<![CDATA[The academic quality of a tertiary institution cannot be separated from its success in organizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research and Community Service. Higher Education is required to continuously develop three advantages, namely excellence in education, research and community service related to the utilization and application of science, technology, and art (IPTEKS). This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and competence on the performance of permanent lecturers. The number of samples in this study were 63 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling uses a census technique, which is a sampling technique that is carried out on certain objectives and considerations. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In the analysis of multiple linear regression obtained equation is Y = 4.048 + 0.204X1 + 0.238X2. In addition to this it is also proven that the influence of Motivation on the Performance of Permanent Lecturers at the Bali International Tourism College is a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the existence of a probability value of less than 0.05 which is 0.04. While the influence of Competence on the Performance of Permanent Lecturers at the Bali International School of Tourism showed a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the existence of a probability value smaller than 0.05 which is 0.008. For the influence of motivation and competence on the performance of permanent lecturers at the Bali International Tourism College is 39.9%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the influence of communication on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. To find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. To find out how big the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. The sample used was 92 people, this study used a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis resulted in a regression equation model Y = 4.554 + 0.022X1 + 0.057X2. This study resulted in three conclusions, namely tthere is a partially positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. There is a partially positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance. The influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Coorperative is 42,8%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy carried out by cafe owners so that their customers remain loyal, especially during the Pandemic. The subjects of this research are 10 cafes in Surabaya . The informants in this study were cafe visitors aged over 17 years and cafe owners/managers. The analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative analysis . The results show that cafe customers in Surabaya are generally loyal, customer loyalty is reflected in recommending to others and doing word of mouth. Efforts that must be made by cafe owners are how to maintain customer loyalty. Strategies that can be done to maintain customer loyalty through several dimensions are providing satisfaction to customers, building customer trust, building emotional bonds andproviding good experiences to customers .]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh Universitas Triatma Mulya dengan melibatkan mitra masyarakat Desa Madangan, Kecamatan Petak, Kabupaten Gianyar, yang dilaksanakan karena minimnya pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan serta kurangnya penataan jogging track bagi kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS) Desa Madangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan pada daerahnya sendiri, sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman dan ramah bagi masyarakat umum yang berkunjung. Metode pelaksanaan yang kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan utamanya bagi POKDARWIS Desa Madangan, serta aksi lapangan dalam bentuk kerja bakti yang bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulus bagi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat Desa Madangan terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan peran aktif dan antusiasme POKDARWIS Desa Madangan dalam mengikuti kegiatan aksi lapangan guna meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. This study is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. The population used was 45 employees who were also used as research samples, namely 45 respondents. The test of this research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, T test and F test and standardized coefficient beta. The results show that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of 0.535 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, (2) communication has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of of 0.450 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05, (3) leadership and communication simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a calculated F value of 22.365 > F table of 3.22 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 , (4) leadership has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a standardized coefficient beta value of 0.454 > standardized coefficient beta communication of 0.380.]]>

<![CDATA[This research are focus to the product costs and marketing costs affects sales results from micro, small and medium enterprises in the field of feeding business specially in Bali. The type of data used is qualitative data on restaurants in South Kuta subdistrict, and quantitative data research by using survey method. Total of the population is 522 restaurants in South Kuta subdistrict and using purposive sampling to get 84 samples. Observation and questionnaires used to collect the primary and secondary data. The analytical tools used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesy tests. The result of this research that product costs and marketing costs simultaneously influential to sales results on restaurants in South Kuta subdistrict. The first t tests results by looking to the significance value (0,003< 0,05) show that product costs positive effect to sales results on restaurants in South Kuta subdistrict. The second t tests results have significance value (0,000<0,05) show that marketing costs positive effect to sales results on restaurants in South Kuta subdistrict.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh Universitas Triatma Mulya dengan melibatkan mitra dari desa Madangan, Petak – Gianyar. Tujuannya memberikan kemampuan bagi para pengelola POKDARWIS dalam menyusun rencana anggaran belanja (RAB) sehingga laporan yang dibuat menjadi lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan mengunakan Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) yaitu metode yang mengutamakan keterlibatan mitra dalam penggunaan suatu rangkaian system yang telah disusun dan disepakati penggunaanya, dimana rangkaian tersebut berfungsi untuk membuat model (prototype) yang lebih efektif. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra lebih mengerti dan memahami tentang penyusunan anggaran dan pengelolaaan keuangan berbasis excel. hal ini dapat diketahui hasil dari pretest rata rata skor 60 dan setelah diadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan skor postest sebesar 90 .diharapkan kegiatan PKM Sejenis dapat dilakukan kembali dengan mengembangkan desa wisata yang baik bagi wisatawan tetapi juga baik secara pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban keuangannya terhadap para stakeholder. Kata kunci: RAB; jogging track; POKDARWIS ABSTRACTThis community service activity was carried out by Triatma Mulya University by involving partners from the village of Madangan, Petak – Gianyar. The aim is to provide the ability for POKDARWIS managers to prepare a budget plan (RAB) so that reports are made more transparent and accountable. The method used in this community service program is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) Method, which is a method that prioritizes partner involvement in the use of a series of systems that have been prepared and agreed upon for use, where the series functions to create a more effective prototype. The results of this PKM show that partners understand and understand more about excel-based budgeting and financial management. this can be seen from the results of the pretest an average score of 60 and after training and mentoring the posttest score is 90. It is hoped that similar PKM activities can be carried out again by developing tourism villages that are good for tourists but also good in terms of reporting and financial accountability to stakeholders. <![CDATA[Based on the development of the IHSG chart, there is a downward phenomenon from 2019 to 2020, this is comparable to the effect of the Coronavirus pandemic that hit Indonesia, causing the composite stock price index (IHSG) to experience a significant decline in 2020. One Economic factors that can have an impact on IHSG movements are inflation, interest rates and world oil prices. The definition of the issue and the reason for this study is to decide the fractional impact of inflation, interest rates and world oil prices on the IHSG for the 2018-2021 periods. The population and samples in this review were 48 samples utilizing the saturation sampling method. The information of analysis method in this review is Multiple Linier Regressions. In view of the exploration results, it very well may be seen that the inflation variable have a..negative impact on IHSG, the interest rate variable have a positive impactt on IHSG and world oil prices have a positive impact on IHSG. The extent of the effect of inflation, interest rates and world oil prices on IHSG was 81.2%, the leftover 18.8% was affected by different elements outside the models.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance measurement is necessary to improve operations so that they can compete with other companies. This study aims to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility, capital structure and firm size on financial performance in the consumer goods industry listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia in the period 2018-2020. The population of this study is the Consumer Goods Industry Sector with 150 companies. Sampling by purposeful sampling method to obtain a total sample of 72 companies. The analytical technique used is the multiple linear regression test. supported by SPSS program, including classical hypothesis test, as well as partial test (t test) with significance level (α) = 5%. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of conservatism, investment opportunity set, and dividend payout ratio on earnings quality in LQ-45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The population in this study are all LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019-2020. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method so that the number of samples in this study were 34 companies. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with data analysis using multiple regression analysis processed with the SPSS 22 statistical program. The conclusions obtained are that the conservatism variable has a significant effect on the earnings quality of LQ-45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The investment opportunity set variable has a significant effect on the earnings quality of LQ-45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The dividend payout ratio variable has a significant effect on the earnings quality of LQ-45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period.]]>
