Organizational change is the current state towards the expected future state in the organization. Organizational changes in educational institutions are a sign that organizations must be able to develop. Change is one of the most critical aspects of effective management. Changes in organizations do not always take place smoothly, most face resistance, both from individual, group and organizational levels. Therefore, change needs to be recognized, understood, managed and created to improve performance and achieve expected goals, both by individuals, groups and organizations. Human resources need to be prepared to accept and implement the change themselves. Organizational changes are often needed to stimulate performance and maintain competitiveness and existence within the organization. But sometimes change can trigger resistance challenges within the organization itself. various resources and efforts are needed to suppress possible obstacles that will arise in the future. This research uses qualitative studies and literature in collecting research data. Effective change management involves good communication, involvement of organizational members, monitoring progress, and managing changes in a gradual and planned manner to minimize negative impacts.

The problem of waste and unused waste has reached an alarming level, where it has become the main focus for the government. This problem raises special concern because the number of waste production continues every year. The reason is the consumptive lifestyle of new products that are trending among the public. It is this consumptive lifestyle that causes many items that were previously owned by individuals to be wasted, most of them even end up in landfills or the sale of used goods, without any guarantee that these items can be recycled into new products. To overcome this problem, innovation is needed in the form of digital products such as e-commerce applications and websites. This innovation serves as a platform to promote trending items and invites the public to avoid excessive consumption patterns of these products through the offered Upcycling Products. The process of developing this digital product uses the Design Thinking method, which places a focus on the needs and problems faced by current users. The stages in this method start from Emphatize (understand the user), Define (define the problem), Ideate (ideate), Prototype (prototype), and Testing (conducting tests on users). Each stage is carried out repeatedly to ensure optimal results for users. The end result of this design process is the E-commerce application prototype design and the Fixup Waste website.

Total Quality Management is an approach to an organization that focuses on quality and is based on the participation of all human resources and is aimed at long-term results and success through customer satisfaction and providing benefits to members of the organization. The main customers in this study are students and parents. The National Standards contained in PP No. 57 of 2020 have set national quality standards for education. Quality improvement in schools is the responsibility of all school members. In addition, the teacher is an important key in improving classroom learning which will later have an impact on improving the quality of education. All resources and efforts have been made in the process of improving the quality of schools, one of which is the application of sustainable national education standards. Furthermore, there is continuous TQM. In the development of models in achieving the quality of education is very necessary in the realization of education itself. Given the importance of the implications of quality assurance in the learning process, the RANISH quality development model was designed in the process of improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods with the DBR (Design Based Research) method approach. The DBR method is felt to be very suitable because the DBR method aims to provide solutions to any problems that arise and is relevant in order to develop a quality development model in educational units because it is able to bridge theory and practice. The recommendations for the RANISH quality development model are felt to be appropriate because they are based on precise and measurable quality control. Starting with the process of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement.

The information system for providing donations at the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation is still not computerized, through donors coming to the location directly or through bank services, then confirmed via social media such as WhatsApp, and receiving proof of donation in the form of a receipt. The management of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation stills using Microsoft Excel to prepare donation reports. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to develop an information system for distributing donations that can facilitate the management and the donors of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation. The system will be developed using one of the techniques commonly used in software development is called the prototyping model. the prototyping model is a technique to collect certain information about the user's information needs quickly which focuses on aspects of the software to be presented that will be visible to the customer or user. After the system is implemented, it is found that by using this Information System, the donation transaction process becomes more efficient. Calculation of the number of donations collected can be done automatically and accurately. In terms of reporting, the system can be present donation reports automatically and is ready to print whenever needed. Data storage for documentation of activities carried out by the foundation also saves space because the information can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Community Service is one of the routine activities in implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education as a form of moral responsibility to the surrounding community. The activities carried out by the Bogor City Campus Information Systems Study Program this semester are in collaboration with Tajur Halang Makmur Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which is located at Ruko Ning's Residence Jalan Raya Kalisuren, Kalisuren Village, Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency. This training aims to improve the quality and role of cooperatives and MSMEs in spurring economic growth for members and society. Currently Tajur Halang Makmur UMKM has members consisting of members of the Tajurhalang Makmur sub-district MSME forum and all Indonesian citizens residing in Bogor Regency, who are also users of production material services, production goods services and/or users of production goods. The problem currently faced by partners is promotion and marketing, where currently marketing is still limited to members only, so this makes sales difficult. As a result of this training activity, partners' knowledge and skills increased in online product marketing through the TikTok application and digital marketing skills to market MSME products more widely

Community Service is one of the important points of the Tridharma of Higher Education. In essence, lecturers are facilitators who play an active role in activities that are beneficial to society. Currently partners only have a few computers and only a small number of staff are able to operate computers properly. The public will be able to get to know more closely the role and contribution of the KPRI Pascapanen Cooperative by opening a blog which contains personal branding and activities carried out by staff and members or administrators of the KPRI Pascapanen Bogor Cooperative. Community service activities with target partners, namely staff and members of the KPRI Pascapanen Cooperative, have been carried out by providing training on the use of a PHP-based Content Management System (CMS) as digital media for self-introduction (personal) branding efforts at the KPRI Pascapanen Cooperative. Activities were carried out offline in the KPRI Pascapanen Cooperative Secretariat Hall. The results of the activity show that partners' skills and abilities have increased in utilizing a PHP-based Content Management System (CMS) as digital media for self-introduction branding efforts for KPRI Pascapanen cooperative staff.

Education is the basis for human civilization. Education is able to bring technological developments and changes in thinking power for the better. Humans must be able to make a significant contribution towards the progress of the times. Able to create superior quality Human Resources. This research uses qualitative methods and literature studies in searching for data and reference sources. The aim of writing this journal is to provide information about future educational paradigms that will adapt to the environment, technological developments and social changes and ensure that education is affordable. The results obtained from this research are that there is a need for collaboration between power and policy holders and the community. The government and society can work together to create education that is relevant to current developments and capable of creating superior and highly competitive human resources. The educational paradigm illustrates that education is dynamic, constantly changing and developing. Therefore, quality and superior human resources are very necessary. Teaching staff must also have good quality qualifications and competencies in providing teaching to students. This research finds that future educational paradigms must be more flexible, student-centered, and focused on developing 21st century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration abilities. The integration of technology in the learning process is also an important aspect to achieve this goal.

However, there are many challenges in the era of digital transformation so that MSMEs must innovate so that their products can be accepted by the market more widely. This study aims to help MSMEs increase their sales by carrying out digital transformation through a website-based sales information system equipped with a chatboot facility based on natural language processing. The goal is to provide a different experience for customers in shopping online and convenience for MSMEs in providing customer service satisfaction.
