Abstract

This study aims to clarify the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention, with the attitude towards using the QRIS application serving as a mediator. This study focuses on examining the adoption of QRIS as a digital transaction tool among Gen Z. This study utilizes a quantitative approach, involving a sample of 150 Gen Z participants from Central Java Province, chosen through purposive sampling and assessed via a questionnaire instrument. The findings suggest that the perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly impact Gen Z's intention to engage with the QRIS application. Further data suggest that the perceived ease of use does not have a significant impact on attitudes regarding the utilization of variables. This study investigates the application of QRIS technology as a digital payment system through the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on individuals from Generation Z aged 18-25 in Central Java. The findings of the study reveal a favorable impact of perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards usage on the behavioral intention regarding the QRIS application. The findings reveal a preference among Generation Z for utilizing digital payment transactions through the QRIS application.

Abstract

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) poses a significant health concern in West Java, Indonesia, necessitating earnest attention in terms of prevention and management strategies. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of 300 CHD patients in West Java to identify factors contributing to the prevalence of this condition. Our findings reveal that several factors exert a notable influence on CHD prevalence in this region. Primarily, accommodation costs have been identified as a major risk factor, with an increase in housing expenses correlating positively with a rise in CHD cases. This indicates that financial hardships, particularly related to housing, can have a profound impact on cardiovascular health in West Java. Additionally, income level plays a significant role, with individuals earning higher incomes tending to have an elevated risk of CHD. Age is also a crucial factor, with older individuals exhibiting a higher propensity for CHD. Smoking habits have emerged as a significant risk factor as well. These results underscore the need for targeted attention towards economic issues and lifestyle factors in CHD prevention efforts in West Java. The implications point towards the necessity for policies supporting access to affordable housing, more effective anti-smoking campaigns, and heightened public awareness about the risk factors associated with CHD. With a deeper understanding of these factors, it is hoped that more efficacious measures can be implemented to alleviate the CHD burden in West Java.

Abstract

The evolution of the digital economy has significantly influenced Customer Relationship Management (CRM), reshaping business strategies across industries. This study explores the development and challenges of CRM implementation during 2010–2024, with a focus on its adoption by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework, 36 scholarly articles were analyzed to identify trends, obstacles, and outcomes associated with CRM in the digital economy. Findings reveal a steady increase in CRM adoption, particularly among SMEs, driven by advancements in electronic CRM (E-CRM) systems and the COVID-19 pandemic’s acceleration of digital transformation. Empirical data highlights that over 60% of Indonesian SMEs adopting CRM experienced a 20% sales increase within a year. Moreover, CRM implementation has enhanced customer loyalty by 25% and reduced marketing costs by 10% in European markets. However, significant challenges persist, including high implementation costs, inadequate technological readiness, and rising cybersecurity threats. For instance, cyberattacks targeting CRM systems have decreased customer trust by up to 15%. The study concludes that while CRM significantly boosts operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business innovation, addressing implementation barriers is crucial for its broader adoption. It recommends enhanced government and institutional support to provide SMEs with access to CRM technologies and training. The findings underscore CRM's critical role in fostering competitive advantages and call for future research to examine its long-term impacts in developing economies.

Abstract

Publication of scientific work in the SINTA accredited journal requires every author to learn a reference management application such as the Mendeley application. When citing reference sources for scientific works, all SINTA accredited journals require the use of the reference manager application for writing citations and bibliography. This development in writing scientific papers has made the community service team try to provide training in using the Mendeley application to students. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the function of the Mendeley application to optimize the writing of scientific papers such as final assignments or research journals. This activity was carried out online using Zoom Meeting and was attended by sixth semester students at the Semarang University of Science and Technology. This activity took place over three sessions, consisting of: how to install the Mendeley application, introduction to the Mendeley application features, and how to cite Mendeley from various literary sources. The impact of the activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic, as proven by 85% of the participants who were independently able to install and integrate the Mendeley application with Ms. Word and doing literature citations.
