi Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran Berdasarkan Indikator Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Studi pustaka adalah kegiatan membaca dan menulis untuk mengumpulkan data, kemudian data tersebut diolah sebagai bahan dalam penelitian. Adapun metode mengumpulkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan membaca beberapa karya ilmiah, seperti jurnal, text book, dan berbagai dokumen yang dianggap relevan. Kemudian data tersebut ditelaah, dianalisis, bahkan dikomparasikan, kemudian disimpulkan dan ditulis dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perencanaan anggaran dengan pencapaian 68,97% dalam kategori baik, kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran dengan pencapaian 78,51% dalam kategor baik, kinerja pertanggungjawaban mencapai 68,73% dalam kategori baik, kinerja Evaluasi anggaran mencapai 65,72% dalam kategor baik dan kinerja Akuntabilitas Aparatur Pemerintah sebesar mencapai 70% dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai yang ada di Instansi Pemerintahan dengan tujuan yaitu : 1) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, 2) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja terhadap Kreativitas Individu, 3) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment, 4) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Affective Commitment terhadap Kreativitas Individu, 5) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Kreativitas Individu, 6) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Keterikatan Kerja melalui Kreativitas Individu, dan 7) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment melalui Kreativitas Individu. Populasi Adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dan Non Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Jumlah Populasi Dalam Penelitian Ini sebanyak 350 Orang. Analisis data menggunakan Data Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS versi 5.0. Hasil analisis membuktikan : 1) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, 2) Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Individu. 3) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment, 4) Affective Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Individu dan 5) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Individu 6) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja melalui Kreativitas Individu 7) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment melalui Kreativitas Individu.

Abstract

Proper knowledge and understanding of the handling of criminal acts based on restorative justice play an important role in the implementation of restorative justice activities in police institutions by investigators and assistant investigators. This service aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of investigators and support investigators regarding the handling of criminal acts based on restorative justice. In particular, this service conducts training on the mechanisms for implementing restorative justice by investigators and assistant investigators at police institutions. From the results of the posttest, it can be seen that there has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of investigators and assistant investigators regarding the handling of criminal acts based on restorative justice based on the Chief of Police Regulation No. 8 (2021).

Abstract

BSKM is a social institution in the community which was formed with the aim of providing death care services to the Muslim community. Currently, the membership and financial data management system at BSKM is still running using a manual and non-computerized system. This community service is carried out to resolve these problems. Specifically, this community service is conducting web-based information system development that help the partner institution at managing financial data. Based on the results, the process of managing membership and financial data at the partner institution becomes more effective and efficient compared to the current process. Apart from that, institutional administrators also are greatly helped by this financial information system that has been developed.

Abstract

Understanding the philosophical assumptions in social research, whether “positivist” or “interpretive,” is crucial as these foundations shape the way researchers approach, design, and conduct their studies, impacting every aspect from the selection of research design to the interpretation of findings. This community service activity (PKM) focused on enhancing young researchers' understanding of “positivist social science” (PSS) assumptions in selecting quantitative research designs at PTN XYZ, a public university in Riau Province. Discussions with a faculty leader revealed difficulties in publishing quantitative research in reputable international journals, primarily due to a lack of understanding of these philosophical assumptions. To address this, the PKM team organized online training for 18 researchers, covering key topics such as the philosophical foundations of science, PSS approaches in social science, reasons for the acceptance or rejection of research reports by the scientific community, and the research process in quantitative design. The effectiveness of the training was evaluated using a pretest-posttest approach, with initial findings showing only 5% of participants correctly understood the reasons for using a quantitative design. However, post-training results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, ensuring the research contributes meaningfully and relevantly to the field. Abstract

Selecting research topics is a crucial step in scientific inquiry, especially for producing impactful studies. This community service program aimed to enhance researchers' understanding of five key criteria: relevance to grand challenges, contributions to academic discussions, engagement with the scientific community, broad scope, and practical value. Conducted at a state university (ABC University [anonymous]) in the Riau Islands, the workshop involved 11 priority researchers. Pretest and posttest evaluations showed significant improvement in participants’ understanding. This program highlights the importance of targeted training in helping researchers address editorial challenges and achieve higher acceptance rates in reputable journals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher voice propionality and Islamic work ethics on teacher performance with organizational commitment. The location of this research was carried out in three Madrasyah Aliyah (MA) schools in the Tembilahan area, namely M.A Sabilal Muhtadin, M.A Pondok Pesatren Tunas Harapan (PPTH), M.A Nurul Jihad, M.A Miftahul Huda, M.A Jami'atul Islamiyah and M.A Negeri Tembilahan. The population in this study is all Madrasyah Aliyah (MA) teachers in the Tembilahan area, namely M.A Sabilal Muhtadin, M.A Pondok Pesatren Tunas Harapan (PPTH), M.A Nurul Jihad, M.A Miftahul Huda, M.A Jami'atul Islamiyah and M.A Negeri Tembilahan which totals 200 people. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample or census with the entire population as a sample. So the sample in this study is 200 Madrasyah Aliyah (MA) teachers in the Tembilahan area, namely M.A Sabilal Muhtadin, M.A Pondok Pesatren Tunas Harapan (PPTH), M.A Nurul Jihad, M.A Miftahul Huda, M.A Jami'atul Islamiyah and M.A Negeri Tembilahan. The data analysis technique in this study uses the equation Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM-PLS with Smart PLS Software. The PLS-SEM Outer Model analysis consists of Convergent Validity Test, Discrimination Validity Test, and Composite Reliability, while the Inner Mode consists of R-Square, and Goodness of Fit, then Path Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The result of this study is that the teacher's proportional "VOICE" behavior and Islamic work ethic do not have a significant direct influence on teacher performance. Both have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Meanwhile, the proportional "VOICE" behavior of teachers and Islamic work ethic also indirectly has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through increasing organizational commitment.
