Abstract

This research aimed to show the influence of entrepreneurship learning, field work industry and entrepreneurship knowledge towards the readiness of doing an entreprenenur. This research use quantitative approach with expo-facto method. The number of population was 126 students at SMK Budi Mulia Pakisaji. The number of sampling was 65 students which is determined by using proportional random sampling. The technique of data collection was using questionnaire. Based on analysis result, it could be concluded; there was an influence of entrepreneurship learning, field work industry and entrepreneurship knowledge towards the readiness of doing an entreprenenur, simultaneously, there was an influence of entrepreneurship learning, field work industry and entrepreneurship knowledge towards the readiness of doing an entreprenenur and R² value amount 0,779% it means that the influence of doing entrepreneurship learning, field work industry and entrepreneurship knowledge amount 77% towards the readiness of doing an entrepreneur.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to reveal social media, parents' attention, and interest in learning about student learning outcomes. With the existence of good social media accompanied by the attention of good parents and good learning outcomes, it will improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of social media, parents' attention, and interest in learning towards the learning outcomes of social studies subjects for VII grade students of Ma'arif 02 Middle School Malang. This type of research uses ex-post facto research. The population in this study were students of class VII at Ma'arif 02 Islamic Junior High School in Malang, amounting to 320 students with a research sample of 79 students. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: There is the influence of social media, parents' attention, and interest in learning towards learning outcomes. The results of multiple regression analysis revealed that the F-count value was 9.572 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that social media (X1), parents' attention (X2), and interest in learning (X3) had a simultaneous or partial influence on learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

Student Cooperation is a forum for cooperation learning and practice in the field. Whether or not a cooperative grows depends on how many students are interested in becoming a member of Kopma Unikama. This study uses ex-post-facto with multiple linear regression analysis. research on knowledge about cooperatives, service quality, cooperative motivation. The focus of research on students of economic education year 2012-2016 as many as 213 students, sampling technique propotional random sampling with the number of samples of 53 students. Result of hypothesis test by using F test analysis result of significant influence together knowledge about cooperatives, service quality and cooperative motivation, to interest to become member of Kopma Unikama. R squere shows R2 which means variable x1, x2, x3 able to give contribution equal to 58,6% to variable Y, rest 41,4% influenced by other factors. This research can develop and grow the soul to cooperate through student cooperatives and add insight, organizational experience and advance the Indonesian Cooperation.

Abstract

Needs are not limited demands to always think rationally to consume. This study discusses: (1) The indirect effect of self-concept to consumer behavior of students with the knowledge of microeconomic theory as an intervening variable, (2) The indirect effect peer environment to consumer behavior of students with the knowledge of microeconomic theory as an intervening variable, (3) the indirect effect of parents income to consumer behavior of students with the knowledge of microeconomic theory as an intervening variable. Research conducted at the University of Kanjuruhan Malang with subject 160 economic education students generation in 2013 – 2015 and sampling using proportional random sampling method was 48 students. The instrument use questionnaire. The result showed that there is an indirect effect between self-concept to consumer behavior (-0.054) with knowledge of economic theory as an intervening variable. Peer environment has indirect influence to consumer behavior (-0.319) with knowledge of economic theory as an intervening variable. While the parents income has a direct influence to consumer behavior at 0.239

Abstract

The objective of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy is to encourage students to master various fields of knowledge with their fields of expertise. This policy provides an opportunity for students to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but also able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. It is said to be analytical because in this research the point is to understand the extent to which the implementation of the Triple Helix Of Economic Education is integrated with the SDGs in the context of MBKM. The population in this study were all students of economic education at the Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang who had implemented MBKM, Economic Education Lecturers, Practitioners from the Economics MGMP Teacher Malang City and the Buring Village Government, Kedungkandang District as partners. From the results of the research that has been done, namely the implementation of the Triple Helix in the Economic Education Study Program that is integrated in a sustainable manner in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Context (MBKM), the results are quite satisfactory from the point of view of academics (lecturers), practitioners, and government institutions.

Abstract

Mangrove berfungsi sangat strategis dalam menciptakan ekosistem pantai yang layak untuk kehidupan organisme air dan darat. Mangrove memiliki fungsi fisik dan biologis, dan nilai ekonomi yang sangat tinggi. Fungsi fisik mangrove adalah untuk menahan abrasi pesisir, menjaga garis pantai dan limbah filter. Fungsi ekologi mangrove adalah sebagai ikan, kepiting dan bertelur terestrial. Sementara itu, mangrove ekonomi memiliki nilai ekonomi yang sangat tinggi. Jenis mangrove jeruju, daunnya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk keripik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dusun Sendangbiru dalam meningkatkan: (1) produksi keripik mangrove (2) Kemasan dengan desain berlabel stiker (3) memperluas pemasaran dan (4) pengelolaan keuangan hasil bisnis. Pengabdian ini berlangsung di rumah mitra, Jl. Lintas Kalipal RT 30, desa Tambakrejo, Kecamatan Sumbermanjing Wetan, Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah: (1) sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan bantuan dalam meningkatkan produksi keripik mangrove dengan peralatan produksi yang sesuai. (2) pelatihan dan bantuan dalam pembuatan kemasan chip mangrove dengan stiker label dan desain segel elektrik sehingga Kemasan lebih menarik dan tidak rentan terhadap kebocoran (3) Bantuan pelatihan dan pemasaran melalui media online, (4) pelatihan dan manajemen keuangan untuk hasil bisnis. Sebagai hasil dari program kemitraan masyarakat, mitra dapat: (1) meningkatkan jumlah produksi chip mangrove dengan baik, (2) membuat kemasan chip mangrove dengan desain label stiker dan kemasan menggunakan siller listrik, (3) Perluasan jaringan pemasaran melalui media online, dan mengelola hasil keuangan operasi dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work from home on work-life balance, work-life balance on job satisfaction, work from home on job satisfaction and work from home on job satisfaction mediated by work-life balance. Work from home is measured by management culture, technical support, supervisor trust, support from the Human Resource department, financial support, training, job features, personal work preferences, and household factors. Work-life balance is measured by time balance, engagement balance, and overall. Job satisfaction is measured by the achievement of satisfaction. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that work from home has an effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has an effect on job satisfaction, and work from home has no effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance contributes to mediating the impact of remote employment on job satisfaction. It is suggested that this research be developed in a different setting and that more samples and other variables be used.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Campus Program (MBKM) is part of a policy to implement independent learning from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK RI). One form of this MBKM is to provide assistance to rural communities to realize the digital economy. In building a digital village, the important thing is a commitment between the government and village officials, SMEs and SMEs in the village and the village community to make the village a village that has a digital economy. Based on the results of the study of the potential development of Druju Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, it is still necessary to increase knowledge of human resources, so the role of academics is needed to provide economic digital literacy in rural communities. This service explains about community service programs through the development of fostered villages based on digital entrepreneurs in Druju Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District in the form of e-commerce training. The method used is the initial survey, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The initial survey conducted focused on the potential of villages engaged in the SMEs and MSMEs, understanding the digital economy in the community, as well as problems that exist in the community related to the marketing of SME and MSME products. The initial survey was reviewed to provide training and assistance according to the needs of the community in managing the e-commerce web. With this method, it is hoped that it can help develop the digital economy of the village and solve problems that exist in the community in increasing the distribution of their product marketing, besides that this service also explains the importance of digital literacy for the village economy for the community as an important role holder in developing the village economy of Druju, Sumbermanjing Wetan District. Abstract

Macaroni Cap Ikan, is the most widely known macaroni snack in the Malang market. Many UMKM market macaroni in various regions and have opened branches everywhere. It is often found in the market that macaroni packaging is less attractive and is only labeled in the form of photocopied paper, there is no particular brand that characterizes it. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture macaroni packaging that is labeled attractively and becomes the hallmark of the brand. with the existence of a quality brand of macaroni, it is hoped that the macaroni will be easily recognized by the wider community. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of product packaging and expand marketing. The methods offered are: 1) Packaging: (a) training and mentoring as well as improving the quality of Fried Macaroni packaging IkanCap Ikan with labels made from Bontaq stickers so that the packaging is more attractive and quality (b) Training and mentoring as well as procurement of electric sealer tools for Fried Macaroni packaging Ikan Cap Ikan Cap so that the packaging doesn't leak easily. 2) marketing: training and marketing assistance through online media by creating websites, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp groups to increase sales turnover of fried macaroni Cap Ikan.

Abstract

Small and medium business groups have a very strategic role in improving the economy and people's welfare. The role of SMEs is very important in marketing activities to support household income. Until now, the development of the chip business has been mostly carried out by the people of Kendalpayak Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency. Along with the intense competition in the business world, only a few people have been able to survive until now. Only people who have motivation and tenacity in business can come out victorious. In Kendalpayak village, there are two chips business group partners that still exist today. Among them are: (1) Partners of the “Cassava Chips Key Cap” business group, whose owner is Mr. Misbachul Munir, 37 years old. He has been starting this cassava chip business for 2 years, and is assisted by 4 employees. Keycap cassava chips only produce 1 original flavor, and have not produced any flavored chips yet. In business activities, marketing becomes the spearhead. Marketing will determine whether the business being run can survive and generate profits or suffer losses. Production and marketing have a very close relationship. Production will not increase if it is not supported by a good marketing system. In the face of economic uncertainty and home-based businesses, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to develop the business. The methods offered are: (a) training and mentoring as well as providing a special room for opening chips (b) training and mentoring as well as procuring proper plastic packaging equipment (c) training and marketing assistance through online media, (d) financial management training and assistance through a computerized system.
